The island phase part is added between an upper layer and a lower layer of sea phase film base in a sandwich mode, and the sea phase film base is prepared by the processes of press forming, vacuum dehydration, drying, coating, drying and the like. The preparation method of the reconstituted tobacco loaded with the oil-soluble spice overcomes the defect that a large amount of oil-soluble spice is difficult to add in the traditional reconstituted tobacco production process, breaks through the limitation of flavoring and flavor improvement of the conventional water-soluble coating material, widens the selection range of the flavoring and flavor improvement spice of the reconstituted tobacco, and improves the functional design level of the reconstituted tobacco.

Description

Reconstituted tobacco loaded with oil-soluble spice and preparation method and application thereof
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of cigarettes, and particularly relates to reconstituted tobacco loaded with oil-soluble spices and a preparation method and application thereof.
Background
Along with the gradual increase of the requirements of cigarette consumption markets on natural raw materials and product individuation, more and more reconstituted tobaccos are added with functional components for cigarettes, which have the effect of tonifying the taste and quality of products. According to Van Tao and the like, the aromatic components of the iris root are added into the reconstituted tobacco, so that the smoke quality is obviously improved, and the effect of reducing stimulation is achieved. Chengmai and the like add the Jinqian herb extract into the reconstituted tobacco, when the addition amount is 0.5 percent, the taste of the reconstituted tobacco can be improved, and the effects of promoting the production of body fluid and quenching thirst can be achieved, so that the purposes of removing impurities, reducing thorns and increasing aroma are achieved, and the quality of the reconstituted tobacco is improved. Zjunqi et al mixes sow thistle pulp with reconstituted tobacco pulp to make reconstituted tobacco, and when the mixing proportion of the sow thistle pulp is within 10%, the taste of the tobacco sheet can be improved, the smoke is fine and smooth, and the moisture feeling is improved. The research on the aspect of quality improvement of the reconstituted tobacco greatly improves the sensory quality of the reconstituted tobacco, highlights the style of the reconstituted tobacco and promotes the functional development process of the reconstituted tobacco.
However, due to the limitation of the traditional reconstituted tobacco production process, the reconstituted tobacco coating material still mainly uses water-soluble spices, so that functional characteristic spices added in the coating material are limited in the range of water-soluble spices, the aim of adding a large amount of oil-soluble spices or solid powder type characteristic spices is difficult to realize, and the raw material selection range for developing the characteristic flavor reconstituted tobacco is greatly limited. Therefore, how to overcome the defects of the prior art and customize and develop characteristic flavor reconstituted tobacco is a problem which needs to be solved urgently in the technical field of cigarettes at present.
