Abstract

技术领域
本说明书涉及电子吸入装置,例如电子吸烟装置,包括电子香烟。
背景技术

具体实施方式
参考图1和图2,示出了香烟形状的电子香烟形式的电子吸入装置。电子香烟具有衔口2和香烟主体4。衔口2具有在第一端处的空气出口6并且在第二端处被连接到香烟主体4。
在电子香烟内部存在朝向衔口端的液体存储件8和具有加热线圈12的蒸发器10。蒸发器10被设置成挨着液体存储件8以便允许液体被传递到蒸发器10上以用于蒸发。电路板14包含压力传感器16、声音发信号器件18(例如蜂鸣器或扬声器)和计算机20。动力电池22提供动力至装置。

衔口31具有用于供应蒸汽到用户的嘴的出口37和用于在使用中由蒸汽装置32产生的蒸汽的出口通路38。衔口31还包括液体存储件,其包括浸渍有可蒸发液体(例如含尼古丁的液体)的多孔存储基体39(例如塑料开口泡沫材料),其中所述液体在使用中被蒸汽装置32蒸发。基体39用作液体的存储件,并且因为衔口31可以被轻易地移除和更换,所以当多孔基体39中的液体被耗尽并且需要被补充时其能够被用作再注满胶囊。
蒸汽装置32包括电子加热线圈40,其绕被支撑在陶瓷基底42上的陶瓷芯41缠绕。大体U形芯吸构件43被构造成通过毛细作用从存储件39向加热元件40芯吸液体。芯吸构件43可以例如由金属泡沫(例如镍泡沫)制成。
加热器线圈40通过电触头48、49(图7和图8中未示出,参见图9)由位于控制单元33内的可再充电电池44提供动力,当控制单元33通过螺纹34、35的接合被装配到蒸发装置32时所述电触头48、49将加热器线圈电联接到电池44。在被安装到控制单元33内的电路板46上的控制电路45的控制下,电池44的电力被供应到加热器线圈40。
如图9所示,控制电路45包括微控制器47,其由电池44提供动力以便通过触头48、49供应加热电流至线圈40,当控制单元33借助于图7所示的螺纹34、35被螺纹地接合于蒸汽装置32时所述触头48、49实现电连接。
压力传感器50探测用户何时在衔口38上抽吸,如下文更具体描述的。
同样地,提供发信号单元51以便提供声音或者视觉输出至用户来指示装置的操作条件。例如,发信号装置可以包括发光二极管,当用户在装置上抽吸时其发红光。发信号装置可以提供预定声音或者视觉信号来指示例如电池44需要被再充电。
通过开关晶体管52控制从电池44向嘴控制器的电流供应。
当用户在衔口1上抽吸以便吸取蒸汽通过出口37时,压力传感器50探测从蒸汽装置32内传送通过控制单元33的内部到电路板45的压力的下降。微控制器47响应于传感器50探测到的压降而向加热器线圈40供应电流,该线圈40蒸发通过毛细作用通过U形芯吸构件43被供应的液体。空气入口通路55被提供在蒸汽单元32和控制单元33之间的接头内,以致空气能够沿箭头A的方向被吸取通过控制单元33的螺纹延长部34而进入到蒸汽装置32内,以致所形成的蒸汽沿箭头B的方向被吸取通过通路38而到达出口37。
图7和图8的装置的操作可以与先前所述的图1至图6的装置的操作相同并且因此在此将不重复这种操作的具体描述。但是,意图是,图7和图8的实施例的控制电路46可以按照图1至图6的实施例的电路板14被构造,并且反之亦可。具体地,电路板46可以包括单独的音频发信号器件18。替代性地,发信号单元51可以用作在前述实施例中描述的音频发信号器件。同样地,压力传感器50可以被置于控制单元33内的电路板46上,并且蒸汽装置32可以与控制单元33内的区域经由例如开放通路(未示出)流体连通,以致蒸汽装置32内的压降可以由控制单元33内的电路板46上的压力传感器探测到。同样地,图7和图8的实施例的微控制器47可以根据图1至图6的实施例的计算机20被编程,以便监测来自压力传感器16的测量压力从而相应地且如前所述地控制装置,具体地运行软件来如前所述地控制各种菜单模式。
虽然已经示出并描述了示例,但是本领域技术人员将理解到,在不背离本发明范围的情况下可以做出各种修改和改进。计算机处理器可以是微处理器或微控制器。装置不限于是香烟形状的。计算机处理器、音频发信号器件和压力传感器不限于在同一电路板上。被用于蒸发的加热线圈可以由另一类型的非线圈加热元件代替。菜单的控制可以是除了压力传感器之外的按钮或开关或一些其他器件。

