技术领域
本发明涉及一种净水器。
背景技术
净水器是,以物理和/或化学方法,对水中含有的杂质或重金属等有害成分进行过滤的装置。
在本发明的申请人申请并提交的韩国公开专利第10-2016-0055471号(2016年05月18日)的图4中,公开了有关安装有与本发明的净水器结构类似的冷水生成单元的净水器的内容。
现有技术中公开的现有的净水器、即直饮式净水器是:将冷水配管和用于冷却冷却水的蒸发器沉浸在冷却水中的结构。因此,若为了生成冷水而使制冷剂流向所述蒸发器的内部,则所述冷却水的一部分在所述蒸发器的周边结冰而生成冰。并且,为了促进冷却水和沿着冷水配管进行流动的冷水之间的热交换,搅拌构件将会进行动作。若所述搅拌构件进行动作,则存在有能够均匀地保持所述冷却水的温度的效果。
另外,由于沿着所述蒸发器进行流动的制冷剂保持在约-18℃左右,因此,可以在所述蒸发器的表面和所述蒸发器的周边生成冰。所述冰可以附着在所述蒸发器的表面,并且通过由搅拌构件的动作而引起的冷却水的流动,来能够从所述蒸发器的表面分离出。
发明内容
发明所要解决的问题
在上述的现有技术中公开的现有的净水器中,由于所述蒸发器和冷却水配管在空间上内能划分,因此,存在有浮在所述蒸发器附近的冰与所述搅拌构件发生碰撞,由此产生噪音的问题。
不仅如此,通过所述搅拌构件与冷却水一同不规则地进行移动的冰块跟所述搅拌器和所述冷水配管发生碰撞,从而存在有所述搅拌器和冷水配管被损坏或者冷水配管的形状可能会发生变形的问题。
另外,在所述净水器安装于冷水取出频率较高的场所的情况下,随着被取出的冷水量增加,冷水的温度无法保持在设定温度,而且会增加,因此会导致使用上的不便。
因此,通过增加所述蒸发器的冷却功率来增加生成于所述蒸发器表面的冰量,使得设定温度保持一次或单位时间的期间,并且增加被取出的冷水的量。
然而,随着生成于蒸发器表面的冰的体积增加,可能会发生冰粘在冷却水储存容器的表面的现象。结果,可能会发生在冷却水储存容器的外表面结露的现象。
不仅如此,所生成的冰生长,并由此可能附着于向冷却水储存容器内部延伸的冷水管的表面,据此,沿着冷水管进行流动的冷水将会结冰,从而也可能在取出冷水时出现问题。
本发明是为解决上述问题而提出的。
解决问题的技术方案
用于实现上述目的的本发明的实施例的净水器的特征在于,包括:冷却水水箱,其储存冷却水;分隔构件,其安装于所述冷却水水箱的内部,并且将所述冷却水水箱的内部空间划分为上侧空间和下侧空间;冷水配管,其容纳于所述下侧空间,饮用水在所述冷水配管中进行流动;蒸发器,其容纳于所述上侧空间,制冷剂在所述蒸发器中进行流动;以及搅拌器,其贯通所述分隔构件并放置于所述下侧空间,并且搅拌所述冷却水,所述分隔构件包括:底面部,其安置有所述蒸发器,并且形成有多个冷却水通过孔;外壁部,其沿着所述底面部的边缘向上侧延伸而形成蒸发器容纳部,所述外壁部与所述冷却水水箱的内壁隔开,以防止生成于所述蒸发器容纳部的冰与所述冷却水水箱的内壁接触。
另外,本发明的净水器的特征在于,通过从所述外壁部的外周面突出的安装引导件,来使所述外壁部与所述冷却水水箱的内壁隔开。
另外,本发明的净水器的特征在于,所述外壁部的一部分形成为阶梯状,使得冷水配管的出入口端部穿过,并且防止所述冷水配管与生成于所述分隔构件的冰接触。
另外,本发明的净水器的特征在于,内壁部延伸生成于所述底面部,并且所述内壁部形成为高于所述外壁部,以防止生成于所述分隔构件的冰越过所述内壁部并流入到所述下侧空间。
