技术领域
本发明涉及一种冷却加热板,特别是用于食品和饮料的展示。该板连接到冷却单元并且在其底部具有电加热装置。该板设计为多层板,上层板优选地由不锈钢制成,并且在其下方设置具有冷却剂管道的铝板。
背景技术
从patcit0001:WO 2015/161332中获知这样一种冷却加热板:冷却加热板包括三层:上层板是厚度约为1.5mm的铬钢板,中层板是厚度约为5mm的铝板,下层板同样是厚度约为1.5mm的铬钢板,冷却剂管道结合到中层板中。该文献通过轧制实现中层板与上层板和下层板之间的连接。
在下层板的底部布置有加热垫,该加热垫由热绝缘和电绝缘覆盖并且由覆盖壳紧密地密封。
这种板有两个不利之处:首先,冷却剂管道仅承受相对低的压力,其次,由于轧制过程中的高压,冷却剂管道导致上层板不是完全平坦的,结果导致相应的光可以照到冷却剂管道。
目前最先进的制冷剂是二氧化碳,因为它对臭氧层没有影响,并且与其他制冷剂相比,对温室效应几乎没有任何影响。然而,即使在低压侧(即蒸发器之后),二氧化碳也需要高压。已知的冷却加热板不能应对这种压力。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服这些缺点,提供一种冷却加热板,其冷却剂管道能承受高压并且其上层板是平坦的。
根据本发明,该目的通过所述的冷却加热板实现,至少一根具有至少50bar抗压强度的钢管整体铸造在铝板中形成冷却剂管道。
根据本发明,冷却剂管道不是通过铣削铝板而是通过在铝板的制造过程中整体铸造钢管制成的。结果,钢管和铝之间的热传递是最佳的,并且通过钢管提供抗压强度。总的来说,从制冷剂到铝板的热传递基本上不比上文所述的已知解决方案差。
如果钢管弯曲成曲折的形状,在大型冷却加热板的情况下也可以使用单根钢管。
由于根据本发明,每个铝板都是铸造的,因此也能在铝板中整体铸造紧固元件,结果是不再需要额外的机械操作来安装紧固元件(例如螺栓)。
因为钢管能承受高压,所以不太可能发生管道破裂,优选钢管是无缝的。
由于制造成本和重量的原因,冷却加热板的铝板应该是薄的,另一方面,应该确保即使与设计的中心位置有轻微的偏差,钢管也能被充分覆盖。进一步的优选特征是,铝板的厚度约为钢管外径的两倍。
电加热装置优选是硅树脂平板加热器,其安装在铝板的底面。这种硅树脂平板加热器是平的,发出均匀的热量并且可以产生高温。因此它们非常适用于本发明的冷却加热板。

本发明的最佳实施方式
冷却加热板是包括铝板13和上层板12组成的多层板11。上层板12承载待加热或待冷却的饮料,因此,一方面,它必须由对食物安全的材料制成,另一方面,它必须在未来一些年内保持良好的外观。上层板12的优选材料是不锈钢。
弯曲成曲折形状的钢管14整体铸造在铝板13中,钢管14具有至少50bar的抗压强度,因此可以承受以二氧化碳作为制冷剂的制冷机所需的压力。由于钢管14整体铸造在铝板中,因此钢管14和铝板13之间的传热阻力低。当然,另外还有钢管14中的制冷剂(例如二氧化碳)和铝板13之间的热阻,因此钢管14应该尽可能薄。如果使用无缝钢管14,则壁厚可以控制在至多1mm,而不会影响必要的抗压强度。
紧固元件15也整体铸造在铝板13中。电硅树脂平板加热器16安装在铝板13的底面。为了加热,打开该硅树脂平板加热器,在这种情况下,当然关闭冷却单元,冷却剂可以保留在钢管14中。虽然二氧化碳超过临界温度,但钢管14能承受所产生的压力。
对于温度测量(在加热和冷却过程中),可以用通常的方式提供Pt100温度传感器,例如-TRONIC公司的ST121-KD1TA.03FS控制器是合适的。
使用这种冷却加热板,可在冷却过程中实现低至-30℃的最佳温度传递。-30℃的温度可用于直接在消费者眼前生产冰淇淋。加热时,可以达到140℃的温度,这样食物就可以保持足够的温度。冷却加热板的底部根据要求绝缘。
冷却加热板可以用二氧化碳,从而可以避免通常的温室气体。但是,它当然也可以使用所有传统的制冷剂,因此它也适合作为现有系统的替代部件。异丁烷是最适合直接安装在冷却加热板上的冷却单元的制冷剂,它必须是相应密闭的。
上层板12和铝板13优选地通过具有良好导热性的粘合剂彼此粘合。如果它们通过轧制彼此连接,则存在钢管14在该过程中变形的风险,导致横截面变窄。
