本发明公开了一种五金表面防腐处理工艺,其特点是,包括以下步骤:将五金件进行冲洗,对其进行油污清洗,再进行烘烤加热处理,烘烤温度为650℃;使用微蚀溶液浸泡13min腐蚀五金件表面,去除表面氧化物后放入超声波设备中清洗,清洗后烘干;将干燥处理后的五金件水平放置于流水线上,通过喷枪对五金件的表面进行喷粉;将喷粉后的五金件进行烘干,烘干温度不超过50度;检验包装。本发明五金表面处理避免了环境的污染,且大大的提高了劳动生产效率。放入微蚀溶液中,咬噬五金件表面,去除表面氧化物,用超声波清洗,去杂质效果更明显,通过打磨,强化表层,起到防氧化和防腐蚀的效果。喷粉不会造成掉粉、人为刮伤等,更有效防腐,更为美观。

五金是传统的五金制品,也称“小五金”。指金、银、铜、铁、锡五种金属。经人工加工可以制成刀、剑等艺术品或金属器件。现代社会的五金更为广泛,例如五金工具、五金零部件、日用五金、建筑五金以及安防用品等。随着社会的进步,人们生活水平的提高,人们对产品外观质量及美观性的要求越来越高,五金的腐蚀性严重影响五金的使用寿命,传统的电镀不仅成本高,外观上来看也不美观,涂防锈漆会造成污染而且防锈时间短,因此,市面上急需一种新的工艺来解决五金防腐问题。

本发明要解决的技术问题是针对现有技术的不足,提出一种五金表面防腐处理工艺艺。
本发明要解决的技术问题是通过以下技术方案实现的,一种五金表面防腐处理工艺,其特点是,包括以下步骤:
1)将五金件进行冲洗,对其进行油污清洗,再进行烘烤加热处理,烘烤温度为650℃;
2)使用微蚀溶液浸泡13min腐蚀五金件表面,去除表面氧化物后放入超声波设 备中清洗,清洗后烘干;
3)将干燥处理后的五金件水平放 置于流水线上,通过喷枪对五金件的表面进行喷粉;
4)将喷粉后的五金件进行烘干,烘干温度不超过50度;
5)检验包装。
优选的,所述微蚀溶液为醋酸丁酯。
优选的,所述微蚀溶液温度为20度。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果为:本发明五金表面处理避免了环境的污染,且大大的提高了劳动生产效率。放入微蚀溶液中,咬噬五金件表面,去除表面氧 化物,用超声波清洗,去杂质效果更明显,通过打磨,强化表层,起到防氧化和防腐蚀的效果。喷粉不会造成掉粉、人为刮 伤等,更有效防腐,更为美观。
