The pivot drive mechanism 235 includes: the device comprises a first rotating motor, a transmission shaft, first synchronous wheels sleeved on a motor shaft and the transmission shaft of the first rotating motor, and a first transmission belt linking the two first synchronous wheels. Further, the pneumatic clamping jaw 231, clamping jaw cylinder 232, telescoping cylinder 233, pivot arm 234, pivot drive mechanism 235 are integrated into the base 236. The base 236 is driven by the translation mechanism 237 towards or away from the glue station 21. Wherein the translation mechanism 237 comprises: the device comprises a second rotating motor, a screw rod, a second synchronous wheel sleeved on the motor shaft of the second rotating motor and one end of the screw rod, and a second transmission belt for linking the two second synchronous wheels. The other end of the screw is fixedly connected to the bottom of the base 236. The whole body formed by the pneumatic clamping jaw, the clamping jaw cylinder 232, the telescopic cylinder 233, the pivoting arm 234, the pivoting driving mechanism 235, the base 236 and the translation mechanism 237 is driven by the second linear motor 238 to reciprocate between the two ends of the glue tearing table 21. In addition, the whole is also connected with a tank chain to assist traction reciprocating motion.
When the tape tearing device 2 works, the locking block 212 and the adsorption hole 2111 fix the product, the end of the tape is jacked up by the jacking mechanism 22, then the tape tearing clamping jaw 23 is driven by the second linear motor 238 to move to the jacking mechanism 22, and the pneumatic clamping jaw 231 acts to clamp the jacked end of the tape. The pivot arm 234 is then driven by a pivot drive 235 to further tape stripping action. Then, the second linear motor 238 drives the pneumatic clamping jaw 231 clamping the end of the adhesive tape to move away from the ejection mechanism 22, so that the adhesive tape is completely peeled off. During the peeling process, the telescopic cylinder 233 and the translation mechanism 237 move cooperatively to adjust the distance between the pneumatic clamping jaw 231 and the adhesive tearing table 21.
In addition, since there are two tapes on the product, the tearing clamp 23 has a double-station structure, and at this time, the pneumatic clamp 231, the clamp cylinder 232, the telescopic cylinder 233, the pivot arm 234, the pivot driving mechanism 235, the base 236 and the translation mechanism 237 are symmetrically arranged on the whole. The second linear motor 238 is a double-track linear motor, two tracks of the second linear motor 238 are connected by a connecting rod 239, and the two tracks are driven by the second linear motor 238 to realize synchronous stripping motion along the two tracks.
As shown in fig. 7, the tape collecting device 3 is used for collecting peeled waste tape, and includes: a collecting driving roller 31, a collecting driven roller 32, a waste bin 33, a driving roller driving mechanism 34 and a blowing mechanism 35.
Specifically, the material receiving driving roller 31 and the material feeding driven roller are arranged side by side, and a waste adhesive tape collecting space is formed between the two. Wherein, the material receiving driving roller 31 is driven to pivot by the driving roller driving mechanism 34, and the driving roller driving mechanism 34 comprises: the conveying motor, the third synchronizing wheels sleeved on the output shaft of the conveying motor and the material receiving driving roller 31, and the third transmission belt for linking the two third synchronizing wheels.
Thus, when the conveying motor works, the material collecting driving roller 31 can be driven to perform pivoting motion. The receiving driven roller 32 is arranged side by side with the receiving driving roller 31 and keeps a certain distance with the receiving driving roller, and when the waste adhesive tape is sent between the receiving driving roller 31 and the receiving driven roller 32, the receiving driving roller 31 acts to take away the waste adhesive tape.
In order to increase the friction force with the adhesive tape, a plurality of annular grooves which are arranged at intervals along the axial direction are arranged on the material receiving driving roller 31 and/or the material receiving driven roller. The waste bin 33 is disposed below the collecting driving roller 31 and the collecting driven roller. The two ends of the material collecting driving roller 31 and the material collecting driven roller are pivotally connected with vertical plates 36 positioned at two sides of the waste bin 33.
