Abstract

本发明公开了一种植物蛋白粉,其特征在于,所述植物蛋白粉由五种水溶性膳食纤维,一种非水溶性膳食纤维以及左旋肉碱、维生素B2、维生素C、乳酸钙等食物纤维按照君臣佐使的原则进行科学配比制成。本发明通过在植物蛋白粉中添加水溶性膳食纤维和非水溶性膳食纤维不仅可以预防便秘,促进肠道的消化;同时可降低患肠癌的风险,同时能够吸收食物中的有毒物质,预防便秘并弱化消化道中细菌排出的毒素。

本发明涉及化学医药技术领域,更具体的说是涉及一种植物蛋白粉。
背景技术
当前市面上的植物蛋白膳食纤维粉或片里的成份只是普通的膳食纤维,没有功能性的食物纤维,而且没有科学的配比,仅仅是简单的混合,故市面上的膳食纤维产品没有促进肠道益生菌生长的作用;没有促进肠道粘膜损伤修复的作用;没有促进重金属排出的作用;没有改善便秘的作用;没有减轻体重的作用;没有降低血糖的作用。
因此,如何提供一种具有预防便秘并弱化消化道中细菌排出的毒素、促进新陈代谢以及皮肤和细胞膜完整性、促进骨骼钙化形成特点的植物蛋白粉是本领域技术人员亟需解决的问题。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明提供了一种具有预防便秘并弱化消化道中细菌排出的毒素、促进新陈代谢以及皮肤和细胞膜完整性、促进骨骼钙化形成特点的植物蛋白粉。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种植物蛋白粉,其特征在于,所述植物蛋白粉由五种水溶性膳食纤维,一种非水溶性膳食纤维以及左旋肉碱、维生素B2、维生素C、乳酸钙等食物纤维按照君臣佐使的原则进行科学配比制成;其中,所述水溶性膳食纤维和非水溶性膳食纤维的添加比例为:大豆分离蛋白42%、聚葡萄糖24%、低聚异麦芽糖12%、低聚木糖0.5%、水苏糖0.5%;非水溶性膳食纤维非水溶性大豆膳食纤维7%;所述维生素及矿物质的添加比例为:左旋肉碱0.5%、维生素B20.002%、维生素c 0.1%、乳酸钙0.84%。
优选的,在上述一种植物蛋白粉中,具体的制备方法为:(1)将上述检验合格的原料:大豆分离蛋白粉、聚葡萄糖、大豆膳食纤维、低聚异麦芽糖、低聚木糖、水苏糖、左旋肉碱、维生素B2、维生素c、乳酸钙按工艺处方配比在配料车间过筛80目,过筛后所有物料在称量间用电子秤进行称量;(2)把称量车间称量好的物料通过传递窗传递到槽型混合车间,把物料投放到CH-200混合机里,按工艺要求设定混合时间15分钟,用不锈钢桶放出物料过20目筛;(3)将混合好的物料通过传递窗传递到分装车间进行分装(分装机DXD-40LL机型号),分装机设定速度为30袋/分装,每袋净含量20克,每10分钟检查一次净含量,要求净含量达到20.5-21克之间;(4)将分装好的植物蛋白粉传递窗到外包车间进行包装,每盒装30袋,外套收缩膜进行收缩,收缩完的康培尼植物蛋白粉装箱;(5)产品化验室检测合格入库。
经由上述的技术方案可知,与现有技术相比,本发明公开提供了一种植物蛋白粉,其特征在于,所述植物蛋白粉由五种水溶性膳食纤维,一种非水溶性膳食纤维以及左旋肉碱、维生素B2、维生素C、乳酸钙等食物纤维按照君臣佐使的原则进行科学配比制成。本发明通过在植物蛋白粉中添加水溶性膳食纤维和非水溶性膳食纤维不仅可以预防便秘,促进肠道的消化;同时可降低患肠癌的风险,同时能够吸收食物中的有毒物质,预防便秘并弱化消化道中细菌排出的毒素。

为了进一步优化上述技术方案,乳酸钙的作用:是钙补充剂,促进骨骼钙化形成,维持神经与肌肉正常兴奋性、降低毛细管通透性等作用。

1.一种植物蛋白粉,其特征在于,所述植物蛋白粉由五种水溶性膳食纤维,一种非水溶性膳食纤维以及左旋肉碱、维生素B2、维生素C、乳酸钙等食物纤维按照君臣佐使的原则进行科学配比制成;其中,所述水溶性膳食纤维和非水溶性膳食纤维的添加比例为:大豆分离蛋白42%、聚葡萄糖24%、低聚异麦芽糖12%、低聚木糖0.5%、水苏糖0.5%;非水溶性膳食纤维非水溶性大豆膳食纤维7%;所述维生素及矿物质的添加比例为:左旋肉碱0.5%、维生素B20.002%、维生素c 0.1%、乳酸钙0.84%。
