本发明属环保技术领域,涉及一种餐饮油烟净化器的制造方法,其主要特征是由:进油烟管(1),净化除臭厢(2),活性碳厢体(3),活性碳厢体过水孔(4),活性碳(5),循环水管(6),碱水溶液(7),排水闸(8),电机坐桥板(9),电机搅拌叶轮(10),排气管(11)排气孔(12),原料进口(13)组成。利用碱性水能分解油脂的功能和活性碳可以除去异味的功能,将餐饮油烟充分与活性碳、碱性水搅拌循环反应除去油脂和异味,有益效果是:一种餐饮油烟净化器,制造简单,小巧、操作安装方便,能将餐饮油烟一次性净化除去油脂和异味。

技术领域
本发明属环保技术领域,涉及一种餐饮油烟净化器的制造方法。
背景技术
之前的餐饮油烟机只能油水分离,没有除掉油脂和异味,异味排放到空气中氧化后变臭,对环境造成污染,本发明提出了新的治理方案。
发明内容
本发明为了解决上述的不足,提供一种餐饮油烟净化器的制造方法,能将餐饮油烟一次性净化除去油脂和异味。
本发明解决其技术问题所提出的技术方案是:利用碱性水能分解油脂的功能和活性碳可以除去异味的功能,将餐饮油烟充分与活性碳、碱性水搅拌循环反应除去油脂和异味。
本发明的有益效果是:一种餐饮油烟净化器,制造简单,小巧、操作安装方便,能将餐饮油烟一次性净化除去油脂和异味。

一种餐饮油烟净化器的进油烟管(1)安装在净化除臭厢(2)上,活性碳厢体(3)厢体壁开有活性碳厢体过水孔(4)安装在净化除臭厢(2)的中间,活性碳(5)装在活性碳厢体内,循环水管(6)安装在活性碳厢体(3)的上方,碱水溶液(7)装在净化除臭厢(2)内淹没活性碳(5)与油烟一起起分解反应,排水闸(8)安装在净化除臭厢(2)的底部用于方便更碱水溶液,电机坐桥板(9)安装在净化除臭厢(2)顶上用于安装电机搅拌叶轮(10),电机搅拌叶轮(10)安装在电机坐桥板(9)上充分均匀混合搅拌碱水溶液与油烟,将碱水溶液(7)往上提并循环分解反应,排气管(11)安装在净化除臭厢(2)顶上笼罩在电机搅拌叶轮(10)和电机坐桥板(9)上用于排气,排气孔(12)开在电机坐桥板(9)上电机搅拌叶轮(10)的周围用于排气,原料进口(13)开在活性碳厢体(3)的顶上净化除臭厢(2)的中间用于投料。

2.根据权利要求1所述的涉及一种餐饮油烟净化器的制造方法,其主要特征在于:一种餐饮油烟净化器的进油烟管(1)安装在净化除臭厢(2)上,活性碳厢体(3)厢体壁开有活性碳厢体过水孔(4)安装在净化除臭厢(2)的中间,活性碳(5)装在活性碳厢体内,循环水管(6)安装在活性碳厢体(3)的上方,碱水溶液(7)装在净化除臭厢(2)内淹没活性碳(5)与油烟一起起分解反应,排水闸(8)安装在净化除臭厢(2)的底部用于方便更碱水溶液,电机坐桥板(9)安装在净化除臭厢(2)顶上用于安装电机搅拌叶轮(10),电机搅拌叶轮(10)安装在电机坐桥板(9)上充分均匀混合搅拌碱水溶液与油烟,将碱水溶液(7)往上提并循环分解反应,排气管(11)安装在净化除臭厢(2)顶上笼罩在电机搅拌叶轮(10)和电机坐桥板(9)上用于排气,排气孔(12)开在电机坐桥板(9)上电机搅拌叶轮(10)的周围用于排气,原料进口(13)开在活性碳厢体(3)的顶上净化除臭厢(2)的中间用于投料。