The blowing mechanism 35 is configured to blow the waste adhesive tape peeled by the adhesive tape tearing gripper into the space between the collecting driving roller 31 and the collecting driven roller, and includes: a rotary blowing cylinder 351, a blowing head 352, a rotary arm 353 connecting the rotary blowing cylinder 351 and the blowing head 352, the rotary arm 353 comprising: one end of the blowing head 352 is connected with the other end of the secondary arm 3532, and the other end of the primary arm 3531 is connected with the primary arm 3531 of the rotary blowing cylinder 351. The rotary blowing cylinder 351, the primary arm 3531, the secondary arm 3532 and the blowing head 352 are in gas communication, and the rotary blowing cylinder 351 can drive the blowing head 352 to rotate in a horizontal plane through the rotating arm 353 while supplying gas, so that the blowing head 352 moves to a blowing position, and the peeled waste adhesive tape is blown between the collecting driving roller 31 and the collecting driven roller and is taken away by the movement of the collecting driving roller 31.
As shown in fig. 8 and 9, the collecting device 4 is configured to collect a product stripped from an adhesive tape, and includes: a material receiving manipulator 41 and a material receiving platform 42.
The material receiving manipulator 41 includes: the base 411 arranged in the X direction, the slide rail 412 arranged in the Y direction, the third linear motor 413 arranged in the Y direction, the second lifting cylinder 414, the pivot motor 415, the second fixing plate 416, and the plurality of suction nozzles 417.
The second lifting cylinder 414, the pivot motor 415, the second fixing plate 416, and the plurality of suction nozzles 417 are integrally driven by the third linear motor 413, and the whole and the third linear motor 413 are slidably disposed along the base plate 411. The base plate 411 extends from the tape tearing device 2 to the material receiving platform 42, and the base plate 411 itself can slide along the sliding rail 412. The second lifting cylinder 414 is directly connected with the third linear motor 413, and the second lifting cylinder 414 is in transmission connection with the pivoting motor 415, and drives the pivoting motor 415 to perform lifting movement. The second fixing plate 416 is connected to the pivot motor 415, and the pivot motor 415 drives the material receiving manipulator 41 to pivot in a horizontal plane, so that the material receiving manipulator can absorb the product stripped by the adhesive tape on the adhesive tape stripping table at a proper angle.
The suction nozzles 417 are connected to both side edges of the second fixing plate 416, and preferably, the suction nozzles 417 on both sides are symmetrically arranged. Any suction nozzle 417 is connected to the second fixing plate 416 by a connecting arm. Since the flexible circuit board is separated from the plastic frame around the flexible circuit board after the adhesive tape is peeled, at least one suction nozzle 417 of the plurality of suction nozzles 417 on any side is arranged to protrude from the rest suction nozzles 417 in position in order to suck the flexible circuit board and the plastic frame. In this way, the protruding suction nozzles 417 can suck the plastic frame, and the remaining suction nozzles 417 can suck the flexible circuit board.
The receiving platform 42 is configured to receive the flexible circuit board and the plastic frame that are transferred by the receiving manipulator 41, so that the receiving platform 42 is multiple to receive the flexible circuit board and the plastic frame respectively, and the receiving platforms 42 are arranged side by side. In this embodiment, the length direction of the plurality of receiving platforms 42 is arranged perpendicular to the length direction of the glue tearing platform, so that the whole equipment is prevented from being oversized.
The structure of any receiving platform 42 is similar to the overall structure of the first base 11, the feeding jacking plate 12, and the first lifting driving mechanism 13. Specifically, any of the receiving platforms 42 includes: the second base 421, the material receiving and lowering plate 422, and a second lifting and lowering driving mechanism (not shown).
