发明内容:本发明的目的是,配制出一种饮料,具有调整人体机能、调节血压、减缓衰老等作用的一种纯绿色草莓果汁饮料。其技术内容是,草莓果汁饮料,由草莓果浆、蓝靛果、葡萄、枸杞、蜂蜜、白砂糖和山泉水配制而成,其特征是,计量按百分比计,草莓果浆10~15%,蓝靛果5~8%,葡萄8~12%,枸杞1-3%,蜂蜜2-4%,白砂糖9-11%,其余为山泉水。
优选的是:所述草莓果汁饮料的制造步骤如下:
(1)原材料准备,取大田生长的草莓果、葡萄、蓝靛果、枸杞,去除残茎、残叶、果皮,清洗干净。
(2)浸提液准备,将白砂糖、蜂蜜、水按照1:1:3的比例调兑后,加热至白糖溶化。
(3)将步骤(1)准备好的原材料,捣碎后,放入步骤(2)中所得的浸提液中,搅拌。
(4)研磨;将步骤(3)中得到的混合物用胶体磨磨成细腻的原浆,装瓶、密封包装,即可。

其加工工艺如下:

(2)浸提液准备,将白砂糖、蜂蜜、水按照1:1:3的比例调兑后,加热至白糖溶化。
(3)将步骤(1)准备好的原材料,捣碎后,放入步骤(2)中所得的浸提液中,搅拌;
研磨;将步骤(3)中得到的混合物用胶体磨磨成细腻的原浆,经过均质机均质,灌装,封盖、高温灭菌后即可。
