技术领域
本发明涉及,具体地说是一种电加热夹层纳米银PET导电膜玻璃制备工艺。
背景技术
当前是用的电加热夹层ITO PET导电膜玻璃,阻值高,单层ITO导电膜透光度底,导致电加热使用电压高,并且电加热的透光度低。
电加热夹层纳米银PET导电膜玻璃,底阻值,单层纳米银PET导电膜透光度高,夹胶电加热玻璃后使用电压降低,电加热玻璃透光度高。
发明内容
本申请的目的是针对现有技术存在的问题,提供一种电加热夹层纳米银PET导电膜玻璃制备工艺。
本专利降低了电加热玻璃使用电压,并且提高了电加热玻璃的透光度。
本申请的目的是通过以下技术方案解决的:
在纳米银PET导电膜两端引出接线电路,再把导电膜用胶片夹胶在玻璃中间,通上直流电让膜加热。
一种电加热夹层纳米银PET导电膜玻璃制备工艺,所述制备工艺包括以下步骤:
S1:在纳米银PET导电膜的纳米银面引出接线电路;
S2:把纳米银PET导电膜夹胶在玻璃中间;
S3:放入高压釜加压加温将胶片融化,进行合片;
S4:合片完成后,在引出来的接线处通上直流电压,电加热玻璃就可以开始升温。
进一步的,一种电加热夹层纳米银PET导电膜玻璃制备工艺,S2中,所述夹胶为PVB。
进一步的,一种电加热夹层纳米银PET导电膜玻璃制备工艺,S3中,所述加压范围为:11至14MPa,加压速率为0.06Mpa/min。
进一步的,一种电加热夹层纳米银PET导电膜玻璃制备工艺,S3中,所述加温范围为:130至144℃。
进一步的,一种电加热夹层纳米银PET导电膜玻璃制备工艺,S3中,所述合片完成后还包括保温,所述保温时间为25min。
进一步的,一种电加热夹层纳米银PET导电膜玻璃制备工艺,S3中,所述合片完成后还包括降温,所述降温时间为35min,所述降温的完成温度为50℃。
进一步的,一种电加热夹层纳米银PET导电膜玻璃制备工艺,S3中,所述温度达到50℃以下时才可以进行泄压处理。

S2:把纳米银PET导电膜夹胶在玻璃中间;
S3:放入高压釜加压加温将胶片融化,进行合片;
S4:合片完成后,在引出来的接线处通上直流电压,电加热玻璃就可以开始升温。
2.根据权利要求1所述的电加热夹层纳米银PET导电膜玻璃制备工艺,其特征在于:S2中,所述夹胶为PVB。