The second base 421 includes: a bottom plate 4211, an upper plate 4212, and support columns 4213 fixedly connecting the bottom plate 4211 and the upper plate 4212. In one embodiment, the support columns 4213 are distributed at four corners between the bottom plate 4211 and the upper plate 4212. A plurality of limiting posts 4214 are distributed on the peripheral edge of the top surface of the upper plate 4212, and a plurality of guiding posts 4215 are distributed on the middle area of the top surface of the upper plate 4212. Wherein, the plurality of limiting posts 4214 and the guide posts 4215 enclose a placement space for placing the flexible circuit board or the plastic frame, and simultaneously limit the stacked products above the upper plate 4212. In this embodiment, the top surface of the upper plate 4212 is provided with 8 limiting columns 4214, 2 limiting columns 4214 are distributed on any side edge, and four guiding columns 4215 are provided.
The material receiving descending plate 422 is disposed on the top surface of the upper plate 4212, and is used for driving the products stacked thereon to descend to a preset height, so that the material receiving manipulator 41 can place the flexible circuit board or the plastic frame at the same height. When the receiving descending plate 422 is disposed on the top surface of the upper plate 4212, the plurality of limiting posts 4214 are distributed around the upper plate 4212. The material receiving descending plate 422 is provided with a hollow structure for the guide post 4215 to pass through, so that the material receiving descending plate 422 can ascend and descend along the guide post 4215.
The second lifting driving mechanism is configured to drive the material receiving and lowering plate 422 to perform lifting movement, and includes: a motor and a transmission rod. Wherein, the motor is fixed on the lower surface of the upper plate 4212, the transmission rod is a rack, and the transmission rod is meshed with a gear on the motor shaft of the motor. Therefore, when the motor works, the transmission rod can be driven to move up and down. Correspondingly, the upper plate 4212 is provided with a through hole, and one end of the lifting plate extends out of the through hole and is connected with the material receiving descending plate 422. Preferably, the motor is a stepper motor.
Therefore, when the material receiving device 4 works, the material receiving manipulator 41 moves to the upper part of the glue tearing platform, the flexible circuit board and the plastic frame around the flexible circuit board are sucked through the suction nozzle 417 on the material receiving manipulator, the suction nozzle 417 drives the flexible circuit board and the plastic frame to move to the material receiving platform 42, and meanwhile, the rotating motor acts, so that the second fixing plate 416 on the material receiving manipulator 41 rotates by 90 degrees to adapt to the layout direction of the material receiving platform 42, and the flexible circuit board and the plastic frame are conveniently placed. When the material receiving manipulator 41 reaches the upper part of one material receiving platform 42, the suction nozzles 417 for sucking the plastic frames firstly place the plastic frames on the material receiving platform 42, then move to the upper part of the next material receiving platform 42 under the drive of the third linear motor, and the rest suction nozzles 417 place the flexible circuit board on the material receiving platform 42 to finish the material receiving of the products.
In summary, the automatic tape stripping device of the invention can strip the tape on the flexible circuit board and the plastic frame, collect the waste tape when in use, and place the separated flexible circuit board and plastic frame in a classified manner, thereby improving the stripping efficiency of the tape on the flexible circuit board and the plastic frame and meeting the actual requirements of industrial production.
It will be evident to those skilled in the art that the invention is not limited to the details of the foregoing illustrative embodiments, and that the present invention may be embodied in other specific forms without departing from the spirit or essential characteristics thereof. Claims (8)

the tape tearing device comprises: the adhesive tape stripping device comprises an adhesive tearing table, a material ejection mechanism and adhesive tearing clamping claws, wherein the material ejection mechanism is positioned at one end of the adhesive tearing table, the adhesive tearing clamping claws are arranged at two sides of the adhesive tearing table, the material ejection mechanism jacks up the end part of an adhesive tape, and the adhesive tearing clamping claws clamp the jacked end part of the adhesive tape and strip the end part of the adhesive tape;
