本发明公开了一种高花青素乌发养生酒，包括以下重量的高花青素原料：黑木耳30～80g、核桃仁30～80g、黑米100～190g、黑豆120～180g、大枣120～180g、枸杞400～600g、黑芝麻1000～2000g和桑葚700～900g。其制备方法包括以下步骤：S1：将黑豆、黑米和黑芝麻经140～170℃焙出后过20～30目筛；核桃破碎取仁；S2：将大枣去核后与黑木耳、枸杞和桑葚放置进粉碎机中进行粉碎，得到混合物；S3：将S1与S2步骤中所得到的原料混合均匀与60‑80％的乙醇溶液以1:10～20、提取温度为50～70℃、提取时间2～4h条件下提取花青素溶液，经过滤得到高花青素酒。本发明具备较强抗氧化性且不加入任何有害人体健康的物质并且可以满足人体免疫和养颜乌发的要求。

技术领域
本发明涉及养生保健技术领域，尤其涉及一种高花青素乌发养生酒。
背景技术
目前所知的花青素乌发养生酒主要是从一种物质中提取，不同的物质所含有花青素种类也不同，花青素具有抗氧化活性、防治心血管疾病、抗癌、抗高血压、降血糖等生物活性；同时高花青素乌发养生酒具有养颜黑发、补肝肾、益气血、滋阳固精及益寿延年之功效。
而花青素乌发养生酒存在因花青素种类不全导其产生的抗氧化性较低的缺点；为满足人们追求的安全无毒、科学护理头发的需求，特推出本高花青素乌发养生酒。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决现有技术中存在因花青素种类不全导其产生的抗氧化性较低的缺点，而提出的一种高花青素乌发养生酒。
一种高花青素乌发养生酒，包括以下重量的高花青素原料：黑木耳30～80g、核桃仁30～80g、黑米100～190g、黑豆120～180g、大枣120～180g、枸杞400～600g、黑芝麻1000～2000g和桑葚700～900g。
优选的，所述的高花青素乌发养生酒，其特征在于，包括以下重量的高花青素原料：黑木耳40～70g、核桃仁40～70g、黑米110～180g、黑豆130～170g、大枣130～170g、枸杞400～600g、黑芝麻1200～2000g和桑葚700～900g。
优选的，所述的高花青素乌发养生酒，其特征在于，包括以下重量的高花青素原料：黑木耳60g、核桃仁60g、黑米170g、黑豆160g、大枣150g、枸杞600g、黑芝麻1800g和桑葚900g。
本发明还提出了高花青素乌发养生酒的制备方法，包括以下步骤：
S1：将黑豆、黑米和黑芝麻经140～170℃焙出后过20～30目筛；核桃破碎取仁；
S2：将大枣去核后与黑木耳、枸杞和桑葚放置进粉碎机中进行粉碎，得到混合物；
S3：将S1与S2步骤中所得到的原料混合均匀与60-80％的乙醇溶液以1:10～20、提取温度为50～70℃、提取时间2～4h条件下提取花青素溶液，经过滤得到高花青素酒；
S4：向S3步骤中得到的高花青素酒加入1～5％蜂蜜配置出33～42°的高花青素乌发养生酒。
本发明利用酒良好的半极性与原料融合在一起，从多种不同的物质中提取花青素，不改变其分子结构，保持天然特性，不加入任何有害人体健康的物质并且可以满足人体免疫和养颜乌发的要求，而且具备较强抗氧化性，成本低廉，无毒副作用的优点。

具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步解说。
实施例一
本发明提出的高花青素乌发养生酒，包括以下步骤：
S1：按照重量称取黑木耳60g、核桃仁60g、黑米170g、黑豆160g、大枣150g、枸杞600g、黑芝麻1800g和桑葚900g；
S2：将大枣去核后与黑木耳、枸杞和桑葚放置进粉碎机中进行粉碎，得到混合物；
S3：将S1与S2步骤中所得到的原料混合均匀与70％乙醇溶液以1:20、提取温度为70℃、提取时间4h条件下提取花青素溶液，经过滤得到高花青素酒；
S4：向S3步骤中得到的高花青素酒加入2％蜂蜜配置出42°的高花青素乌发养生酒。
实施例二
本发明提出的高花青素乌发养生酒，包括以下步骤：
S1：按照重量称取黑木耳55g、核桃仁50g、黑米165g、黑豆150g、大枣145g、枸杞500g、黑芝麻2000g和桑葚800g；
S2：将大枣去核后与黑木耳、枸杞和桑葚放置进粉碎机中进行粉碎，得到混合物；
S3：将S1与S2步骤中所得到的原料混合均匀与65％乙醇溶液以1:15、提取温度为60℃、提取时间3h条件下提取花青素溶液，经过滤得到高花青素酒；
S4：向S3步骤中得到的高花青素酒加入3％蜂蜜配置出35°的高花青素乌发养生酒。
实施例三
本发明提出的高花青素乌发养生酒，包括以下步骤：
S1：按照重量称取黑木耳40g、核桃仁40g、黑米140g、黑豆140g、大枣130g、枸杞400g、黑芝麻1600g和桑葚700g；
S2：将大枣去核后与黑木耳、枸杞和桑葚放置进粉碎机中进行粉碎，得到混合物；
S3：将S1与S2步骤中所得到的原料混合均匀与60％乙醇溶液以1:10、提取温度为60℃、提取时间2h条件下提取花青素溶液，经过滤得到高花青素酒；
S4：向S3步骤中得到的高花青素酒加入4％蜂蜜配置出33°的高花青素乌发养生酒。
