本发明涉及泵技术领域,尤其涉及一种泡沫泵。其包括:压泵头、中套管、底封座和吸液管;所述压泵头、中套管和底封座由上至下依次相连设置;所述底封座内设有活塞杆和与活塞杆相适配的活塞,活塞与底封座内壁密封连接,活塞杆底端外侧壁与活塞密封连接;所述活塞杆上端设有发泡腔,发泡腔上设有发泡口。本发明通过发泡腔的设置,使发泡口接近泵出口,在发泡口通过液体和空气相遇混合均匀发泡后可快速从泵出口泵出,避免长距离流动导致消泡现象发生,提高发泡和出泡效果;通过结构改良大幅度提高泡沫泵各部分的相对密封性,确保外界气体不会通过泡沫泵进入到液体容器中,使泡沫泵具有良好的密封性。

本发明涉及泵技术领域,尤其涉及一种泡沫泵。
背景技术
众所周知,随着社会的进步,现在越来越多的能方便人们日常生活的用品现在已经很普遍的被应用在人们的生活中了,现在人们都比较关注自身的健康卫生问题,为了保持人体的清洁,现在人们在洗手,洗脸或者沐浴的时候都习惯于借助一些清洁液体来进行,为了满足人们的需要现在市面上出现了大量的洗脸液,洗手液,沐浴露等清洁液,为了放置使用方便,这类液体一般都被放置在瓶子类的容器中,在具体使用的时候人们可以将这类液体定量倒出以达到清洗使用的目的。为了方便地实现该功能,出现了小型压泵结构。
小型压泵结构中包括泡沫泵,泡沫泵通过配合气体作用时液体容器内的液体泵出时形成泡沫。但是现有的泡沫泵在使用时存在出泡效果不佳,以及密封性较差、气体容易进入液体容器导致液体容器内气泡,使液体容器内液体品质下降等问题的发生。
如中国专利局于2015年3月25日公开的一种挤压式泡沫泵及泡沫板产生气泡的方法的发明专利授权,授权公开号为CN104443722A,其包括螺纹盖、阀门固定座、分流器以及叶片阀门,气水置换管下端插设在该挤压瓶中,该气水置换管顶部与该分流器相连接;又如中国专利局于2015年7月22日公开的一种弹簧外置式泡沫泵的发明专利授权,授权公开号为CN102204796B,其包括抽液腔、进气腔以及液气混合腔,其中,该抽液腔用以容纳等待被抽出的液体,该进气腔用以提供需要被混合的空气,等待被抽出的该液体与该进气腔提供的需要被混合的该空气在该液气混合腔中进行混合,最后排出该弹簧外置式泡沫泵外部,回复弹簧设置在该进气腔中;还如中国专利局于2017年5月3日公开的一种玻珠挤压式泡沫泵及泡沫泵产生气泡的方法的发明专利授权,授权公开号为CN104691928B,其包括挤压瓶以及泡沫泵体,该泡沫泵体包括压盖、外盖、气液分流单元以及气体进入控制单元,该外盖具有液气混合腔、泡沫产生腔以及回气通道,其中,该液气混合腔与该泡沫产生腔相连通,当该玻珠挤压式泡沫泵处于打开工作状态的时候,该泡沫产生腔与该泡沫通道相连通,该气液分流单元连接在该液气混合腔下方,该气体进入控制单元设置在该回气通道中。以上几个技术方案均无法解决泡沫泵密封性较差,气体容易进入液体容器的问题。
发明内容
为解决现有技术中泡沫泵的出泡效果不佳,密封性差导致外界气体容易通过泡沫泵进入到液体容器内,致使液体容器内液体品质下降等问题,本发明提供了一种泡沫泵。其主要要实现以下几个目的:一、确保整体泡沫泵的使用效果和出泡效果;二、提高泡沫泵的气密性,避免外界气体通过泡沫泵进入到液体容器内的问题发生;三、采用全塑质可回收环保材料,降低泡沫泵成本、减少污染并改善泡沫泵的重量和使用寿命。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种泡沫泵,包括:
压泵头、中套管、底封座和吸液管;
所述压泵头、中套管和底封座由上至下依次相连设置,三者组合形成外壳;
所述压泵头内设有出液道,出液道出口为泵出口;
所述底封座中空且下端设有液管孔,吸液管插设在液管孔内;