另外,本发明的净水器的特征在于,所述冷却水填充至所述外壁部的上端和内壁部的上端之间的高度。其结果,当所述搅拌构件进行旋转时,所述下侧空间的冷却水经由形成在所述外壁部和冷却水水箱的内壁之间的隔开空间进行上升,并且能够越过所述外壁部而流入到所述上侧空间。
发明效果
构成如上所述的结构的本发明实施例的净水器具有以下效果。
第一,通过分隔构件分离出用于放置蒸发器配管的空间和用于放置冷水配管的空间,由此冷却水可自由地向两个空间移动并进行混合,另一方面,形成于所述蒸发器附近的冰只存在于用于放置蒸发器配管的空间中。因此,能够消除冰与搅拌器或冷水配管发生碰撞的现象,从而具有不会产生碰撞噪音的效果。
第二,由于形成于蒸发器附近的冰不会与搅拌器或冷水配管发生碰撞,因此,具有能够防止搅拌器或冷水配管被损坏的效果。
第三,通过本发明的实施例的具备外壁的分隔构件,能够防止生成于蒸发器表面的冰生长而与冷却水水箱的内部表面相接触的现象,因此,能够防止在净水器外表面发生结露的现象。
另外,通过本发明的实施例的具备外壁的分隔构件,不会发生生成于蒸发器表面的冰粘在冷水配管表面的现象。因此,能够防止因冷水配管结冰而无法顺畅地取出冷水的现象。

以下,参照附图对本发明的实施例的净水器进行详细说明。
图1是本发明实施例的净水器的前面立体图,图2是所述净水器的背面立体图。
参照图1和图2,本发明的实施例的净水器10是,对直接从外部供水源供应的水进行冷却或加热并取出的直饮式冷热净水器。
详细地,所述净水器10可以包括如下结构要素的至少一部分或全部:基座11,其构成底面部;壳体12,其放置于所述基座11的上面的边缘;盖13,其覆盖所述壳体12的呈开口的上面;控制板14,其形成于所述盖13的上表面;以及导水槽(water chute)15,其从所述壳体12的外周面突出。
更详细地,可以将形成有所述导水槽15的部分定义为所述净水器10的前面,可以将其相反面定义为背面。并且,在所述壳体12的背面下端形成有排出格栅122,由此与后述的冷凝器进行热交换的空气向所述壳体12外部排出。
另外,所述控制板14可以形成于靠近所述净水器10的前端部侧的位置,并且,根据设计条件,也可以形成于靠近所述净水器10的上表面中央部或后端部侧的位置。并且,所述控制板14可以以朝向后方逐渐变高的方式倾斜地形成,以便容易被位于所述导水槽15前方的用户的眼睛识别。
详细地,所述控制板14可以包括:板主体141,其后端部从所述净水器10的上表面以高于前端部的方式突出;板盖142,其覆盖所述板主体141的上表面。并且,如图3所示,在所述板主体141可形成有用于安装多个按钮部的孔或槽,并且多个按钮可以分别安装于所述孔或槽。并且,与多个所述按钮相对应的按钮菜单可以印刷在所述板盖142。
设置于所述控制板14的按钮可以包括:电源按钮;取水按钮;用于选择要取出的水的种类的按钮;用于设定水温的按钮;以及用于设定取水量的按钮等。并且,在所述板盖142可以印有用于显示所述按钮的图形或文字信息。所述取出的水的种类可以包括净化水、冷水、热水、矿泉水等。
另外,所述导水槽15可以沿着使所述净水器10的前端部的中心和后端部的中心相连接的线,朝向所述净水器10的前方以规定长度延伸,并且可以从所述净水器10的前端部的中心分别朝向左右两侧在90度的范围内可旋转地安装。即,所述导水槽15总共可以旋转180度。
另外,具有圆形带状的旋转引导件16可以安装于所述导水槽15的后端,使得所述导水槽15可以进行旋转。所述导水槽15和所述旋转引导件16可以注射成型为一体,也可以形成为单独的部件并通过紧固构件结合为一体。
