Abstract

本发明提供了一种新型车用尿素溶液的生产方法,它采用超纯水设备,先把普通水通过五级过滤处理成超纯水,然后加入高纯度工业尿素进行加热混合搅拌,配制成浓度为32.5%的溶液,最后过滤装桶即可。该发明的生产制备方法方便实用,制出的尿素溶液纯度高,具有良好的发展应用价值。

一种新型车用尿素溶液的生产方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种柴油车尾气催化还原剂的生产方法,特别是涉及一种车用尿素溶液的生产方法。
背景技术
车用尿素的纯度要求很高,普通的尿素或者尿液不能满足要求,地下水中的某些杂质和农业尿素的杂质含量也均远超过车用尿素用水的要求,显然车用尿素的提纯和水处理的配置是车用尿素的关键。本发明提出了一种车用尿素溶液生产系统,能够使用普通和农业尿素和地下水作为原料得到符合国家标准的车用尿素水溶液,并且能够实现连续式生产。
发明内容
针对已有的技术不足,本发明的目的在于提供一种新型车用尿素溶液的生产方法。
本发明是通过下述技术方案实现的:
它是先把自来水通过石英砂、活性炭、阳离子树脂、陶瓷滤芯、抛光树脂等五级过滤,一级比一级严格,把普通水通过过滤得到超纯水备用。
然后用超纯水兑高纯度工业尿素进行加热,混合搅拌,溶解制成无色透明的溶液,最后再过滤装桶即可。
具体实施方式
它是先把自来水通过石英砂、活性炭、阳离子树脂、陶瓷过滤、抛光树脂等五级过滤,把普通水通过过滤得到超纯水备用。
然后,用100公斤超纯水加33公斤超纯尿素混合搅拌制成无色透明的溶液,最后再过滤装桶即可。

1.一种新型车用尿素溶液的生产方法其生产步骤如下:
①先把水通过五级过滤处理成超纯水。
②选用高纯工业尿素与超纯水混合配制成尿素溶液。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型车用尿素溶液的生产方法其特征在于把水通过五级过滤处理成超纯水后再与高纯工业尿素混合成溶液。
