Abstract
本发明的课题在于提供一种溶解性等作为溶剂或清洗剂的基本特性优异,而且沸点、燃烧性、毒性、GWP和ODP均在优选范围内的溶剂和清洗剂。作为其解决手段,本发明提供一种含有具有通式:CX3CX=CX2(式中,X相同或不同地为F或Cl,至少一个X为F,而且至少三个X为Cl)的氢氯氟丙烯的溶剂组合物或清洗剂组合物,该氢氯氟丙烯的大气压沸点在50℃以上。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及清洗剂组合物和清洗方法、溶剂组合物、其作为用于油类的溶剂的使用、以及含有该溶剂组合物的油类组合物。
背景技术
包括硅油、含氟油和矿物系油、润滑脂和蜡等润滑油在内,各种油类被用于各种用途。这些油类能够单独地应用于需要润滑的基材表面或机械部件表面,但根据规定的必要性或目的,大多情况下将其溶解于溶剂后使用。例如,可以例举:需要调节粘度等的情况、为了在被应用面形成油类的润滑膜而使用的情况等。
另外,与这些溶剂具有同样的组成、用于使各种各样的油类溶解并进行清洗的产品,也被特别地称作清洗剂、清洗用溶剂等。
作为溶剂或清洗剂,有时需要不燃性。作为不燃性的溶剂,在现有技术中使用着以商品名“ASAHIKLIN AK-225”、“ZEORORA H”和“Novec”等为代表的低毒性的氟系溶剂。
然而,这些优点在于不燃性和低毒性的现有的氟系溶剂或清洗剂中,被指出可能破坏臭氧层、可能导致全球变暖等环境保护方面的问题。另外,鉴于这样的状况,作为环境友好型溶剂,开发出了各种氢氟烯烃或1,2-二氯乙烯等产品,例如可以例举氯氟烯烃(沸点46℃)(专利文献1)、氢氟氯烯烃(沸点53℃)(专利文献2)、1,2-二氯乙烯(沸点48℃)以及其与上述氢氟烯烃的混合物、环状含氟烃(沸点83℃)(专利文献3)等。
然而,另一方面,这些环境友好型溶剂存在溶解性低、溶剂自身表现燃烧性、为了降低溶剂自身的燃烧性而混合不燃性的第二溶剂时需要调整组成比以使该混合溶剂达到共沸、沸点不合适、以及全球变暖潜值的降低不够充分等诸多课题。

发明内容
发明所要解决的课题
本发明的课题在于提供一种溶解性等作为溶剂或清洗剂的基本特性优异、而且沸点、燃烧性、毒性、GWP和ODP都在优选范围内的溶剂和清洗剂。
用于解决课题的方法
本发明的发明人发现,通过含有具有通式:CX3CX=CX2(式中,X相同或不同地为F或Cl,至少一个X为F,而且至少三个X为Cl)的氢氯丙烯的溶剂组合物或清洗剂组合物,能够解决上述课题,其中上述氢氯氟丙烯的大气压沸点在50℃以上。
本发明基于上述观点,经过不断尝试而完成,包括以下方式。
项1.一种溶剂组合物或清洗剂组合物,其含有具有通式:CX3CX=CX2(式中,X相同或不同地为F或Cl,至少一个X为F,而且至少三个X为Cl)的氢氯氟丙烯,该氢氯氟丙烯的大气压沸点在50℃以上。
项2.如项1所述的溶剂组合物或清洗剂组合物,其中,作为上述氢氯氟丙烯,含有1,1,2-三氯-3,3,3-三氟丙烯(CFO-1213xa)和/或1,1,3-三氯-2,3,3-三氟丙烯(CFO-1213ya)。
项3.如项1或2所述的溶剂组合物或清洗剂组合物,其中,还含有其他的溶剂。
项4.如项3所述的溶剂组合物或清洗剂组合物,其中,作为上述的其他溶剂,含有1,2-二氯乙烯和/或异丙醇。
项5.如项1~4中任一项所述的溶剂组合物或清洗剂组合物,其中,作为用于油类的溶剂或清洗剂使用。
项6.如项5所述的溶剂组合物,其中,上述油类为润滑油。
项7.如项6所述的溶剂组合物,其中,上述润滑油为选自硅油、含氟油、矿物油系油、润滑脂和蜡中的至少一种的润滑油。
项8.一种油类组合物,包含油类和项1~4中任一项所述的溶剂组合物。
