本发明涉及一种饮品,具体地说是草莓果汁饮料。
背景技术
目前,全国各大超市、商店所出售的饮料,尽管种类繁多,但目前还没有同类产品。现有的果汁饮料,大都是人们日常用来解渴的饮品;有些饮料,喝后,虽说对人体有一定的保健作用,但功能却都比较单一,而且有些饮品还含防腐剂、色素等对人体有害物质。
发明内容
本发明的目的是,配制出一种饮料,具有调整人体机能、调节血压、减缓衰老等作用的一种纯绿色草莓果汁饮料。其技术内容是,草莓果汁饮料,由草莓果浆、蓝靛果、葡萄、枸杞、蜂蜜、白砂糖和山泉水配制而成,其特征是,计量按百分比计,草莓果浆10~15%,蓝靛果5~8%,葡萄8~12%,枸杞1-3%,蜂蜜2-4%,白砂糖9-11%,其余为山泉水。
优选的是:所述草莓果汁饮料的制造步骤如下:
(1)原材料准备,取大田生长的草莓果、葡萄、蓝靛果、枸杞,去除残茎、残叶、果皮,清洗干净;
(2)浸提液准备,将白砂糖、蜂蜜、水按照1:1:3的比例调兑后,加热至白糖溶化;
(3)将步骤(1)准备好的原材料,捣碎后,放入步骤(2)中所得的浸提液中,搅拌;
(4)研磨;将步骤(3)中得到的混合物用胶体磨磨成细腻的原浆,装瓶、密封包装,即可。
 
本发明和现有技术相比其先进之处在于,该草莓果汁饮料,具有调整人体机能、调节血压、软化毛细血管、消除眼睛疲劳、改善视力、减缓衰老等作用,从而克服了现有饮品功能单一,有些饮品还含防腐剂、色素等对人体有害物质的不足之处。
具体实施方式:
本发明所述的一种草莓果汁饮料原材料包括草莓果汁饮料,由草莓果浆、蓝靛果、葡萄、枸杞、蜂蜜、白砂糖和山泉水配制而成,其特征是,计量按百分比计,草莓果浆10%,蓝靛果8%,葡萄12%,枸杞3%,蜂蜜4%,白砂糖11%,其余为山泉水。
其加工工艺如下:
(1)原材料准备,取大田生长的草莓果、美人指葡萄、蓝靛果、枸杞,去除残茎、残叶、果皮,清洗干净;
(2)浸提液准备,将白砂糖、蜂蜜、水按照1:1:3的比例调兑后,加热至白糖溶化;
(3)将步骤(1)准备好的原材料,捣碎后,放入步骤(2)中所得的浸提液中,搅拌;
(4)研磨;将步骤(3)中得到的混合物用胶体磨磨成细腻的原浆,经过均质机均质,灌装,封盖、高温灭菌后即可。

1.草莓果汁饮料,由草莓果浆、蓝靛果、葡萄、枸杞、蜂蜜、白砂糖和山泉水配制而成,其特征是,计量按百分比计,草莓果浆10~15%,蓝靛果5~8%,葡萄8~12%,枸杞1-3%,蜂蜜2-4%,白砂糖9-11,%,其余为山泉水。
2.根据权利要求1所述的草莓果汁饮料,其特征在于所述草莓果汁饮料的制造步骤如下:
原材料准备,取大田生长的草莓果、葡萄、蓝靛果、枸杞,去除残茎、残叶、果皮,清洗干净;
浸提液准备,将白砂糖、蜂蜜、水按照1:1:3的比例调兑后,加热至白糖溶化;
将步骤(1)准备好的原材料,捣碎后,放入步骤(2)中所得的浸提液中,搅拌;
研磨;将步骤(3)中得到的混合物用胶体磨磨成细腻的原浆,装瓶、密封包装,即可。
