背景技术
通常,前照灯、倒车灯、雾灯、尾灯、转向信号灯等安装在车辆上用于不同目的。在相关技术的车辆的车灯装置中,如图1所示,作为光源设置的灯泡5安装在外壳1中,并且外部透镜2和内部透镜3接合到外壳1,所述外部透镜2和内部透镜3配置为将从灯泡5发射的光传输到外部。此外,饰圈(bezel)4形成在从光源发射的光辐射的部分之外的部分处,并且图1示出了饰圈4接合至内部透镜3与外壳1之间。

发明内容

本发明的一个方面是通过使用具有互补颜色的饰圈的颜色来改善除湿性能和色度问题。
首先,为了提高除湿性能,可以扩大发光区域。当发光区域扩大时,尾灯/刹车灯的红色光区域也可以扩大。可替代地,可以分析红色外部透镜的透过光谱,并且可以确定饰圈的目标透过波长以获得目标透过波长材料并选择具有互补颜色的饰圈的颜色以改善除湿性能而不增大红色区域。
因此,考虑到后面描述的波长边界宽度,可以将具有约580nm或580nm以下的波长的光透过的蓝绿色饰圈指定为具有互补颜色的饰圈。在实验中,当应用黑色饰圈时,需要8.6分钟来去除水分,如图4中左侧所示,而当应用蓝绿色饰圈时,需要5.5分钟来去除水分,如图4中右侧所示。为了增加波长的边界宽度,考虑了以下情况。
1)在采用单透镜的情况下,如表1总结的,波长为482-580nm的光透过绿色透镜,而波长为597nm或以上的光透过红色透镜。因此,波长的边界宽度为17nm(例如,约580nm-597nm)。

3)在应用多种颜色的情况下,如图5所示,由于波长为482至580nm的光透过绿色透镜,波长为597nm或以上的光透过红色透镜,而波长415至490nm以及673nm或以上的光透过蓝色透镜,所以波长的边界宽度是整个波长范围。因此,通过添加防止边界宽度范围内的光透过的蓝色,可以将具有等于或小于580nm的波长范围的光主要透过的蓝绿色饰圈确定为具有互补颜色的饰圈。
具有互补颜色的饰圈的光学透明性能如图6和图7所示。通过绿色透镜获得的透过光谱示于图6中,而通过绿色透镜和红色透镜的组合获得的透过光谱示于图7中。根据测量,具有约480至580nm波长的光在红色透镜中保持成能量(例如,热能)。因此,当饰圈的颜色从黑色变为蓝绿色时,可以通过利用剩余能量来改善除湿性能,并且可以使美感改善超过黑色饰圈。
本发明的一个方面是通过调节透过具有互补颜色的饰圈的光的辐射方向来改善除湿性能和外观。因此,根据本发明的一个示例性实施方案的车辆的车灯装置的具有互补颜色的饰圈的后表面可以包括表面结构31-1,该表面结构31-1配置为将辐射的光反射到期望的方向。
在传统的车灯装置中,当透过具有互补颜色的饰圈时,所有的光都被导向外部透镜并透过饰圈,并且光被用于外部透镜的除湿效果,并且灯丝的一部分通过饰圈中的细孔是可见的。由于用于反射辐射光的表面结构31-1,本发明中的具有互补颜色的饰圈可以将光辐射到频繁产生水分的区域以更有效地分布光能。具体地,形成在具有互补颜色的饰圈的后表面上的表面结构可以被加工成用于反射辐射光的反光装置(RR,rear reflector)形状,或者可以被加工成多焦点反射器(MFR,multi focus reflector)表面。
当具有互补颜色的饰圈的后表面被加工成具有反光装置形状时,光可以朝着光源侧被反射,如图2所示,并且可以被反射片50反射,以再次辐射到外部透镜21的整个区域。通过有效地利用光能,上述配置可以将可去除水分的区域扩展,并且还可以实现美学上的改进。换句话说,由于光被反光装置形状反射,所以可以通过充分的反射和透光来改善除湿效果,并且还可以通过同时降低穿透光的能量来改善灯丝可见的问题。反射片50可以接合至车灯外壳10并且可以设置在光源41的后面。
图8和图9示出了根据本发明的另一示例性实施方案的车辆的车灯装置,并且示出了当将配置为将光反射到具有互补颜色的饰圈的表面结构进行精细(例如,平滑地)地光学处理时的光的辐射路径。指向饰圈32的光可以通过上述多焦点反射器(MFR)反射表面而在饰圈32与车灯外壳11之间被反复反射从而传输到水分存在区域,从而利用光能辐射水分存在区域。因此,可以增强和改善除湿效果。
另外,当具有互补颜色的饰圈32实施为注入蓝绿色的后组合饰圈时,因为饰圈可以减少从外部透镜21出射的光量并且蓝绿色光不会透过红色外部透镜21,所以饰圈的外表面可以呈现为黑色饰圈以保持美学设计。换句话说,通过辐射具有反射角关于法线与入射光的入射角相等的反射光,可以将光导向可能产生潮湿的区域。通过这种配置,可以改善除湿效果,并且可以通过表面结构将光辐射到期望的区域,从而增强除湿效果并改善灯丝可见的问题。此外,由于光的一部分的透过可能比沉积或添加单独的反射表面的情况更容易发生,因此该配置通常可以利于均匀除湿。
图10示出根据本发明的另一示例性实施方案的车辆的车灯装置。图10示出的示例性实施方案可以包括在饰圈32与外壳12之间的附加光源42。如图10所示,由于附加光源42,可以改进除湿性能。此外,当具有互补颜色的饰圈32实施为注入蓝绿色的后组合饰圈时,该饰圈的外表面可以是黑色饰圈的外表面,因此可以保持美学设计。另外,还可以改善灯丝可见的问题。
根据本发明的车辆的车灯装置,可以通过利用入射光以特定角度反射的特性来调节透过外部透镜的光,从而改善灯丝漏光。此外,可以利用入射角等于反射角的特性使用光来辐射水分存在区域,可以增强除湿性能。
尽管上面已经参考示出的附图对本发明进行了描述,对于本领域技术人员显而易见的是可以进行各种改变和修改而不脱离本发明的范围。因此,这些修改或改变应被视为落入本发明的权利要求,并且本发明的范围应当基于所附权利要求来解释。