另外,在所述壳体12的前面可形成有对所述导水槽15的旋转进行引导的引导孔121,所述导水槽15可以沿着所述引导孔121朝向左侧或右侧旋转90度。
另外,在所述导水槽15的底面形成有用于取水的取出口151。所述取出口151可以形成有一个或多个,并且在取出口151为一个的情况下,可以通过单一的取出口形成用于吐出冷水、净化水、热水的流路。相反,虽未图示,也可以将多个取出口151在前后方向上配置成一列,由此冷水、净化水、热水经由单独的取出口取出。
另外,在所述导水槽15的底面安装有传感器152,若用户将杯子等储藏容器放置于所述导水槽15的下侧,则能够取出水。因此,即使通过按压设置于所述控制板14的取水按钮来输入取水指令,也能防止水在将杯子放置于导水槽15的下侧之前从所述取出口151取出。
图3是示出本发明的实施例的净水器的内部结构的立体分解图。
参照图3,在构成本发明的实施例的净水器10的外形的所述壳体12的内部容纳有多个结构要素,多个所述结构要素包括用于对水进行冷却的制冷剂循环和用于生成冷水的冷水生成单元30。
详细地,所述净水器10可以包括如下结构要素中的至少一部分或全部:压缩机18,其放置于所述基座11的上表面一侧,并且将制冷剂压缩为高温高压的气相制冷剂;冷凝器19,其放置于所述基座11的后侧,并且将从所述压缩机18吐出的制冷剂冷凝为高温高压的液相制冷剂;冷凝风扇191,其吸入用于放置所述净水器10的室内空气,并且与所述冷凝器19进行热交换。
另外,所述净水器10还可以包括过滤器组件17,其用于滤除从供水源供应的水中包含的杂质。所述过滤器组件17可以位于所述基座11的前端部侧。并且,所述过滤器组件17可以包括前置活性碳过滤器(pre carbon filter)和超滤过滤器(Ultra Filtrationfilter)中的一种或全部。
另外,所述净水器10还可以包括:膨胀阀(未图示),其使从所述冷凝器19吐出的制冷剂膨胀为低温低压的两相制冷剂;蒸发器(将后述),经过所述膨胀阀的低温低压的两相制冷剂在所述蒸发器中进行流动。
详细地,所述净水器10还可以包括冷水生成单元30,所述冷水生成单元30包括所述蒸发器和用于使冷水流动的冷水配管(将后述),并且,所述冷水生成单元30可放置于所述冷凝器19的上侧,但并不限于此。
另外,所述净水器10还可以包括:引导管道20,其围绕所述冷凝器;水箱支撑部21,其对所述冷水生成单元30的底面进行支撑。并且,所述水箱支撑部21和所述引导管道20可以塑料注射成型为一体,或者也可以作为单独的物品而通过紧固构件结合为一体。
另外,所述净水器10还可以包括热水加热器22,其将所供应的水加热到设定温度。并且,与所述过滤器17的出口侧连接的水管朝向所述热水加热器22延伸的热水流路、和朝向所述冷水生成单元30延伸的冷水流路分别可以分支。
因此,若输入热水取出指令,则穿过所述热水加热器22的水被取出,若输入冷水取出指令,则穿过所述冷水生成单元30的水被取出。并且,若输入常温净化水取出指令,则沿着从所述过滤器17的出口延伸的水配管进行流动的水被取出。

