本发明提供了一种玻璃软膜结构,所述玻璃软膜结构为多层结构,其包括依次层叠设置的热熔胶层、基材层、基础涂层、拉丝转印层、光学镀膜层、油墨层和防爆胶层。本发明同时还提供了一种玻璃软膜结构的制作方法。与相关技术相比,本发明提供的玻璃软膜结构可以贴合大角度折弯的玻璃盖板,在玻璃盖板的折弯处不会造成褶皱,玻璃盖板边缘处也能够完全贴合到位,提高了玻璃盖板的安全性,同时所述玻璃软膜结构还能够转印出纹理,满足客户对纹理的外观需求。

【技术领域】
本发明涉及电子产品配件技术领域,尤其涉及一种玻璃软膜结构及其制作方法。
【背景技术】
随着科技的发展和人们度办公和娱乐的即时需求,手持电子设备越来越受到人们的喜爱,如平板电脑、手机登手持电子设备。电子设备行业日新月异,从平面玻璃盖板发展到2.5D结构盖板,现在又从2.5D盖板发展成3D盖板,而且3D盖板由原先的双边曲面发展成四周曲面,玻璃盖板相较于塑料盖板,具有触感好和色泽美观的效果,但是存在易碎易裂的安全性等问题。目前,业界通常在玻璃盖板上贴合一层软膜以克服玻璃易碎易裂的问题,但是由于玻璃盖板已经向双边曲面或四周曲面的方向发展,而现有软膜多利用PET基材,这种结构的软膜不能贴合大角度折弯的玻璃盖板,在玻璃盖板的折弯处容易出现皱褶,在玻璃盖板的边缘处也无法完全贴合到位,而且无法实现拉丝转印纹理。
因此,有必要提供一种新型的玻璃软膜结构来解决上述问题。
【发明内容】
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种可贴合于大角度弯折的玻璃盖板、且可转印纹理的玻璃软膜结构及其制作方法。

优选的,所述基材层为环烯烃聚合物薄膜层或热塑性聚氨酯层或无基材光学胶层中的任意一种。
优选的,所述玻璃软膜结构通过所述热熔胶层贴合于具有曲面结构的玻璃盖板的内表面。
本发明还提供一种玻璃软膜结构的制作方法,其包括以下步骤:
提供依次层叠设置的离型膜层、基材层和基础涂层;
制作拉丝转印层:利用拉丝转印机在所述基础涂层表面转印出纹理,形成拉丝转印层;
制作光学镀膜层:利用镀膜机在所述拉丝转印层表面进行光学镀膜,形成光学镀膜层;
制作油墨层:利用丝印机在所述光学镀膜层表面丝印图案,形成油墨层;
制作防爆胶层:利用喷涂机在所述油墨层表面喷涂防爆胶,形成防爆胶层;
制作热熔胶层:揭掉所述离型膜层,利用拉丝转印机或热熔胶涂布机在所述基材层表面涂覆热熔胶,形成热熔胶层,所述玻璃软膜结构制作完成。
优选的,所述基材层为环烯烃聚合物薄膜层或热塑性聚氨酯层或无基材光学胶层中的任意一种。
优选的,在制作热熔胶层中,采用二甲苯溶胶,降低挥发速率。
优选的,所述基础涂层背离所述基材层的表面还设有保护膜,所述制作拉丝转印层步骤之前还包括揭掉所述保护膜的步骤。
优选的,在制作拉丝转印层时,需使用UV光源固化。
与相关技术相比,本发明提供的玻璃软膜结构及其制作方法具有以下有益效果:
1、所述玻璃软膜结构可以贴合大角度折弯的玻璃盖板,在玻璃盖板的折弯处不会造成褶皱,玻璃盖板边缘处也能够完全贴合到位,提高玻璃盖板的安全性;
2、所述玻璃软膜结构能够转印出纹理,满足客户对纹理的外观需求;
3、热熔胶层的应用,使产品具有良好的通透感,达到质感丰富的效果;
4、制作热熔胶层时采用二甲苯溶胶,降低挥发速率,提高产品良率。

