背景技术
硬表面清洁剂,特别是用于清洁玻璃的清洁剂,通常由大量的表面活性剂和溶剂组成以用于清洁,并从所施加的表面蒸发。典型的清洁剂,特别是添加发泡或起泡的清洁剂,由于较难从施加清洁剂的表面擦除,可以认为在擦拭和去除时需要更多的工作。

本发明的硬表面清洁剂包括至少一种氟化表面活性剂和含量得到减少的溶剂,同时保持高水平的蒸发与清洁。

包含在硬表面清洁剂的优选清洁制剂的组合是从链烷醇胺和氢氧化物中进行选择。更优选地,清洁制剂的组合是一种链烷醇胺和一种氢氧化物化合物。
适合使用的链烷醇胺包括单链烷醇胺和二链烷醇胺,其中,所述链烷醇具有C1至C3的碳链。优选的链烷醇胺是一异丙醇胺(MIPA)。清洁剂中包含的链烷醇胺的含量范围优选为大于0到约6重量百分比,更优选为约0.01至约2重量百分比,并且最优选为约0.4至约0.6重量百分比。
氢氧化物作为碱源有助于去污。适合使用的氢氧化物包括氢氧化铵、氢氧化钠和氢氧化钾。更优选为氢氧化铵。氢氧化物的含量优选为大于0至约5重量百分比,更优选为约0.01至约1重量百分比,以及最优选约0.2至约0.4重量百分比。
优选地,清洁剂还包括增溶剂。增溶剂作为在清洁剂的干燥相的湿润剂提供在多种湿度的连续膜。适合使用于清洁剂的增溶剂优选为短链(即,C1-3)乙二醇。更优选的增溶剂是丙二醇。增溶剂的含量范围优选为大于0至约5重量百分比,更优选为约0.1至约1重量百分比,并且最优选为约0.3至约0.4重量百分比。
辅助剂是可选的,但所包括的优选辅助剂为香料和着色剂或染料。
“香料”被理解为是单一香料或芳香化合物,以及香料或芳香化合物的共混物。本发明的清洁剂中包括的香料的含量范围优选为0至约1重量百分比,更优选约0.001至约0.5重量百分比,并且最优选为约0.1至约0.4重量百分比。
溶液中的着色剂或染料是可见的,并且所包括的含量优选为0至约1重量百分比,更优选为约0.001至约0.1重量百分比,并且最优选为约0.005至约0.009重量百分比。
本发明的清洁剂还包括水基稀释剂或载体。优选的稀释剂/载体为水,更优选为软水、去离子水、反渗透水等。清洁剂中包含的水更优选为软水。稀释剂/载体的含量是使清洁剂的重量百分比达到100重量百分比的余量。
根据本发明的优选玻璃清洁剂配方的例子如下表1。

在表1中的玻璃清洁剂配方中的氟化表面活性剂可以是CAPSTONE FS-50、CAPSTONE FS-60、CAPSTONE FS-65、TIVIDA FL 2300和TIVIDA FL 2500中的任一种。
A.对比试验
将表一所示的优选的玻璃清洁剂与具有表2所示成分的市售玻璃清洁剂进行比较。

使用机器以相同方式擦除施加至相同玻璃表面的三种清洁剂。使用机器测量擦拭性能和去污效果。清洁剂I是含有CAPSTONE FS-50的表1中的清洁剂,清洁剂II是含有TIVIDA FL 2500的表1中的清洁剂,而清洁剂III是表2中的不含氟化表面活性剂的清洁剂。
机器试验结果:

5=完全产生条痕
(ⅰ)清洁剂I=0.38
(ⅱ)清洁剂II=0.38
(ⅲ)清洁剂III=0.75

(2)手动操作试验
人们习惯于通过在相同的玻璃表面上使用相同的泵分配器喷射清洁剂来手动施加玻璃清洁剂,并且通过擦拭动作从表面清洁和擦除清洁剂。如上所述的“机器试验”的清洁剂I、II,和III也用于“手动操作试验”。

(3)性能概要

(b)包括至少一种C1-C3链烷醇和至少一种乙二醇C1-6烷基醚和丙二醇C1-6烷基醚的多种溶剂;
(c)包括至少一种链烷醇胺和至少一种氢氧化物的多种清洁制剂;
(d)至少一种非氟化表面活性剂;以及
(e)水基稀释剂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的硬表面清洁剂,其中,
所述含氟部分是C2-C6直链氟化官能团。
3.根据权利要求1所述的硬表面清洁剂,其中,
所述含氟部分是C2-C6支链氟化官能团。
4.根据权利要求1所述的硬表面清洁剂,其中,
所述多种溶剂包括链烷醇、乙二醇C1-6烷基醚和丙二醇C1-6烷基醚。
5.根据权利要求4所述的硬表面清洁剂,其中,
所述多种溶剂包括丙醇、乙二醇己醚以及丙二醇丙醚。
6.根据权利要求1所述的硬表面清洁剂,其中,
所述多种清洁制剂包括异丙醇胺和氢氧化铵。
7.根据权利要求1所述的硬表面清洁剂,还包括:
增溶剂。
8.根据权利要求7所述的硬表面清洁剂,其中,
所述增溶剂是亚烷基二醇。
9.根据权利要求1所述的硬表面清洁剂,其中,
所述增溶剂是丙二醇。
10.根据权利要求1所述的硬表面清洁剂,其中,
所述非氟化表面活性剂是含硫阴离子表面活性剂。
11.根据权利要求1所述的硬表面清洁剂,其中,
所述非氟化表面活性剂是链烷磺酸碱金属盐。
12.根据权利要求1所述的硬表面清洁剂,其中,
所述水基稀释剂是水。
13.根据权利要求1所述的硬表面清洁剂,其中,
所述清洁剂还包括:
大于0至5重量百分比的所述氟化表面活性剂、大于0至7重量百分比的所述链烷醇、0.1至6重量百分比的所述乙二醇C1-6烷基醚、大于0至5重量百分比的所述丙二醇C1-6烷基醚、大于0至6重量百分比的所述链烷醇胺、大于0至5重量百分比的所述氢氧化物、大于0至5重量百分比的所述非氟化表面活性剂,以及达到100重量百分比的余量的水基载体。
14.一种硬表面清洁剂,包括:
包括具有C2-C6直链碳原子或支链碳原子的氟化官能团的氟化表面活性剂;
异丙醇;
丙二醇丙醚;
乙二醇己醚;
异丙醇胺;
氢氧化铵;
链烷磺酸碱金属盐;以及
水。
15.根据权利要求14所述的硬表面清洁剂,其中,
所述清洁剂还包括:
0.001至0.5重量百分比的所述氟化表面活性剂、1.5至2.5重量百分比的异丙醇、0.1至1重量百分比的丙二醇丙醚、0.1至2重量百分比的乙二醇己醚、0.01至2重量百分比的异丙醇胺、0.01至1重量百分比的氢氧化铵、0.1至2重量百分比的链烷磺酸碱金属盐,以及达到100重量百分比的余量的水。