参照图4和图5,本发明的实施例的冷水生成单元30可以包括:冷却水水箱33,其填充有冷却水;隔热壳体31,其通过容纳所述冷却水水箱33来使所述冷却水水箱33与室内空气隔热;冷却水阀32,其贯通所述隔热壳体31,并且与所述冷却水水箱33的内部空间连通;冷水配管34,其容纳于所述冷却水水箱33的内部;分隔构件35,其放置于所述冷水配管34的上侧,并且将所述冷却水水箱33的内部空间划分为上侧空间和下侧空间(或者第一空间和第二空间);蒸发器36,其安置于所述分隔构件35;水箱盖37,其覆盖所述冷却水水箱33的上表面;搅拌马达38,其固定于所述箱盖37的内侧,其旋转轴朝向所述冷却水水箱33的底部侧延伸;搅拌构件39,其容纳于所述冷却水水箱33的内部,并且与所述搅拌马达38的旋转轴相连接;以及隔热盖40,其覆盖所述箱盖37并安置于所述隔热壳体31的上表面。所述搅拌构件39可以向下延伸,并且放置于由所述分隔构件35的下侧定义的所述冷却水水箱33的下侧空间(第二空间)。
详细地,冷却水经由所述冷却水阀32注入到所述冷却水水箱33的内部,并且通过打开所述冷却水阀32来排出填充于所述冷却水水箱33中的冷却水。即,所述冷却水阀32可以是,兼备冷却水供应功能和冷却水排出功能的阀体。作为其他方式,也可以是:所述冷却水阀32可以只执行排水阀的功能,并且冷却水注入端口或冷却水注入阀安装于所述箱盖37的结构。
另外,多个安装引导槽311可以在垂直方向上以规定长度形成于所述隔热壳体31的内周面。并且,所述多个安装引导槽311可以在所述隔热壳体31的圆周方向上隔开间隔而配置。
所述冷却水水箱33容纳于所述隔热壳体31的内部,所述冷水配管34容纳于所述冷却水水箱33的内部。并且,所述分隔构件35容纳于所述冷却水水箱33的内部,由此将所述冷却水水箱33的内部空间划分为上侧空间和下侧空间。
另外,所述蒸发器36安置于所述分隔构件35的内侧,并且在用于容纳所述蒸发器36的空间中将会生成冰。若将所述箱盖37安置于所述冷却水水箱33的上表面,则连接于所述搅拌马达38的旋转轴的所述搅拌构件39通过所述分隔构件35来引入到容纳有所述冷水配管34的空间中。并且,若所述隔热盖40覆盖所述箱盖37并安置于所述隔热壳体31的上表面,则所述冷却水水箱33与所述隔热壳体31的外部形成隔热。
以下,参照附图详细说明所述分隔构件35的结构和功能。
图6是构成本发明的实施例的冷水生成部的分隔构件的上表面立体图,图7是所述分隔构件的底面立体图,图8是沿着图6的8-8线剖开的分隔构件的纵向剖视图。
参照图6至图8,本发明的实施例的分隔构件35可以包括:底面部351;外壁部352,其从所述底面部351的外侧边缘朝向上侧延伸;以及内壁部353,其从所述底面部351的中央朝向上侧延伸。
详细地,所述底面部351可以包括:多个格子肋351a,其在横向和纵向上交叉延伸;冷却水通过孔351b,其形成在多个所述格子肋351a之间。因此,冷却水可以经由所述冷却水通过孔351b而自由地穿梭所述底面部351的上侧空间和下侧空间。
另外,在所述底面部351的内侧可形成有圆形孔,所述内壁部353从所述圆形孔的边缘朝向上侧延伸。详细地,所述内壁部353可以包括:多个纵肋353a,其从所述圆形孔的边缘朝向上侧延伸;圆形带状的上肋(upper rib)353b,其用于使多个所述纵肋353a相连接。可以将形成于所述底面部351的内侧的孔定义为搅拌构件通过孔,并且,所述孔可以为圆形,也可以为多边形形状。据此,所述内壁部可形成为横截面成圆形或多边形筒的形状。
更详细地,多个所述纵肋353a可以在所述圆形孔的圆周方向上隔开固定间隔而配置,由此形成圆筒形状。或者,多个所述纵肋353a可以倾斜地延伸,由此形成具有越朝向上侧则直径越变小的截面的截头圆锥形状(truncated cone)。并且,具有如所述上肋353b的圆形带状的多个肋在上下方向上隔开间隔而配置,由此所述内壁部353也可以形成为格子形状。