所述中套管向下延伸设有内螺纹管座,内螺纹管座套设在在底封座外侧并与底封座卡接;
所述底封座内设有活塞杆和与活塞杆相适配的活塞,活塞与底封座内壁密封连接并将底封座内腔分为上腔和下腔,下腔为储液室,活塞杆设置在上腔且活塞杆底端外侧壁与活塞密封连接;
所述活塞杆上端设有发泡腔,发泡腔上设有发泡口;
所述活塞杆内设有送液道,储液室通过送液道和发泡腔连通至出液道。
作为优选,所述活塞杆上端设有过渡腔;所述过渡腔内径大于送液道内径。
作为优选,所述底封座上端设有弹体座,弹体座设有中孔;所述弹体座内侧壁与过渡腔外侧壁密封接触,弹体座外侧壁与底封座内侧壁密封接触;所述过渡腔外侧设有稳固件,通过稳固件对弹体座形成支撑和限位。
作为优选,所述液管孔上开口处设有弹性倒锥管;弹性倒锥管内径由上至下减小;所述弹性倒锥管内设有封堵球;所述封堵球半径大于弹性倒锥管下端内径、小于弹性倒锥管上端内径。
作为优选,所述储液室底端设有弹性密封座;弹性密封座设置在液管孔上方。
作为优选,所述弹性密封座与储液室内侧壁密封连接;弹性密封座下端面设有对准弹性倒锥管的半圆凸起。
作为优选,所述压泵头和中套管之间设有弹簧,弹簧提供压泵头下压和复位的导向力以及复位的驱动力。
作为优选,所述泡沫泵各个结构均采用包括PP、LDPE、HDPE和POM等环保塑质材料。
本发明的有益效果是:
1)通过发泡腔的设置,使发泡口接近泵出口,在发泡口通过液体和空气相遇混合均匀发泡后可快速从泵出口泵出,避免长距离流动导致消泡现象发生,提高发泡和出泡效果;
2)通过结构改良大幅度提高泡沫泵各部分的相对密封性,确保外界气体不会通过泡沫泵进入到液体容器中,使泡沫泵具有良好的密封性;
3)采用环保塑质材料提高泡沫泵的各项力学性能,减轻其质量并提高其使用寿命,更加绿色环保。

实施例
一种泡沫泵,其包括:
压泵头1、中套管2、底封座3和吸液管9;
所述中套管2设在压泵头1下端,压泵头1下端套设在中套管2内,底封座3设置在中套管2下端;
所述底封座3中空且下端设有液管孔33,吸液管9插设在液管孔33内;
所述压泵头1、中套管2和底封座3形成完整的外壳结构。
所述中套管2向下延伸有内螺纹管座21,内螺纹管座21套设在底封座3外侧;
所述内螺纹管座21用于配合液体容器,配合设有相适配螺纹的液体容器对整体泡沫泵进行组装;
所述底封座3上端外侧设有第一卡接凸起32,内螺纹管座21内侧相适配设有第一卡接槽22,底封座3和内螺纹管座21通过第一卡接凸起32和第一卡接槽22相互卡接,进而实现中套管2与底封座3的固定连接;
所述第一卡接凸起32下端设有橡胶垫圈4,橡胶垫圈4可防止第一卡接凸起32从第一卡接槽22内滑脱,提高卡接的稳定性。
所述底封座3内设有活塞杆5,底封座3内侧设有与活塞杆5相适配的活塞34,活塞杆5底端外侧壁与活塞34内侧密封接触,活塞34外侧与底封座3内壁密封接触并将底封座3内腔分为上腔和下腔,下腔为储液腔;
所述活塞杆5内设有送液道51;
所述活塞杆5上端设有过渡腔53,过渡腔53内径大于送液道51内径,过渡腔53的设置可对液体流速进行一定程度抑制,避免喷泡或者出液过快无法形成均匀密集气泡等问题的发生;
所述底封座3上端设有弹体座6,弹体座6卡接在过渡腔53外侧,且弹体座6内侧壁与过渡腔53外侧壁密封接触,弹体座6外侧壁与底封座3内侧壁密封接触;
所述内螺纹管座21向底封座3内延伸设有第二卡接凸起23,所述弹体座6相适配设有第二卡接槽62;
所述内螺纹管座21、弹体座6和底封座3通过第二卡接凸起23和第二卡接槽62进一步卡接固定,提高整体结构的稳定性;
所述过渡腔53向外侧延伸形成支撑平台54,支撑平台54上设有稳固件10;
