Abstract

Description
本发明涉及一种操纵装置,它用于电操纵窗户遮蔽装置,该遮蔽装置包括一遮蔽体,位于非工作位置(未遮住的窗户)时遮蔽体或是向上卷或是折叠到窗户的上水平主框架构件或上窗框构件处,且其自由端与在窗户宽度内延伸的底部横条件相连,用于在一个方向上移动遮蔽体的操纵装置,包括作用到遮蔽体上的绳或由线构成的拽拉件并且其缠绕在位于下主框架或窗框构件处的缠绕装置上,缠绕装置带有电驱动电机。
从德国专利No.3214325可对这样一种形式的卷轴式百叶窗有所了解。在此专利中所讨论的卷轴百叶窗的松卷是通过重力的作用完成的,而其向上卷起是由电驱动电机完成,电机使拽拉件缠绕在缠绕装置上。
这样一种公知的操纵装置仅在有限的领域内使用,这是因为它不适于其它形式的遮蔽装置,例如靠电机驱动引起松卷运动的卷轴屏风或在松卷方向上的重力分量很小的倾斜遮蔽装置,例如顶窗的情况。此外,这种操纵装置需要对上部主框架内的卷轴或窗框构件及绳路径作特殊的设计。
因此,本发明的目的是提供一种上述种类的、改进和简化的操纵装置,以使其能适用于其它类型的遮蔽装置。
为了达到此目的,根据本发明的操纵装置其特征在于,为了在松卷或展开方向上移动遮蔽体,来自缠绕装置的拽拉件通过窗户的沿两相对主框架或窗框边构件被导引,与所述的底部横条件相连,而遮蔽体在相反的向上卷起方向上的运动是用公知的方法,它是在缠绕装置退绕拽拉件的同时由作用到所述卷轴上的弹力来完成的。
因此,保证了一种简单、安全的遮蔽装置的操纵,拽拉件沿窗边的导向使得整个的可视区域不受影响。
在特别适合与现有遮蔽装置相结合的实施例中,拽拉件与一单独的杆式型材件相连,该杆式型材件被设计用于在已组装好的遮蔽体底部横条件上的随后安装。
该拽拉件可被设计成或者为两根单独的系在底部横条件或独立的杆式型材件的每端。拉绳或线也可设计为穿过底部横条件或独立杆式型材件整个长度上而被导向的单根拉绳。
在一最佳实施例中,正如从SE专利NO.222 909中所了解到的,缠绕装置包括用于所述一根拉绳每一端的或用于每根上述拉绳或线的两个卷线轴部分,该卷线轴部分最好设计成在一公用卷线轴表面上、旋向相反螺纹部分,并且每一部分各与其螺母件相啮合,螺母件充当每一卷线轴上螺纹底部内的拉绳缠绕的控制件。由此而获得了这样的一种结构,即在轴向上驱动轴不会移动,而且对轴的支承等不需特殊的要求,与此同时,缠绕在螺纹底部内的拉绳可防止遮蔽装置被歪斜地提升。
作为一个特殊的优点,在遮蔽体沿松卷方向及/或向上卷起或向上提拉的方向上的运动过程中,与驱动电机相结合提供了一终端止动装置,所述装置在当遮蔽体触及其终止位置和当其在运动路径上碰到障碍时都是起作用的。

在图1和图2中,示出了窗户遮蔽装置的实施例,它是呈具有可活动遮蔽体1的卷轴式窗帘的形式,而遮蔽体1由卷轴式窗帘的布形成。这里的遮蔽体1在卷轴2上向上卷,而卷轴2是通过一个支持件安装在未示出的窗户的窗框或主框架的上面顶部构件上。遮蔽装置也可被设计成带褶的、在非工作位置被折叠起来的窗帘。
在其底端,遮蔽体1与一沿窗户的整个宽度延伸的底部横条件4相连。在图2所示的实施例中,也正如图3中看到的,底部横条件4通过夹具6.7、与隔开的杆式型材件5相连。