与所述底面部351或所述内壁部353不同,所述外壁部352可以构成为遮蔽壁,所述遮蔽壁不具有能够使冷却水或空气穿过的孔。即,可以以所述外壁部352为基准划分为所述分隔构件35的内侧空间和外侧空间。
在所述外壁部352的外周面,可突出形成有多个安装引导件355。详细地,多个所述安装引导件355可设置有偶数个且形成于彼此面对的位置上,也可以设置有奇数个且形成于彼此形成相同距离的位置上。然而,所述安装引导件355的形成位置和数量并不限于所示实施例。
并且,所述安装引导件355可以包括:隔开肋355a,其从所述外壁部352的外周面突出;固定肋355b,其从所述隔开肋355a的端部进一步延伸。
所述隔开肋355a可以从所述外壁部352的外周面沿着水平方向以规定长度突出,并且可以从所述外壁部352的上端延伸至下端。若所述分隔构件35安装于所述冷却水水箱33的内部,则所述隔开肋355a的端部与所述冷却水水箱33的内周面相接触。因此,所述外壁部352从所述冷却水水箱33的内周面隔开所述隔开肋355a的凸出长度。
并且,所述固定肋355b插入于所述冷却水水箱33的内壁,由此使所述分隔构件355固定于所述冷却水水箱33的大致中间部分。
另外,在所述外壁部352的任意一侧上可形成有阶梯部352a。所述阶梯部352a是通过所述外壁部352的一部分朝向所述内壁部353凹陷或形成阶梯来形成的。
因此,若所述分隔构件35安装于所述冷却水水箱33的内部,则用于定义所述阶梯部352a的所述外壁部352的部分和所述冷却水水箱33的内壁之间形成空的空间,并且所述冷水配管34的流入端部和吐出端部设置在所述空的空间中。
所述冷水配管34的流入端部和吐出端部通过所述阶梯部352a来与所述分隔构件35隔开间隔,从而能够防止生成于所述分隔构件35内部的冰与所述冷水配管34的流入端部和吐出端部相接触。其结果,能够防止沿着所述冷水配管34进行流动的冷水结冰。
另外,可以将由所述外壁部352、所述内壁部353以及所述底面部351所形成的空间定义为蒸发器容纳部357或冰生成空间。
多个蒸发器支撑肋354可以以形成为阶梯的台阶形状形成于所述底面部351,由此对所述蒸发器36的下端部进行支撑。通过使每个所述蒸发器支撑肋354具有如图所示的形成阶梯的台阶形状,来使所述蒸发器36以与所述内壁部353和所述底面部351隔开间隔的状态安装于所述分隔构件35的内部。
并且,若通过驱动所述压缩机18来实现制冷循环的运行,则穿过所述蒸发器36的制冷剂和储存于所述冷却水水箱33的冷却水进行热交换,从而在所述蒸发器36的表面生成冰。并且,生成于所述蒸发器36表面的冰生长,由此能够填充于所述蒸发器容纳部357。
如图所示,所述蒸发器36以螺旋形状缠绕而形成为圆筒形状,因此,所生成的冰也可以形成为圆筒形的管状。在此,即使在所述蒸发器容纳部357内部所生成的冰生长而体积变大,冰的横向生长也会受到所述外壁部352的限制。
并且,由于所述外壁部352与所述冷却水水箱33的内周面隔开间隔,因此,在冰生长的过程中,不会发生直接与所述冷却水水箱33的内周面接触的现象。因此,与所述分隔构件35的位置相对应的所述冷却水水箱33的表面不会过度被冷却,从而能够防止在所述隔热壳体31的外表面发生结露的现象。
基于这种原因,与形成有多个开口部的所述内壁部353或底面部351不同,所述外壁部352形成为不存在能够使冷却水穿过的孔或狭缝的连续表面。即,所述外壁部352起到作为阻挡壁的功能,所述阻挡壁用于阻止冰沿着横向生长并与所述冷却水水箱33的内壁接触。