项9.如项8所述的油类组合物,其中,上述油类为润滑油。
项10.如项9所述的油类组合物,其中,上述润滑油为选自硅系、含氟油、矿物油系油、润滑脂和蜡中的至少一种。
项11.一种清洗方法,包括:在被处理面上应用项1~4中任一项所述的清洗剂组合物的工序。
发明效果
根据本发明,能够提供溶解性等作为溶剂或清洗剂的基本特性优异、而且沸点、燃烧性、毒性、GWP和ODP都在优选范围内的溶剂或清洗剂。
具体实施方式
1.溶剂组合物或清洗剂组合物
1.1.氢氯氟丙烯
本发明中,使用具有通式:CX3CX=CX2(式中,X相同或不同地为F或Cl,至少一个X为F,而且至少三个X为Cl)的氢氯氟丙烯,该氢氯氟丙烯的大气压沸点在50℃以上。
根据本发明发明人的研究发现:具有上述通式的氢氯氟丙烯的溶解性等作为溶剂或清洗剂的基本特性优异、而且燃烧性、毒性、GWP和ODP都在优选范围内,适于作为溶剂成分或清洗剂成分。另外,这些氢氯氟丙烯大多情况下大气压沸点在50℃以上,在沸点方面也适合作为溶剂成分或清洗剂成分使用。作为大气压沸点在50℃以上的上述氢氯氟丙烯的例子,可以例举1,1,2-三氯-3,3,3-三氟丙烯(CFO-1213xa)和1,1,3-三氯-2,3,3-三氟丙烯(CFO-1213ya)等。CFO-1213xa的大气压沸点为88℃,CFO-1213ya的大气压沸点为87℃。
1.2.其他的溶剂
本发明的溶剂组合物或清洗剂组合物可以还含有其他的溶剂。
其他的溶剂是为了进一步提高对象物的溶解性等而配合的。
作为其他的溶剂,没有特别限定,能够广泛地使用。例如,可以例举1,2-二氯乙烯和异丙醇等。本发明的溶剂组合物或清洗剂组合物中,相对于溶剂总量,可以含有其他的溶剂1~90重量%、优选5~50重量%。
1.3.其他的成分
本发明的溶剂组合物或清洗剂组合物可以进一步含有其他的成分。
作为其他的成分,本发明的溶剂组合物和清洗剂组合物中,共通地可以例举例如抗氧化剂、稳定剂、防腐剂和表面活性剂等。本发明的溶剂组合物或清洗剂组合物中,作为其他的成分,可以含有选自上述物质中的至少一种。
本发明的溶剂组合物中,作为与上述不同的物质,可以进一步含有选自用于提高润滑性能的润滑剂和分散剂中的至少一种。
本发明的清洗剂组合物中,作为与上述不同的物质,可以进一步含有表面活性剂等。
本发明的溶剂组合物或清洗剂组合物中,以组合物整体为基准,以总量计含有1~100重量%的上述氢氯氟丙烯。从使对象物溶解的性能的观点、和/或降低组合物整体的燃烧性的观点出发,以组合物整体为基准,以总量计优选含有5~100重量%、更优选50~100重量%的上述氢氯氟丙烯。
1.4.用途
本发明的溶剂组合物或清洗剂组合物没有特别限定,能够对于广泛的用途使用。例如,可以作为用于油类的溶剂或清洗剂使用。
作为油类没有特别限定,能够对于广泛的油类使用。特别是溶剂组合物的用途,例如能够有效地作为润滑油的溶剂使用。
润滑油没有特别限定,能够对于广泛的润滑油使用。作为润滑油,例如可以例举硅系、含氟油、矿物油系油、润滑脂和蜡等。本发明的溶剂组合物可以对于这些之中的一种润滑油使用,也可以对于多种润滑油的组合使用。
作为清洗剂组合物的具体用途,对于油类没有特别限定,能够将广泛的污染物质作为清洗对象。例如可以列举光致抗蚀剂、焊锡助溶剂、树脂加工屑、脱模剂、加工油、灰尘、油墨和染料等。另外,也能够在以油类为对象的清洗方法中广泛地使用,例如可以例举:精密仪器部件、汽车部件、IC、印刷基板、液晶显示器和磁存储器等电子部件、以及光学透镜和光学传感器等光学部件的清洗;树脂加工品和金属成型品等的制造工序、组装工序和最终处理工序等中的清洗、以及加工用模具等的清洗等。
2.油类组合物
本发明的油类组合物含有油类和上述溶剂组合物。
