Abstract

本发明公开了一种组合式散热鳍片结构,由多个散热鳍片叠置组接而成,每一散热鳍片包括:鳍片本体、二个直边及至少一耳部;鳍片本体开设有至少一槽孔;二个直边分别设置于鳍片本体的两侧边缘;至少一耳部凸出设置于至少一直边上,耳部上设置有凸出部,槽孔的孔径宽度小于耳部及凸出部的宽度总和;当多个散热鳍片组接时,散热鳍片的耳部的凸出部会穿过相邻的散热鳍片的鳍片本体的对应地槽孔后,耳部的凸出部会抵接卡合于槽孔的两侧的边缘,使耳部无法自槽孔退出。

组合式散热鳍片结构
技术领域
本发明是有关于一种组合式散热鳍片结构。
背景技术
随着电子设备技术的不断发展,对其本身的散热要求也越来越高。现有技术中大都采用多个独立的散热鳍片相互组接的结构以构成一个散热器,同时在实际使用中多个散热鳍片组接的方式也各不相同。如中国台湾专利号为M376877公开的一种鳍片组合结构,其包含L型扣合结构,当L型扣合结构穿过槽孔后,需要弯折L型扣合结构才能使散热鳍片固定,这种方式虽然能起到固定作用,但是工艺繁琐。因此急需开发一种既能使散热鳍片固定牢靠,还能简化工艺的组合式散热鳍片结构。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题,本发明提供一种组合式散热鳍片结构,由多个散热鳍片叠置组接而成,其中,每一所述散热鳍片,包括:
鳍片本体,开设有至少一槽孔;
二个直边,分别设置于所述鳍片本体的两侧边缘;
至少一耳部,凸出设置于至少一所述直边上,所述耳部上间隔设置有凸出部,所述槽孔的孔径宽度小于所述耳部及所述凸出部的宽度总和;
其中,当多个所述散热鳍片组接时,所述散热鳍片的所述耳部的所述凸出部会穿过相邻的所述散热鳍片的所述鳍片本体的对应地所述槽孔后,所述耳部的所述凸出部会抵接卡合于所述槽孔的两侧的边缘,使所述耳部无法自所述槽孔退出。
上述的组合式散热鳍片结构,其中,所述鳍片本体上间隔开设所述槽孔,且所述槽孔对位于相邻的所述散热鳍片的所述耳部。
上述的组合式散热鳍片结构,其中,每一所述散热鳍片的所述鳍片本体、所述二个直边及所述耳部为一体件。
上述的组合式散热鳍片结构,其中,每一所述散热鳍片的所述槽孔、所述二个直边及所述耳部以冲压方式成型。
上述的组合式散热鳍片结构,其中,所述二个直边分别同向且垂直设置于所述鳍片本体的两侧边缘。
上述的组合式散热鳍片结构,其中,所述二个直边分别反向且垂直设置于所述鳍片本体的两侧边缘。
上述的组合式散热鳍片结构,其中,所述耳部凸出且间隔设置于至少一所述直边上。
上述的组合式散热鳍片结构,其中,所述凸出部为倒钩结构或凸台结构。
上述的组合式散热鳍片结构,其中,所述耳部及所述凸出部的材质为可塑性材料。
上述的组合式散热鳍片结构,其中,所述凸出部以强迫挤压的方式穿过所述槽孔。
本发明针对于现有技术其功效在于,通过本发明的组合式散热鳍片结构不仅能使散热鳍片间牢靠的固定,还能简化组装的工艺。