遮蔽装置的操纵是通过操纵装置与拽拉件一起来实现的。该操纵装置位于盒体8中,盒体8处于下主框架处或窗框处。操纵装置包含具有传动部分(未详细示出)的驱动电机9,且电机通过电机转轴10与这里设计成卷筒11的缠绕装置相连。拽拉件如图所示的可设计成两拉绳12、13,拉绳的一端与底部横条件4或单独的杆式型材件5相连,而其另一端通过导引轮14、15引向并缠绕在卷筒11上。卷筒被设计成具有两个螺纹部分16、17,其具有相反旋向并与具有相应螺纹的螺母件18、19相啮合。每个螺母件如图3可见设计成具有一突起20,该突起与相应的导轨(未详细示出)相接合,而导轨位于盒体8的边壁上或其内,这样螺母件18、19相对卷筒可轴向移动,且如图4中所示,在其底侧具有用于穿引拉绳12、13的孔。
当退绕卷轴窗帘时,电机9借助电机轴10驱动卷筒11,螺母件18、19在缠绕拉绳12、13的同时彼此移开,而拉绳12、13被置于每一卷筒部分16、17中的螺纹内,从而底部横条件4,也可能是杆式型材件5被向下拉。
当遮蔽体处于完全开卷的位置时,即当底部横条件4或杆式型材件5已到达下部主框架或窗框件上的止动位置时,当电机能量超出一预定值时通过检测和切断电机电源来止动电机,或通过如图5中所示的终止止动装置来止动电机。
在此图中所示的实施例中,退绕原则上与结合图1-4所描述的实施例的退绕以相同的方式进行。然而,在这里,缠绕装置被设计成用于拉绳的两个卷取卷筒22、23,在所示实施例中拉绳形成穿引底部横条件4的一根绳24。卷筒22、23经电机轴与驱动电机9相连。卷筒和电机枢轴被埋入共用的承载支架25,该支架具有未示出的狭槽,而狭槽与绳拉力对于电机枢轴的作用方向平行。当在下降遮蔽装置的过程中,底部横条件4在碰到下主框架或窗框或遇到障碍时被止动时,绳被拉紧,这样电机枢轴的负载被降低或释放,从而电机轴10通过终止止动触头27内的受弹簧作用的接触件26或通过调节位于轴下面的弹簧来产生倾斜运动,而且连接电机的电源被切断。
Claims (6)
1.一种供电操纵窗户遮蔽装置用的操纵装置,它包含一遮蔽体(1),处于一窗户未被遮住的非工作位置时该遮蔽体被向上卷到卷轴(2)上或折叠到窗户的上部水平主框架或窗框处,其自由端与沿窗户宽度延伸的底部横条件(4)相连,用于在一个松卷的第一方向上移动遮蔽体的该操纵装置包括作用到遮蔽体上的绳或绳状的拽拉件(12,13;24),并被缠绕在位于下主框架或窗框处并具有相应的电驱动电机(9)的缠绕装置(11,22,23)上,所述拽拉件(12,13,24)从缠绕装置出发沿窗户的两相对着的主框架或窗框构件被导引以便与所述底部横条件(4)相连,而遮蔽体在向上卷起的第二方向上的运动是利用在拽拉件从缠绕装置退绕同时作用到所述卷轴(2)上的弹簧力来实现的,
其特征在于:拽拉件(12,13;24)与单独的杆式型材件(5)相连接,杆式型材件被设计成用于在已装好的遮蔽装置上的底部导轨上进行安装。
2.根据权利要求1所述的操纵装置,其特征在于:拽拉件包括一拉绳(24),其在其整个长度上穿过单独的杆式型材件(5)而被导向。
3.根据权利要求1所述的操纵装置,其特征在于:拽拉件包括两个分开的拉绳或线(12,13),每根与所述分开的杆式型材件(5)的一端相连。
4.根据权利要求2或3所述的操纵装置,其特征在于:缠绕装置(11)包含两个卷筒部分(16,17),其中的每一个用于所述一根拉绳的每一端或用于每个所述的拉绳或拉线。
5.根据权利要求4所述的操纵装置,其特征在于:所述卷筒部分(16,17)被设计成在共同筒面上具有相反旋向的螺纹部分,且每个螺纹部分与一充当导向件的螺母件相接合,此导向件用于在每个卷筒部分上的螺纹底部内拉线的缠绕。
6.根据前面任一权利要求所述的操纵装置,其特征在于:与驱动电机(9)相连,设置一个终止止动装置,其在遮蔽体在松卷方向及/或向上卷方向的运动过程中起作用。
