本发明涉及一种咪唑并异吲哚类衍生物的制备方法。具体而言,本发明涉及一种如式I所示的咪唑并异吲哚类衍生物的制备方法,包括将式II所示化合物与式III所示化合物进行反应的步骤。本发明所述的制备方法的产率较现有技术大大提高,产物纯度也更高,更易于后续反应,减少了后处理操作,更加适合工业放大生产。
