技术领域
本发明涉及工业输送带裁切分条机领域,特别是涉及一种智能型多刀结构的工业输送带裁切分条机。
背景技术
目前,我国工业输送带裁切设备行业发展迅速,用于工业输送带裁切的设备也多种多样,但是仍然面临着很多方面的挑战,需求寻找满足客户的解决方案,各类裁切机作为通用设备广泛应用与各类胶带、板材加工行业,但针对不同规格饰面材料相对来说效率低下,且材料浪费大,另外在裁切机的使用时候,大多数裁切机只配备了一个刀具,再进行多条裁切的时候非常不方便,裁切机的刀具通常是固定状态,不能够改变刀具的位置,使用起来具有一定的局限性。
发明内容
本发明的目的就在于为了解决上述问题而提供一种智能型多刀结构的工业输送带裁切分条机。
本发明通过以下技术方案来实现上述目的:
一种智能型多刀结构的工业输送带裁切分条机,包括支撑架、电机、气泵、刀具,所述支撑架的侧面安装有所述电机,所述电机的前方设置有带轮,所述带轮的上方设置有从动轮,所述从动轮的后方安装有辊轮,所述辊轮的外部设置有输送带,所述支撑架的上方设置有压板,所述压板的内部安装有所述气泵,所述压板的上方设置有刀架,所述刀架的内部设置有轨道,所述轨道的下方设置有电动滑块,所述电动滑块的下方设置有气缸,所述气缸的底部安装有所述刀具,所述刀架的侧面设置有压轮,所述刀架的前方安装有显示屏,所述显示屏的侧面设置有键盘,所述显示屏的下方设置有控制器。
上述结构中,通过所述键盘设置工作参数,所述控制器控制设备工作,根据切割物料的宽度,所述电动滑块在所述轨道上进行运动,使所述刀具之间的距离与切割物料的宽度相一致,将物料放置在所述输送带的上方,使用所述压轮将物料压好,所述电机带动所述带轮进行旋转运动,所述从动轮带动所述辊轮随之转动,所述气泵带动所述气缸进行上下运动,从而使所述刀具对物料进行裁切分条处理。
为了进一步提高工业输送带裁切分条的生产效率,所述电机与所述支撑架之间用螺栓连接,所述带轮与所述电机之间通过联轴器连接。
为了进一步提高工业输送带裁切分条的生产效率,所述辊轮之间用所述输送带连接,所述压板与所述支撑架之间通过螺栓连接。
为了进一步提高工业输送带裁切分条的生产效率,所述气泵与所述支撑架之间用螺栓连接,所述压轮与所述压板之间通过连杆连接,所述刀架与所述压板之间用螺栓连接。
为了进一步提高工业输送带裁切分条的生产效率,所述轨道焊接在所述刀架的上方,所述电动滑块与所述轨道之间通过卡槽连接。

如图1-图3所示,一种智能型多刀结构的工业输送带裁切分条机,包括支撑架4、电机2、气泵5、刀具12,支撑架4的侧面安装有电机2,电机2用以将电能转化为机械能,电机2的前方设置有带轮3,带轮3用以带动从动轮1转动,带轮3的上方设置有从动轮1,从动轮1用以带动辊轮14转动,从动轮1的后方安装有辊轮14,辊轮14用以使输送带13传动,辊轮14的外部设置有输送带13,输送带13用以输送物料,支撑架4的上方设置有压板6,压板6用以承压,压板6的内部安装有气泵5,气泵5用以使刀具12运动,压板6的上方设置有刀架11,刀架11用以安装刀具12,刀架11的内部设置有轨道10,轨道10用以安装电动滑块9,轨道10的下方设置有电动滑块9,电动滑块9用以带动刀具12移动,电动滑块9的下方设置有气缸8,气缸8用以带动刀具12进行上下运动,气缸8的底部安装有刀具12,刀具12用以分切物料,刀架11的侧面设置有压轮7,压轮7用以压紧物料,刀架11的前方安装有显示屏16,显示屏16用以显示工作参数,显示屏16的侧面设置有键盘17,键盘17用以设置工作参数,显示屏16的下方设置有控制器15,控制器15用以控制设备工作。
上述结构中,通过键盘17设置工作参数,控制器15控制设备工作,根据切割物料的宽度,电动滑块9在轨道10上进行运动,使刀具12之间的距离与切割物料的宽度相一致,将物料放置在输送带13的上方,使用压轮7将物料压好,电机2带动带轮3进行旋转运动,从动轮1带动辊轮14随之转动,气泵5带动气缸8进行上下运动,从而使刀具12对物料进行裁切分条处理。
为了进一步提高工业输送带裁切分条的生产效率,电机2与支撑架4之间用螺栓连接,带轮3与电机2之间通过联轴器连接,辊轮14之间用输送带13连接,压板6与支撑架4之间通过螺栓连接,气泵5与支撑架4之间用螺栓连接,压轮7与压板6之间通过连杆连接,刀架11与压板6之间用螺栓连接,轨道10焊接在刀架11的上方,电动滑块9与轨道10之间通过卡槽连接,气缸8与电动滑块9之间通过螺栓连接,刀具12与气缸8之间通过卡扣连接,控制器15与刀架11之间通过螺栓连接,显示屏16与刀架11之间通过螺栓连接,键盘17与刀架11之间通过螺栓连接。
