Diluting the triacetin extract of the bitter thorn and the Pu' er tea by 10 times with the triacetin to fully dissolve the triacetin extract, cooling to room temperature, transferring to a refrigerator with the temperature of-15 ℃ for freezing for 10 hours, and filtering and separating clear liquid to obtain the cigarette filter additive.
In the process of forming the cigarette filter stick, the prepared additive is added into the cigarette filter stick according to 7.5 percent of the weight of the tows, and the cigarette is prepared according to the conventional process.
Example 2
Cleaning the whole plant of the bitter thorn and the Pu-erh tea, drying at 45 ℃ and crushing to 80 meshes. Soaking pulverized herba Sonchi Oleracei and Pu her tea powder in 95% edible alcohol for 12 hr, extracting for 3 times at 35 deg.C and 2Mpa, mixing extractive solutions, and concentrating to obtain crude extract. Dispersing the crude extract with 10 times of water, extracting with ethyl acetate and n-butanol respectively to obtain n-butanol phase extract, and concentrating; after extraction is finished, glyceryl triacetate is taken as an entrainer to obtain the glyceryl triacetate solution containing the bitter thorn and the Pu' er tea extract. Diluting the triacetin extract of the bitter thorn and the Pu' er tea by 10 times with the triacetin to fully dissolve the triacetin extract, cooling to room temperature, transferring to a refrigerator with the temperature of-20 ℃ for freezing for 10 hours, and filtering and separating clear liquid to obtain the cigarette filter additive.
In the process of forming the cigarette filter stick, the prepared additive is added into the cigarette filter stick according to 7% of the weight of the tows, and the cigarette is prepared according to the conventional process.
Example 3
Cleaning the whole plant of the bitter thorn and the Pu-erh tea, drying at 45 ℃ and crushing to 80 meshes. Soaking pulverized herba Sonchi Oleracei and Pu her tea powder in 95% edible alcohol for 18 hr, extracting for 2 times at 50 deg.C under 1.5Mpa, mixing extractive solutions, and concentrating to obtain crude extract. Dispersing the crude extract with 8 times of water, extracting with ethyl acetate and n-butanol respectively to obtain n-butanol phase extract, and concentrating; after extraction is finished, glyceryl triacetate is taken as an entrainer to obtain the glyceryl triacetate solution containing the bitter thorn and the Pu' er tea extract. Diluting the extract with glyceryl triacetate 8 times, dissolving completely, cooling to room temperature, freezing in-18 deg.C refrigerator for 8 hr, filtering, and separating to obtain clear liquid as cigarette filter tip additive.
In the process of forming the cigarette filter stick, the prepared additive is added into the cigarette filter stick according to 8% of the weight of the tows, and then the cigarette is prepared by adopting a conventional process.
Example 4
Cigarettes without bitter thorn and Pu' er tea additives are adopted as a blank control group. In addition, a control group 1 and a control group 2 are provided, wherein the control group 1 takes the bitter thorn extract as an additive, the control group 2 takes the Pu' er tea extract as an additive, the additive is prepared and added according to the method of the embodiment 1, and then the cigarette is prepared according to the conventional process.
The cigarettes of examples 1-3, blank control groups and control groups 1-2 were subjected to smoking evaluation according to the national standard GB5606.4-2005, the scoring standards are shown in Table 1, and the evaluation results are shown in Table 2.

The filters prepared in examples 1-3 and control groups 1-2 were rolled according to the technical requirements shown in table 3, and subjected to mainstream smoke detection and analysis, with the results shown in table 4.

The results show that the contents of three substances, namely nicotine, tar and carbon monoxide, in the cigarettes prepared by the filter tip additives in the embodiments 1 to 3 are lower than those of the cigarettes prepared by the control groups 1 to 2. Meanwhile, the filter tip prepared by the invention has stable quality in the rolling process on a machine, and the prepared cigarette has stable mainstream smoke indexes.

Claims (9)

3. The preparation method according to claim 1, further comprising the steps of drying and pulverizing the bitter thorn and the Pu' er tea before the ethanol extraction in the step 1.
4. The preparation method according to claim 3, wherein the drying is drying at 40-60 ℃, and the mesh number of the pulverization is 50-100 mesh.
5. The preparation method according to claim 1, wherein the amount of the glyceryl triacetate in the step 2 is 1-5 times of the sum of the mass of the bitter thorn and the mass of the Pu' er tea.
6. The preparation method according to claim 1, further comprising a step of refining the triacetin solution containing the thorns, pu 'er tea extracts after obtaining the triacetin solution containing the thorns, pu' er tea extracts in step 2.