关于油类,适用与在溶剂组合物中的说明同样的说明。
本发明的油类组合物没有特别限定,虽然也因油类的种类、用途等而有所不同,但通常情况下,以组合物整体为基准,含有1~50重量%的油类。
本发明的油类组合物没有特别限定,能够用于广泛的用途。例如,可以用于将基材表面或机械部件表面润滑的用途。此时,能够以油类组合物直接发挥润滑作用的方式,在需要润滑的基材表面或机械部件表面上应用油类组合物。或者,也能够在它们的表面形成由油类组合物构成的润滑膜。
3.清洗方法
本发明的清洗方法包括在被处理面上应用本发明的清洗剂组合物的工序。
作为被处理面,没有特别限定,能够广泛地选择。具有被处理面的物品没有特别限定。既可以将某物品整体作为被处理面,也可以将至少一处的部分作为被处理面。
作为清洗方法的具体例,例如可以例举:IC、印刷基板、液晶显示器和磁存储器等电子部件的制造工序、光学透镜和光学传感器等光学部件的制造工序中的焊锡助溶剂、以及灰尘和光致抗蚀剂等的清洗;以及精密仪器部件、汽车部件、树脂加工品和金属成型品等的制造工序中的脱模剂和加工油等的清洗等。
实施例
下面,通过实施例和比较例对本发明进行具体的说明,但本发明不限定于这些。
<实施例1>
在25℃,将50g的粘度约为1.0万cP的硅油和100g的CFO-1213ya混合,发现两种成分互溶,能够得到均匀溶液。CFO-1213ya的GWP达到10以下。另外,实施迅速平衡密闭式闪点测定(Setaflash closed-cup tester),得知CFO-1213ya无闪点,是不燃性的。
<实施例2>
在25℃,将100g的粘度约为1.0万cP的硅油、85g的CFO-1213ya和15g的1,2-二氯乙烯混合,发现三种成分互溶,能够得到均匀溶液。
<实施例3>
在25℃,将3g的粘度约为1.5万cP的氟聚合物油和100g的CFO-1213ya混合,发现两种成分互溶,能够得到均匀溶液。
<比较例1>
在25℃,将3g的粘度约为1.5万cP的含氟油和100g的1,2-二氯乙烯混合,发现二种成分不相溶,发生了分离。
Claims (11)
1.一种溶剂组合物或清洗剂组合物,其特征在于,
含有具有通式:CX3CX=CX2的氢氯氟丙烯,该氢氯氟丙烯的大气压沸点在50℃以上,
上述式中,X相同或不同地为F或Cl,至少一个X为F,而且至少三个X为Cl。
2.如权利要求1所述的溶剂组合物或清洗剂组合物,其特征在于,
作为所述氢氯氟丙烯,含有1,1,2-三氯-3,3,3-三氟丙烯CFO-1213xa和/或1,1,3-三氯-2,3,3-三氟丙烯CFO-1213ya。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的溶剂组合物或清洗剂组合物,其特征在于,
还含有其他的溶剂。
4.如权利要求3所述的溶剂组合物或清洗剂组合物,其特征在于,
作为所述其他的溶剂,含有1,2-二氯乙烯和/或异丙醇。
5.如权利要求1~4中任一项所述的溶剂组合物或清洗剂组合物,其特征在于,
作为用于油类的溶剂或清洗剂使用。
6.如权利要求5所述的溶剂组合物,其特征在于,
所述油类为润滑油。
7.如权利要求6所述的溶剂组合物,其特征在于,
所述润滑油为选自硅油、含氟油、矿物系油、润滑脂和蜡中的至少一种的润滑油。
8.一种油类组合物,其特征在于,
含有油类和权利要求1~4中任一项所述的溶剂组合物。
9.如权利要求8所述的油类组合物,其特征在于,
所述油类为润滑油。
10.如权利要求9所述的油类组合物,其特征在于,
所述润滑油为选自硅油、含氟油、矿物系油、润滑脂和蜡中的至少一种。
11.一种清洗方法,其特征在于,
包括在被处理面上应用权利要求1~4中任一项所述的清洗剂组合物的工序。
