[0001] 本发明涉及一种剪切设备,具体说涉及一种电子元件待料剪切设备。
背景技术
[0002]随着电子工业的迅猛发展,贴片机越来越多的被广泛使用,给贴片机供料的电子元件都采用料带方式进行上料,通常贴片机又没有自带回收功能,废弃料带都是用垃圾桶回收,操作人员手动用剪刀剪断,这样不仅影响生产车间的现场环境,而且人工回收料带即费时又费力。市场上也有一些简易的料带回收设备,多采用剪刀式或铣刀式切割,气动加电动的驱动方式,料带回收的质量和效率不尽人意。
发明内容
[0003] 为了解决贴片机无法自动剪切料带不足,本发明专利提供了一种新型贴片机料带自动剪切设备。
[0004] 本发明的技术方案为:一种贴片机料带自动剪切设备,包括驱动机构、剪切执行机构和架体;所述的驱动机构、剪切执行机构均固定于架体上;驱动机构带动剪切执行机构直线往复运动,完成剪料带动作。
[0005] 驱动机构包括减速电机、电机安装板、主动齿轮、从动齿轮、连杆和切刀连接板,减速电机安装在电机安装板上,主动齿轮与从动齿轮啮合转动,连杆连设置于从动齿轮和切刀连接板之间。
[0006] 剪切执行机构包括切刀,不动刀片,间隙调节板,安装板和导轨;切刀固定于导轨上,连杆通过切刀连接板带动切刀往复运动,不动刀片固定于安装板,间歇调节板设置于调节切刀和不动刀片之间。
[0007] 本发明操作简单,有明显的提高生产效率作用,适应工业产业化生产。

具体实施方式
[0011]下面结合附图,来进一步阐述本发明的具体实施方式。
[0012]如图1所示,一种贴片机料带自动剪切设备,包括驱动机构I,剪切执行机构2和架体3;所述的驱动机构I和剪切执行机构2固定于架体3上。
[0013] 如图2所示,工作时,不动刀片22和调节顶针都安装在间隙调节板23上,旋转调节顶针来调整不动刀片22的高度,直至达到不动刀片22和切刀21的最佳的配合状态。将贴片机料带放置于切刀21和不动刀片22之间,并按下启动按钮。减速电机11带动主动齿轮13旋转,从动齿轮14在主动齿轮13的啮合驱动下绕从动齿轮轴转动,主动齿轮13和从动齿轮14的齿数不同,到达的降低转速,增大扭矩的作用。从动齿轮14和固定于从动齿轮14上的连杆15组成了一个偏心凸轮机构,切刀21在这个偏心凸轮机构的作用下延导轨25做往复直线运动,当切刀21与不动刀片22刀口间距逐渐缩小直至闭合时,贴片机料带被剪断。偏心凸轮机构继续转动,切刀21延导轨25向后直线运动,切刀21与不动刀片22刀口之间距离增大,直至触发行程开关,减速电机11停止转动,贴片机料带进入切刀21和不动刀片22的刀口中间。经过一段预设的延时之后,减速电机11继续转动,重复完成以上动作。

1.一种贴片机料带自动剪切设备,包括驱动机构(I),剪切执行机构(2)和架体(3);其特征在于:驱动机构(I)和剪切执行机构(2)固定于架体(3)上;驱动机构(I)带动剪切执行机构(2)直线往复运动。
2.如权利要求1所述的贴片机料带自动剪切设备,其特征在于:驱动机构(I)包括减速电机(11),电机安装板(12),主动齿轮(13),从动齿轮(14),连杆(15)和切刀连接板(16),减速电机(I I)安装在电机安装板(12)上,主动齿轮(13)与从动齿轮(14)啮合转动,连杆(15)设置于从动齿轮(14)和切刀连接板(16)之间。
3.如权利要求1所述的贴片机料带自动剪切设备,其特征在于:剪切执行机构(2)包括切刀(21),不动刀片(22),间隙调节板(23),安装板(24)和导轨(25);切刀(21)固定于导轨(25)上,连杆(15)通过切刀连接板(16)带动切刀(21)往复运动,不动刀片(22)固定于安装板(24),间歇调节板(23)设置于调节切刀(21)和不动刀片(22)之间。