兹有关本发明的技术内容及详细说明,配合图式说明如下:
请参阅图1-3,图1为本发明组合式散热鳍片结构第一实施例的结构示意图;图2为图1的侧视图;图3为图1的局部放大图。如图1-3所示,本发明的组合式散热鳍片结构由多个散热鳍片1叠置组接而成,其中本实施例中仅公开了两个散热鳍片1叠置组接,但本发明并不限制散热鳍片1的数量。每一散热鳍片1包括:鳍片本体11、二个直边121、122及二个耳部13;每一鳍片本体11上且靠近直边121的位置间隔开设二个槽孔111,二个槽孔111对位于相邻的散热鳍片1的二个耳部13;二个直边121、122分别设置于鳍片本体11的两侧边缘;二个耳部13凸出且间隔设置于直边121上,每一耳部13的两侧边缘上分别设置有一凸出部131,槽孔111的孔径宽度小于耳部13及凸出部131的宽度总和;其中,当多个散热鳍片1组接时,散热鳍片1的耳部13的凸出部131会穿过相邻的散热鳍片1的鳍片本体11的对应地槽孔111后,耳部13的凸出部131会抵接卡合于槽孔111的两侧的边缘,使耳部13无法自槽孔111中退出。其中,本实施例中以凸出部131用强迫挤压的方式穿过槽孔111为较佳的实施方式。值得注意的是,本发明并不对耳部13及槽孔111的数量进行限制。
其中,在本实施例中凸出部131为倒钩结构,但本发明并不以此为限,在其他实施例中,凸出部131还可为凸台结构。
在本发明的另一实施例中,还可将二个耳部13间隔设置于直边122上,二个槽孔111间隔开设于鳍片本体11且靠近直边122的位置。
在本发明的又一实施例中,还可将二个耳部13分别设置于二个直边121、122上,二个槽孔111分别开设于鳍片本体11上且靠近二个直边121、122的位置。
在本发明的再一实施例中,每一直边上还可均设置多个耳部13,鳍片本体11上且靠近二个直边121、122的位置还可开设多个对位于耳部13的槽孔111。
进一步地,鳍片本体11、二个直边121、122及二个耳部13为一体件。
再进一步地,每一散热鳍片1的槽孔111、二个直边121、122及耳部13以冲压方式成型。
更进一步地,二个直边121、122分别同向且垂直设置于鳍片本体11的两侧边缘。
其中,在本实施例中,以耳部13及凸出部131的材质为可塑性材料作为较佳的实施方式,设置有凸出部131的耳部13会强迫挤压地穿过槽孔111后,凸出部131抵接卡合于槽孔111的两侧的边缘,但本发明,并不对耳部13及凸出部131。
请参照图4,图4为本发明组合式散热鳍片结构第二实施例的侧视图。图4示出的组合式散热鳍片结构与图1-3示出的组合式散热鳍片结构的结构大致相同,因此相同的部分在此就不再赘述了,现将不同部分说明如下。在本实施例中,每一散热鳍片的二个直边121、122反向且垂直设置于鳍片本体11的两侧边缘。
综上所述,通过本发明的组合式散热鳍片结构不仅能使散热鳍片间牢靠的固定,还能简化组装的工艺

Claims (9)

1.一种组合式散热鳍片结构,由多个散热鳍片叠置组接而成,其特征在于,每一所述散热鳍片,包括:
鳍片本体,开设有至少一槽孔;
二个直边,分别设置于所述鳍片本体的两侧边缘;
至少一耳部,凸出设置于至少一所述直边上,所述耳部上间隔设置有凸出部,所述槽孔的孔径宽度小于所述耳部及所述凸出部的宽度总和;
其中,当多个所述散热鳍片组接时,所述散热鳍片的所述耳部的所述凸出部会穿过相邻的所述散热鳍片的所述鳍片本体的对应地所述槽孔后,所述凸出部以强迫挤压的方式穿过所述槽孔,所述耳部的所述凸出部会抵接卡合于所述槽孔的两侧的边缘,使所述耳部无法自所述槽孔退出。
2.如权利要求1所述的组合式散热鳍片结构,其特征在于,所述鳍片本体上间隔开设所述槽孔,且所述槽孔对位于相邻的所述散热鳍片的所述耳部。
3.如权利要求1所述的组合式散热鳍片结构,其特征在于,每一所述散热鳍片的所述鳍片本体、所述二个直边及所述耳部为一体件。
4.如权利要求1所述的组合式散热鳍片结构,其特征在于,每一所述散热鳍片的所述槽孔、所述二个直边及所述耳部以冲压方式成型。
5.如权利要求1所述的组合式散热鳍片结构,其特征在于,所述二个直边分别同向且垂直设置于所述鳍片本体的两侧边缘。
6.如权利要求1所述的组合式散热鳍片结构,其特征在于,所述二个直边分别反向且垂直设置于所述鳍片本体的两侧边缘。
7.如权利要求1所述的组合式散热鳍片结构,其特征在于,所述耳部凸出且间隔设置于至少一所述直边上。
8.如权利要求1所述的组合式散热鳍片结构,其特征在于,所述凸出部为倒钩结构或凸台结构。
9.如权利要求1所述的组合式散热鳍片结构,其特征在于,所述耳部及所述凸出部的材质为可塑性材料。
