背景技术
线缆吊架通常用于将线缆固定到天线塔的结构构件和/或沿着隧道壁进行固定。通常,每根线缆均通过安装在周期性间隔开的附接点处的线缆吊架附接到结构构件。
由于信号传输需要大量线缆,因此天线塔和/或隧道可能变拥挤。随着时间的推移,系统的不断添加、升级和/或扩展,可能需要安装额外的线缆。为了节省空间,可能希望每组线缆吊架固定多于一根线缆。某些线缆吊架已经构造成可以固定多根线缆;其他线缆吊架具有可堆叠结构,其允许多个线缆吊架互锁,从而从每个安装点/结构构件向外延伸。堆叠式和多线缆型线缆吊架显着增加了可安装到单个附接点的线缆数量。

以对应于不同线缆外径的多种尺寸提供SNAP-吊架。这种布置适用于与RF同轴线缆一起使用,所述RF同轴线缆往往制造成仅具有几种不同的外径;然而,这种布置对于光纤线缆来说不太理想,光纤线缆往往制造成具有更多种直径。此外,光纤光缆往往比同轴线缆重得多(有时每单位英尺重三倍),这会对吊架产生更大的负荷和压力。

发明内容
作为第一方面,本发明的实施例涉及一种线缆吊架组件。该组件包括:安装基板,该安装基板包括多个孔,所述多个孔构造成接收夹子;多个夹子,每个夹子构造成接收线缆并安装在安装基板的多个孔中的一个孔中。

本领域技术人员将理解的是,上文讨论的夹子130、130'应该由柔性弹性材料形成,例如金属材料(例如,钢)或聚合物材料,并且可以形成为整体构件(通常由用钢板冲压并弯曲成所需形状或通过注塑成型的扁平坯料形成)。
如图7所示,在使用中通过将锁定特征件126插入安装结构170的安装孔172中,将安装基板120安装到安装结构170,例如天线塔。锁定特征件126从松弛状态朝向彼此偏转,然后在偏转状态下插入安装结构170的孔172(通常为3/4英寸)中。锁定特征件126在孔的边缘上施加向外的压力,并将线缆吊架110保持在安装结构170上的安装位置处。

20.根据权利要求16﹣19中任一项所述的线缆吊架组件,所述线缆吊架组件与安装到所述安装基板的多个线缆组合,所述多个线缆中的每一个均安装有所述多个夹子中的相应一个。