Claims (21)
1.一种电子吸入装置,其包括具有加热元件的蒸发器、动力电池和计算机,其中所述计算机包括计算机处理器、存储器和输入输出器件;
其中所述计算机被构造成在使用中当用户激活菜单模式时进入所述菜单模式;以及
其中在菜单模式,选定的菜单选项使得实现在吸入开始时向所述加热元件提供增大功率的蒸汽升压或者选定的菜单选项改变所述装置的操作参数以改变以下中的至少一项:
激活所述加热元件所在的阈值压力值;或
加热元件激活时间,所述加热元件激活时间是一旦所述加热元件被激活则所述加热元件被激活的预定时间。
2.根据权利要求1所述的电子吸入装置,其中在菜单模式,选定的菜单选项使得实现所述装置的校准。
3.根据权利要求2所述的电子吸入装置,其中在菜单模式,选定的菜单选项使得能够调节参数来校准所述装置。
4.根据权利要求2所述的电子吸入装置,其中校准包括以下中的一个或多个:
调节被供应到所述加热元件的电流;
调节所述加热元件的蒸发效果;
调节被所述加热元件蒸发的来自液体存储件的液体的量。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的电子吸入装置,其中所述电子吸入装置是电子香烟,且所述加热元件是加热线圈。
6.根据权利要求1或2所述的电子吸入装置,其中所述计算机是微处理器。
7.根据权利要求1或2所述的电子吸入装置,其中所述菜单模式使得用户能够从两个或者更多个菜单选项中选择一个菜单选项。
8.根据权利要求1或2所述的电子吸入装置,其中所述计算机包括允许用户针对其主要功能来使用所述装置并通过使用所述吸入装置来吸入的正常模式,且其中所述计算机被构造成在使用中当用户激活所述菜单模式时从正常模式改变到菜单模式。
9.根据权利要求1或2所述的电子吸入装置,其中所述装置包括被连接到所述计算机的输入装置并且通过所述输入装置来激活所述菜单模式。
10.根据权利要求9所述的电子吸入装置,其中所述输入装置包括开关、按钮或压力传感器。
11.根据权利要求10所述的电子吸入装置,其中所述输入装置是压力传感器,且所述计算机被构造成当所述压力传感器探测到所述装置上的至少一个短暂吸吮或吹入时进入所述菜单模式。
12.根据权利要求1或2所述的电子吸入装置,其中当所述装置在菜单模式时阻止激活所述蒸发器。
13.根据权利要求1或2所述的电子吸入装置,其中在菜单模式,选定的菜单选项使得所述装置能够被重置。
14.根据权利要求1或2所述的电子吸入装置,其中所述装置进一步包括与所述装置的用户使用有关的使用数据,并且所述使用数据被存储在所述计算机存储器中。
15.根据权利要求14所述的电子吸入装置,其中在菜单模式,选定的菜单选项从所述计算机存储器清除所述使用数据。
16.根据权利要求14所述的电子吸入装置,其中在菜单模式,选定的菜单选项激活所述使用数据的传输。
17.根据权利要求1或2所述的电子吸入装置,其中所述装置进一步包括音频发信号器件,且所述装置被构造成当所述装置进入或离开所述菜单模式时通过声音信号来通知用户。
18.根据权利要求17所述的电子吸入装置,其中所述装置被构造成当所述用户通过菜单选项导航时或当选择一个菜单选项时通过声音信号来通知用户。
19.根据权利要求1或2所述的电子吸入装置,其中所述装置被构造成在所述装置闲置预定时间之后离开菜单模式。
20.根据权利要求1或2所述的电子吸入装置,其中在菜单模式,选定的菜单选项导致所述装置离开所述菜单模式。
21.根据权利要求1或2所述的电子吸入装置,其中所述装置包括控制单元,该控制单元包括所述动力电池和所述计算机,所述控制单元能够被可释放地附接到所述蒸发器,且其中所述装置被构造成当所述蒸发器从所述控制单元断开时离开所述菜单模式。