Claims (15)

1.一种车辆的车灯装置,其包括:
光源;
车灯外壳,在所述车灯外壳上容纳所述光源;
透镜,其联接至所述车灯外壳,以使从光源发射的光透过所述透镜;
饰圈,其联接至所述车灯外壳,并设置在所述透镜与所述光源之间,
其中,所述饰圈包括形成在其后表面上并且配置为反射辐射的光的表面结构。
2.根据权利要求1所述的车辆的车灯装置,其中,所述饰圈具有与透镜颜色互补的颜色。
3.根据权利要求1所述的车辆的车灯装置,其中,所述饰圈的后表面形成为具有反光装置形状,通过所述反光装置的形状,从光源发射的光基本上向后反射。
4.根据权利要求3所述的车辆的车灯装置,其进一步包括:
反射片,其联接至所述车灯外壳,并设置在光源后面。
5.根据权利要求1所述的车辆的车灯装置,其中,所述饰圈的后表面形成为具有多焦点反射器表面,所述多焦点反射器表面配置为以等于入射角的反射角反射从光源发射的光。
6.根据权利要求5所述的车辆的车灯装置,其进一步包括:
附加光源,其设置在所述饰圈与所述车灯外壳之间。
7.一种车辆的车灯装置,其包括:
光源;
车灯外壳,在所述车灯外壳上容纳所述光源;
透镜,其联接至所述车灯外壳,以使从光源发射的光透过所述透镜;
饰圈,其联接至所述车灯外壳,并设置在所述透镜与所述光源之间,
其中,所述透镜包括第一颜色,而所述饰圈具有与第一颜色互补的第二颜色。
8.根据权利要求7所述的车辆的车灯装置,其中,所述第一颜色是红色。
9.根据权利要求8所述的车辆的车灯装置,其中,所述透镜透射波长等于或大于约597nm的光。
10.根据权利要求7所述的车辆的车灯装置,其中,所述第二颜色是绿色。
11.根据权利要求10所述的车辆的车灯装置,其中,所述饰圈透射波长在482nm至580nm之间的光。
12.根据权利要求10所述的车辆的车灯装置,其中,所述第二颜色还包括蓝色。
13.根据权利要求12所述的车辆的车灯装置,其中,所述饰圈透射波长等于或小于约540nm的光。
14.根据权利要求7所述的车辆的车灯装置,其中,所述饰圈的后表面形成为具有反光装置形状,通过所述反光装置形状,从光源发射的光基本上向后反射。
15.根据权利要求7所述的车辆的车灯装置,其中,所述饰圈的后表面形成为具有多焦点反射器表面,所述多焦点反射器表面配置为以等于入射角的反射角反射从光源发射的光。