另外,多个冷水配管支撑肋356可以从所述底面部351的底面延伸,多个所述冷水配管支撑肋356可以从形成有多个所述蒸发器支撑肋354的直下方延伸。然而,可以形成在相邻的蒸发器支撑肋354之间的相应的位置,但并不限于此。
图9是本发明的另一实施例的分隔构件的立体图。
参照图9,本发明的实施例的分隔构件35与图6至图8中所示的分隔构件35构成相同,只与所述安装引导件355的形状处在不同之处。
即,在所述外壁部352的外周面只突出形成有所述固定肋355b,并且可以去除所述隔开肋355a部分。通过去除所述隔开肋355a,来所述外壁部352和所述冷却水水箱33之间的空间不会被所述隔开肋355a划分。
图10是构成本发明的实施例的冷水生成部的冷却水水箱的立体图,图11是示出所述冷却水水箱的内部的立体图。
参照图10和图11,本发明的实施例的冷却水水箱33可以包括:水箱主体331;引导凸起332,其从所述水箱主体331的外表面凸出,并且朝向下侧以规定长度延伸;多个冷水配管支撑肋334,其从所述水箱主体331的底部突出,并且对所述冷水配管34的底面进行支撑;以及冷却水阀容纳部335,其从所述水箱主体331的底部隆起以容纳所述冷却水阀32。
所述引导凸起332形成为弯折多次的形状,由此在所述水箱主体331的内周面形成插入槽333。并且,构成所述安装引导件355的固定肋355b插入于所述插入槽333。并且,所述引导凸起332可以插入于在所述隔热壳体3的内周面所形成的安装引导槽311。
若所述分隔构件35安装于所述冷却水水箱33的内部,则所述固定肋355b沿着所述插入槽333下降,之后卡止于所述插入槽333的下端部。所述分隔构件35固定于从所述冷却水水箱33的底面部朝向上侧隔开规定长度的位置,所述冷却水水箱33的内部空间以所述分隔构件35的底面部351为基准划分为上侧空间(第一空间)和下侧空间(第二空间)。然而,储存于所述冷却水水箱33的冷却水可以经由所述底面部351的冷水通过孔351b而自由地穿梭所述上侧空间和所述下侧空间。
图12是沿着图4的12-12线剖开的纵向剖视图,图13是沿着图4的13-13线剖开的纵向剖视图,图14是沿着图12的14-14线剖开的横向剖视图。作为参照,图12和图13中所示的剖视图是去除了所述隔热壳体31和隔热盖40的状态的纵向剖视图。
参照图12至图14,若结束所述冷水生成单元30的组装,则构成所述分隔构件35的所述外壁部352的上表面形成为低于所述内壁部353的上表面。
详细地,冷却水的水位w形成为高于经过所述外壁部352的上表面的水平面a2,并且低于经过所述内壁部353的上表面的水平面a1。如此地,如图13的箭头所示,当所述搅拌构件39进行旋转时,用于容纳所述冷水配管34的所述下侧空间的冷却水沿着形成在所述外壁部352和所述冷却水水箱33之间的通道进行上升。并且,进行上升的冷却水越过所述外壁部352并掉落到所述上侧空间,即掉落到所述蒸发器容纳部357,并且,掉落到所述蒸发器容纳部357的冷却水穿过所述内壁部353并返回到所述下侧空间。
假如,若冷却水的水位w低于所述外壁部352的上表面,则可能会发生冷却水因所述外壁部352无法进行流动的问题。
另外,所述冷却水的水位w优选形成为低于所述内壁部353的上表面。假如,若所述冷却水的水位w形成为等于或高于所述内壁部353的上表面,则生成于所述蒸发器表面的冰i生长到所述内壁部353的上端部,从而可能会妨碍冷却水的循环。

