本发明属于国际专利分类中金属板、管或基本无切割加工领域,特别涉及到一种钢管本色表面管件的制造工艺,包括如下步骤:1)下料;2)抛光,去除下料钢管表面麻点、凹坑、裂纹、划痕等缺陷;3)成形,通过冷挤压使钢管变形成管件要求的几何形状;4)固溶处理,去除钢管变形应力,均匀稳定材料组织;5)酸洗,去除黑皮,恢复钢管本色6)坡口。本发明解决了钢管经变形、固溶、酸洗后的表面颜色和纹理组织与钢管本色表面存在差异的技术难题。工艺特征是除管件端面“坡口”外,管件“成形”后不进行包括“抛光”在内的表面机械加工处理。工艺实施关键是管件“成形”及后道工序过程须严格做好产品表面的保护。

本发明属于国际专利分类中金属板、管或基本无切割加工领域,特别涉及到钢管本色表面管件的制造工艺。
背景技术
钢管本色管件是高端管道装备对管件产品提出的新要求。管件的一般制造工艺流程为:下料、成形、固溶、酸洗、抛光。抛光工序安排在最后,目的是消除管件表面麻点、凹坑、裂纹、划痕等缺陷,但抛光后的管件表面与钢管本色表面差异大,无法实现钢管本来的颜色和纹理组织效果,不能满足高端管道装备的产品要求。
发明内容
为解决钢管经变形、固溶、酸洗后的表面颜色和纹理组织与钢管本色表面的差异,本发明提供了一种钢管本色表面管件的制造工艺,工艺特征是除管件端面“坡口”外,“成形”后不进行包括“抛光”在内的表面机械加工处理,包括如下步骤:
1)下料;
2)抛光,去除下料钢管表面麻点、凹坑、裂纹、划痕等缺陷;
3)成形,通过冷挤压使钢管变形成管件要求的几何形状;
4)固溶处理,去除钢管变形应力,均匀稳定材料组织;
5)酸洗,去除黑皮,恢复钢管本色;
6)坡口。
具体实施方式
一种钢管本色表面管件的制造工艺,包括如下步骤:
1)下料;
2)抛光,去除下料钢管表面麻点、凹坑、裂纹、划痕等缺陷;
3)成形,通过冷挤压使钢管变形成管件要求的几何形状;
4)固溶处理,去除钢管变形应力,均匀稳定材料组织;
5)酸洗,去除黑皮,恢复钢管本色;
6)坡口。
钢管“抛光”去除下料钢管表面麻点、凹坑、裂纹、划痕等缺陷,后面各道工序加工与流转过程对产品表面的保护是实现钢管本色表面管件的关键,需要制定完备的工序操作规程与作业指导,消除设备、模具、工装、工位器具等影响管件表面的风险因素,督促检查作业人员严格按照工艺作业文件要求操作。

1.一种钢管本色表面管件的制造工艺,其特征是包括如下步骤:
1)下料;
2)抛光,去除下料钢管表面麻点、凹坑、裂纹、划痕等缺陷;
3)成形,通过冷挤压使钢管变形成管件要求的几何形状;
4)固溶处理,去除钢管变形应力,均匀稳定材料组织;
5)酸洗,去除黑皮,恢复钢管本色;
6)坡口。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种钢管本色表面管件的制造工艺,其特征是除管件端面“坡口”外,“成形”后不进行包括“抛光”在内的表面机械加工处理。