【具体实施方式】
下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅是本发明的一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其它实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
实施例1
请参阅图1,本发明提供了一种玻璃软膜结构100,其包括依次层叠设置的热熔胶层1、基材层2、基础涂层3、拉丝转印层4、光学镀膜层5、油墨层6和防爆胶层7。其中所述基材层2为环烯烃聚合物薄膜层或热塑性聚氨酯层或无基材光学胶层中的任意一种,取代传统的PET基材层(聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯)。采用上述结构的玻璃软膜结构100具有与PET膜材相当的光学性能、CMF加工性能和耐候性,其玻璃化转变点(大约136℃)介于环测温度和油墨、UV胶适用温度之间,因此在接近玻璃化转变点时具有优良的拉伸性能,能够贴合大角度折弯的玻璃盖板,在玻璃盖板的折弯处不会造成褶皱,玻璃盖板边缘处也能够完全贴合到位,同时所述玻璃软膜结构100还能在所述基础涂层3上转印出纹理,形成所述拉丝转印层4,满足客户对纹理的外观需求。
所述玻璃软膜结构100的防爆胶层7与具有曲面结构的玻璃盖板(图未示)的内表面相贴合,此处所述玻璃盖板通常为手持电子设备的后盖,所述玻璃盖板为大角度折弯形成曲面结构的玻璃盖板,既发挥了玻璃在触感和视觉上的优越性,又克服了纯玻璃易碎的缺陷,提高了产品的安全性。
需要说明的是,本发明对所述玻璃软膜结构100的各个膜层的厚度不做具体限定,各个膜层的具体厚度可根据玻璃盖板的厚度及颜色做出相应的调整。
实施例2
在实施例1的基础上,如图2所示,本实施例给出所述玻璃软膜结构100的制作方法,具体包括以下步骤:
步骤S1:提供依次层叠设置的离型膜层20、基材层2和基础涂层3;
所述离型膜层20、基材层2和基础涂层3组成的复合层结构可以是事先制作好的,也可以直接购买获得,其中所述基材层2为环烯烃聚合物薄膜层或热塑性聚氨酯层或无基材光学胶层中的任意一种,所述基础涂层3背离所述基材层2的表面通常还设有一层保护膜30,如图3所示。
步骤S2:制作拉丝转印层4:利用拉丝转印机在所述基础涂层3表面转印出纹理,形成拉丝转印层4,如图4所示;
在制作拉丝转印层4之前,需要先揭掉所述基础涂层3表面的保护膜30,在所述基础涂层3上转印出纹理时,需使用UV光源固化。
步骤S3:制作光学镀膜层5:利用镀膜机在所述拉丝转印层4表面进行光学镀膜,形成光学镀膜层5,如图5所示;
步骤S4:制作油墨层6:利用丝印机在所述光学镀膜层5表面丝印图案,形成油墨层6,如图6所示;
步骤S5:制作防爆胶层7:利用喷涂机在所述油墨层6表面喷涂防爆胶,形成防爆胶层7,如图7所示;
步骤S6:制作热熔胶层1:揭掉所述离型膜层20,利用拉丝转印机或热熔胶涂布机在所述基材层2表面涂覆热熔胶,形成热熔胶层1,所述玻璃软膜结构100制作完成,如图1所示。
在步骤S6中,行业内通常是采用甲苯溶胶,挥发速度较快,且凝结快,需密封加热搅拌,而本发明采用二甲苯溶胶,可以减低挥发速度,提高产品良率。
与相关技术相比,本发明提供的玻璃软膜结构及其制作方法具有以下有益效果:
1、所述玻璃软膜结构可以贴合大角度折弯的玻璃盖板,在玻璃盖板的折弯处不会造成褶皱,玻璃盖板边缘处也能够完全贴合到位,提高玻璃盖板的安全性;
2、所述玻璃软膜结构能够转印出纹理,满足客户对纹理的外观需求;
3、热熔胶层的应用,使产品具有良好的通透感,达到质感丰富的效果;
4、制作热熔胶层时采用二甲苯溶胶,降低挥发速率,提高产品良率。
以上所述的仅是本发明的实施方式,在此应当指出,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明创造构思的前提下,还可以做出改进,但这些均属于本发明的保护范围。

Claims (8)

1.一种玻璃软膜结构,其特征在于,所述玻璃软膜结构为多层结构,其包括依次层叠设置的热熔胶层、基材层、基础涂层、拉丝转印层、光学镀膜层、油墨层和防爆胶层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的玻璃软膜结构,其特征在于,所述基材层为环烯烃聚合物薄膜层或热塑性聚氨酯层或无基材光学胶层中的任意一种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的玻璃软膜结构,其特征在于,所述玻璃软膜结构的防爆胶层与具有曲面结构的玻璃盖板的内表面相贴合。
4.一种如权利要求1所述的玻璃软膜结构的制作方法,其特征在于,所述制作方法包括以下步骤:
提供依次层叠设置的离型膜层、基材层和基础涂层;
制作拉丝转印层:利用拉丝转印机在所述基础涂层表面转印出纹理,形成拉丝转印层;
制作光学镀膜层:利用镀膜机在所述拉丝转印层表面进行光学镀膜,形成光学镀膜层;
制作油墨层:利用丝印机在所述光学镀膜层表面丝印图案,形成油墨层;
制作防爆胶层:利用喷涂机在所述油墨层表面喷涂防爆胶,形成防爆胶层;
制作热熔胶层:揭掉所述离型膜层,利用拉丝转印机或热熔胶涂布机在所述基材层表面涂覆热熔胶,形成热熔胶层,所述玻璃软膜结构制作完成。
5.根据权利要求4所述的制作方法,其特征在于,所述基材层为环烯烃聚合物薄膜层或热塑性聚氨酯层或无基材光学胶层中的任意一种。
6.根据权利要求4所述的制作方法,其特征在于,在制作热熔胶层中,采用二甲苯溶胶,降低挥发速率。
7.根据权利要求4所述的制作方法,其特征在于,所述基础涂层背离所述基材层的表面还设有保护膜,所述制作拉丝转印层步骤之前还包括揭掉所述保护膜的步骤。
8.根据权利要求4所述的制作方法,其特征在于,在制作拉丝转印层时,需使用UV光源固化。