参照图14,所述安装引导件355的横向长度d可以定义为,所述隔开肋353a的长度d1和所述固定肋353b的长度d2之和。并且,在所述外壁部352和冷却水水箱33的侧壁之间形成有隔开空间,而且可以定义为冷却水上升空间S。并且,所述冷却水上升空间S的宽度与所述隔开肋353a的凸出长度d1相对应。
如上所述,外壁部352形成于用于安装蒸发器36的区域,并且所述外壁部352与冷却水水箱33的壁表面隔开间隔,因此,具有能够防止生成于所述蒸发器36周围的冰直接与所述冷却水水箱33的壁表面相接触的现象的优点。
Claims (12)
1.一种净水器,其特征在于,包括:
冷却水水箱,储存冷却水;
分隔构件,安装于所述冷却水水箱的内部,并且将所述冷却水水箱的内部空间划分为上侧空间和下侧空间;
冷水配管,容纳于所述下侧空间,饮用水在所述冷水配管进行流动;
蒸发器,容纳于所述上侧空间,制冷剂在所述蒸发器进行流动;以及
搅拌器,贯通所述分隔构件并位于所述下侧空间,并且搅拌所述冷却水,
所述分隔构件包括:
底面部,安置有所述蒸发器,并且形成有多个冷却水通过孔;
外壁部,沿着所述底面部的边缘朝向上侧延伸而形成蒸发器容纳部,
所述外壁部与所述冷却水水箱的内壁隔开,以防止生成于所述蒸发器容纳部的冰与所述冷却水水箱的内壁接触。
2.根据权利要求1所述的净水器,其特征在于,
还包括安装引导件,所述安装引导件从所述外壁部的外周面延伸,并且固定于所述冷却水水箱的内壁,使得所述外壁部与所述冷却水水箱的内壁隔开。
3.根据权利要求2所述的净水器,其特征在于,
所述安装引导件包括固定肋,所述固定肋从所述外壁部延伸,
在所述冷却水水箱的内壁形成有插入槽,所述固定肋插入于所述插入槽。
4.根据权利要求2所述的净水器,其特征在于,
所述安装引导件包括:
隔开肋,从所述外壁部延伸并与所述冷却水水箱的内壁接触;
固定肋,从所述隔开肋的端部进一步延伸,
在所述冷却水水箱的内壁形成有插入槽,所述固定肋插入于所述插入槽。
5.根据权利要求3或4所述的净水器,其特征在于,
所述插入槽由从所述冷却水水箱的外壁凸出的引导凸起定义,通过将所述冷却水水箱的一部分弯折多次或者以弧形凸出来形成所述引导凸起。
6.根据权利要求5所述的净水器,其特征在于,
所述插入槽和所述引导凸起从所述冷却水水箱的上端朝向下侧延伸规定长度,
当所述分隔构件安装于所述冷却水水箱的内部时,所述固定肋卡止于所述插入槽的下端。
7.根据权利要求5所述的净水器,其特征在于,
还包括隔热壳体,所述冷却水水箱容纳于所述隔热壳体,
在所述隔热壳体的内壁凹陷形成有安装引导槽,所述引导凸起插入于所述安装引导槽。
8.根据权利要求1所述的净水器,其特征在于,
在所述外壁部的任意位置形成有阶梯部,所述阶梯部形成使所述冷水配管的流入端部和排出端部穿过的空间。
9.根据权利要求1所述的净水器,其特征在于,
所述分隔构件还包括:
内壁部,从在所述底面部的内侧形成的搅拌构件通过孔的边缘朝向上侧延伸,
所述内壁部的上端形成为高于所述外壁部的上端。
10.根据权利要求9所述的净水器,其特征在于,
所述冷却水填充至所述内壁部的上端和所述外壁部的上端之间的高度。
11.根据权利要求9所述的净水器,其特征在于,
所述内壁部包括:
多个纵肋,从所述底面部向上侧延伸,并且沿着所述搅拌构件通过孔的圆周方向配置,
上肋,在多个所述纵肋的上端使多个所述纵肋连接。
12.根据权利要求9所述的净水器,其特征在于,还包括:
多个蒸发器支撑肋,从所述底面部的上表面朝向上侧延伸,并支撑所述蒸发器;
多个冷水配管支撑肋,从所述底面部的下表面朝向下侧延伸,并支撑所述冷水配管的上表面。