所述弹体座6下方设有与稳固件10相适配的稳固槽63,稳固件10插接入稳固槽63内且支撑平台54抵住稳固件10下端形成稳定支撑,通过稳固件10可大大提高活塞杆5和过渡腔53的对中性以及活塞杆5和弹体座6的结构稳定性。
所述液管孔33上开口处设有弹性倒锥管341,弹性倒锥管341内径由上至下逐渐减小,吸液管9向上插入弹性倒锥管341内抵住弹性倒锥管341下端;
所述弹性倒锥管341内设有一个封堵球342,封堵球342直径介于弹性倒锥管341上端内径和下端内径之间;
所述储液室31低端设有弹性密封座35,弹性密封座35覆盖在液管孔33上方;
所述弹性密封座35与储液室31内侧壁密封连接;
弹性密封座35受到封堵球342向上顶起的力后展开解除密封效果,在封堵球342不再将其顶起后在压力和重力的作用下复位,恢复形成密封;
所述弹性密封座35下端面设有半圆凸起351,半圆凸起351对准弹性倒锥管341。
所述弹体座6上端设有发泡管;
所述发泡管底端与弹体座6密封连接;
所述发泡管中空为发泡腔7,活塞杆5中空设有送液道51,弹体座6相对应设有中孔61,中孔61连通送液道51和发泡腔7;
所述发泡管上端开口为发泡口71,发泡口71为发泡腔7出液口;
所述发泡口71密集且均匀设置,液体在从发泡腔7泵出后在密集发泡口71和空气作用下起泡,形成均匀且浓密的泡沫。
所述压泵头1和中套管2之间设有纵向的弹簧8,弹簧8的两端分别连接压泵头1外侧和中套管2内侧的侧向凸台,弹簧8增加两者的结构稳定性,并提供压泵头1下压和复位的导向力以及复位的驱动力,防止倾斜下压并可加快压泵头1的回弹复位。
所述活塞杆5底端侧面设有开口,开口为送液进口52,送液进口52为送液道51的进液口,送液道51的出液口设置在活塞杆5上端,并对准中孔61,连通至发泡腔7;
储液室31通过送液进口52连通送液道51,送液道51通过中孔61连通发泡腔7;
所述压泵头1内设有出液道11,出液道11的进液口连通发泡腔7的发泡口71,出液道11的出液口为压泵头1的泵出口12。
使用时:
压下压泵头1,活塞杆5受力下移,活塞34解除对活塞杆5送液进口52的密封,储液室31内的液体进入送液道51,并在压力作用下通过中孔61到达发泡腔7,从发泡口71泵出形成密集均匀密集的泡沫,泡沫经过出液道11从泵出口12泵出;松开压泵头1后压泵头1在弹簧8作用下复位,活塞杆5上移,活塞34对活塞杆5的送液进口52可以再次进行密封,隔绝储液室31和送液道51,发泡口71对发泡腔7和出液道11实现半封闭,并且由于储液室31内部分液体被泵出,复位后储液室31内液体压力降低,封堵球342上升顶起弹性密封座35,吸液管9从液体容器内通过虹吸效应吸起液体补充入储液室31内,储液室31内液压上升后弹性密封座35再次形成密封,封堵球342复位。以此完成一个完整的泵液和补充的循环。

压泵头、中套管、底封座和吸液管;
所述压泵头、中套管和底封座由上至下依次相连设置,三者组合形成外壳;
所述压泵头内设有出液道,出液道出口为泵出口;
所述底封座中空且下端设有液管孔,吸液管插设在液管孔内;
所述中套管向下延伸设有内螺纹管座,内螺纹管座套设在在底封座外侧并与底封座卡接;
所述底封座内设有活塞杆和与活塞杆相适配的活塞,活塞与底封座内壁密封连接并将底封座内腔分为上腔和下腔,下腔为储液室,活塞杆设置在上腔且活塞杆底端外侧壁与活塞密封连接;
所述活塞杆上端设有发泡腔,发泡腔上设有发泡口;
所述活塞杆内设有送液道,储液室通过送液道和发泡腔连通至出液道;所述储液室底端设有弹性密封座;弹性密封座设置在液管孔上方;所述液管孔上开口处设有弹性倒锥管;弹性倒锥管内径由上至下减小;所述弹性倒锥管内设有封堵球;所述封堵球半径大于弹性倒锥管下端内径、小于弹性倒锥管上端内径。
