本发明涉及一种适合条码印刷和扫描的黑色涤纶商标带的制造方法,包括如下步骤:一、原料筛选:原料采用涤纶纱(含再生环保纱);二、织造:采用梭织工艺进行经纱和纬纱编制,得到胚带;三、染色过程:先漂洗,加助剂,除去胚带表面的杂质,烘干后落框待染色定型;胚带漂洗完成后进入染色定型阶段,采用高温轧染,连续染色;四、压光:染色定型后,带料进行压光工艺,温度在200‑220摄氏度,速度5‑15米/分钟;五、上助剂:将压光后的带料重新上一道化合共聚物乳液,在带料表面形成膜层。该适合条码印刷和扫描的黑色涤纶商标带的制造方法在产品的工艺上调整了后整理的顺序,增加特殊助剂,使条码印刷清晰,条码枪识别在C级以上。

技术领域:
本发明涉及纺织制造技术领域,尤其涉及一种适合条码印刷和扫描的黑色涤纶商标带的制造方法以及通过该制造方法制得的黑色涤纶商标带。
背景技术:
常规黑色涤纶商标带由于工艺或材料原因,在印刷条码时常出现2种问题:
1、常规黑色材料印刷条码容易出现模糊,条形码露白;
2、常规黑色材料条码印刷清晰,但是条码枪很难识别。
发明内容:
本发明的目的是针对现有技术的缺陷,提供一种适合条码印刷和扫描的黑色涤纶商标带的制造方法,使条码印刷更清晰。
本发明是通过如下技术方案实现的:
本发明提供一种适合条码印刷和扫描的黑色涤纶商标带的制造方法,包括如下步骤:
一、原料筛选:该产品的应用于服装洗水标,并响应服装品牌对环境保护的号召,所以不仅仅要求适合印刷,且需具有一定柔软性,纱线的筛选是重点,结合客户的印刷方式,选择75D/36F涤纶纱(含再生环保纱);
二、织造:织造方式是传统的梭织工艺,采用经纱和纬纱一上一下编制而成,经纬密度为172根/CM*46根/CM,织造步骤是整经、穿纱、调机、织造、半成品包装;
三、染色过程:先漂洗,加除油除杂助剂,除去胚带表面的污渍等杂质,确保带料表面清洁,烘干后落框待染色定型;胚带漂洗完成后进入染色定型阶段,采用高温轧染,连续染色;
四、压光:染色定型后,带料进行压光工艺,温度在200-220摄氏度,速度5-15米/分钟,确保带料压光后表面结实光洁,适合条码印刷工艺;
五、上助剂:将压光后的带料重新上一道化合共聚物乳液,在带料表面形成膜层,完成加工。
本发明的有益效果是:该适合条码印刷和扫描的黑色涤纶商标带的制造方法在产品的工艺上调整了后整理的顺序,增加特殊助剂,使条码印刷清晰,条码枪识别在C级以上。

实施例:
一、原料筛选:选择75D/36F涤纶纱(含再生环保纱);
二、织造:采用经纱和纬纱一上一下编制而成,经纬密度为172根/CM*46根/CM,织造步骤是整经、穿纱、调机、织造、半成品包装;
三、染色过程:先漂洗,加除油除杂助剂,除去胚带表面的污渍等杂质,确保带料表面清洁,烘干后落框待染色定型;胚带漂洗完成后进入染色定型阶段,采用高温轧染,连续染色;
四、压光:染色定型后,带料进行压光工艺,温度在200-220摄氏度,速度5-15米/分钟,确保带料压光后表面结实光洁,适合条码印刷工艺;
五、上助剂:将压光后的带料重新上一道丙烯酸酯共聚乳液,在带料表面形成0.1-0.3mm的膜层,完成加工。
洗水温度为40℃,洗水时间为52分钟,其各项数据如下所示:
洗水色牢度:色变4级,沾色4级;
摩擦色牢度:干4级,湿4级;
适合条码、轮转印刷和丝网印刷。

1.一种适合条码印刷和扫描的黑色涤纶商标带的制造方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
一、原料筛选:原料采用含再生环保纱的涤纶纱;
二、织造:采用梭织工艺进行经纱和纬纱编制,得到胚带;
三、染色过程:先漂洗,加助剂,除去胚带表面的杂质,烘干后落框待染色定型;胚带漂洗完成后进入染色定型阶段,采用高温轧染,连续染色;
四、压光:染色定型后,带料进行压光工艺,温度在200-220摄氏度,速度5-15米/分钟,确保带料压光后表面结实光洁,适合条码印刷工艺;
五、上助剂:将压光后的带料重新上一道化合共聚物乳液,在带料表面形成膜层,完成加工。
2.根据权利要求1所述的适合条码印刷和扫描的黑色涤纶商标带的制造方法,其特征在于,步骤一中,所述涤纶纱为75D/36F的含再生环保纱的涤纶纱。
3.根据权利要求1所述的适合条码印刷和扫描的黑色涤纶商标带的制造方法,其特征在于,步骤二中,经纬密度为172根/CM*46根/CM。
