Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of heating cigarettes, in particular to a processing method of flavor type reconstituted tobacco.
Background
The heated cigarette is a novel cigarette, is used in a heating mode instead of a combustion mode, and is generally heated at the temperature of about 350 ℃. When the heated cigarette is smoked, the tobacco substrate is heated, the atomizing agents such as glycerin and propylene glycol volatilize to form aerosol, and meanwhile, different volatile substances are heated to participate in forming aerosol, so that the fragrance is enriched, and different consumption experiences are met.
At present, the mainstream cigarette with electric heating mainly has the flavors of tobacco, mint, fruits and the like, wherein the flavor cigarette with mint, fruits and the like is added with a volatile essence additive with a high proportion of low boiling point, and is usually added into a tobacco substrate (reconstituted tobacco) or a filter stick. In the production process of flavor type reconstituted tobacco, blended essence is uniformly mixed with liquid additives such as water, glycerol and the like and additives, then the mixture is stirred with tobacco powder and solid additives, and the mixture is formed by rolling or tape casting and the like, and then dried, adjusted in moisture content, shredded or rolled to prepare reconstituted tobacco products which are used for rolling heated cigarettes. In the drying process, the temperature is generally about 100 ℃, and in the process of adjusting the moisture through a heat exchange mode, volatile aroma components, particularly low-boiling-point substances are volatilized more, so that the waste of essence and the consumption of process energy are caused, and the product quality of the dried flavor reconstituted tobacco is also influenced.
Therefore, in order to reduce the loss of volatile flavor substances in the drying process, essence needs to be treated, the production process of the reconstituted tobacco is improved, the loss of essence additives in the process is reduced, and the quality of the flavored reconstituted tobacco is improved.
In chinese patent publication No. CN 112056607 a, an on-line perfuming device and method for a perfume with high and low boiling point components is disclosed, which adopts a mode of separately perfuming the high boiling point component and the low boiling point component in the production process of cast reconstituted tobacco, wherein the high boiling point component is directly sprayed on the upper surface of the reconstituted tobacco slurry in a liquid form; the low-boiling-point components are sprayed on a steel belt behind the head box in a liquid state, and as the drying process is carried out, the low-boiling-point component condensed water on the lower surface of the reconstituted tobacco pulp is heated and evaporated and enters the inside of the reconstituted tobacco pulp, and the high-boiling-point component condensed water on the upper surface of the reconstituted tobacco pulp is not evaporated and still remains on the upper surface of the reconstituted tobacco pulp; thereby completing the on-line perfuming of the spice with high and low boiling point components to the reconstituted tobacco pulp. Although the above way of perfuming by several times avoids the volatilization loss of the low boiling point components in the drying process, as the whole essence is finished, the essence needs to be processed by second fractionation or prepared in groups during preparation, and the integrity of the essence can be potentially affected. Meanwhile, the two components of essence are not uniformly distributed in the reconstituted tobacco in the technical process, and the heat release efficiency is influenced when the reconstituted tobacco is heated and sucked.

crushing the residual tobacco raw materials, mixing the crushed residual tobacco raw materials with a solid auxiliary agent and a liquid auxiliary agent, homogenizing, forming, and performing multi-stage drying to obtain a tobacco material;
and spraying the powdered essence onto the surface of the tobacco material from a low-temperature drying area to a post-treatment stage, and performing post-treatment to obtain the flavor reconstituted tobacco.
In the production process of flavor type reconstituted tobacco, the tobacco raw material is divided into two parts, wherein one part of the tobacco raw material is processed by the traditional tobacco expansion process to obtain expanded tobacco shreds, the expanded tobacco shreds are crushed to be less than 150 meshes and used as an adsorption substance of liquid essence, and the adsorption substance and the liquid essence are dried and homogenized under reduced pressure at low temperature to obtain powder essence. In the present application, the tobacco material may specifically include tobacco leaves, fragments, stems and other conventional tobacco materials. The content rate of the expanded tobacco shreds is 8-10%. The liquid essence comprises a microcapsule auxiliary agent, and the microcapsule auxiliary agent is selected from one or more of modified starch, guar gum and sodium alginate. The mass ratio of the powder essence to the liquid essence to the microcapsule auxiliary agent is (75-95): (5-25): (1-2). The low temperature condition is less than 20 ℃. The drying under reduced pressure and homogenization are procedures well known to those skilled in the art, and there is no particular limitation in this application.
On the basis, the other part of tobacco raw materials are crushed, mixed with the solid auxiliary agent and the liquid auxiliary agent, homogenized and formed, and subjected to multistage drying to obtain the tobacco material. In this process, the tobacco material is comminuted to less than 150 mesh. The solid auxiliary agent is selected from one or two of carboxymethyl cellulose and sodium alginate; the liquid adjuvant comprises a nebulant, cellulose and water, wherein the nebulant is a mixture of glycerol and propylene glycol. In the mixture obtained by mixing the three materials, the content of the solid auxiliary agent is 0.5-3.0 wt%, the content of the atomizing agent in the liquid auxiliary agent is 10-25 wt%, and the content of the cellulose is 0.5-3.0 wt%. The water content of the homogenized material is 25-65%. Also, the homogeneous forming and the multistage drying are technical means well known to those skilled in the art, and are not specifically described herein; in the present application, the temperature of the multi-stage drying is less than 110 ℃, more specifically, the temperature of the multi-stage drying is less than 95 ℃.

c: mixing, homogenizing and molding reconstituted tobacco raw materials: crushing tobacco raw materials (the residual proportion, tobacco stems, tobacco leaf fragments and the like, 75 wt% (relative to the final reconstituted tobacco finished product, the same below)) to be less than 150 meshes, adding a solid auxiliary agent (a mixture of carboxymethyl cellulose and sodium alginate, 1.5 wt%) and a liquid auxiliary agent (an atomizing agent, glycerol and propylene glycol, the total proportion is 20 wt%, cellulose is 1.5 wt%, a proper amount of water, and the water content of a homogenized material is 30% +/-5%), mixing, stirring, homogenizing, performing multi-stage rolling, and performing multi-stage drying (the highest process temperature is less than 100 +/-5 ℃);
d: spraying and perfuming: the volatility of the fruit flavor essence is strong, and the weight loss still exists at a lower temperature when the fruit flavor essence is heated at a certain heating rate, so that the prepared mint flavor tobacco solid powder (20 wt%) is uniformly sprayed in the running direction of the reconstituted tobacco sheet before the processes of shredding/rolling at a low-temperature drying area (less than 60 ℃), and can be sprayed for multiple times and on the front side and the back side when necessary;
e, subsequent: and (4) carrying out subsequent shredding or coiling process after spraying to finish the production of the fruit-type flavor reconstituted tobacco.
Preparing a heating cigarette from the reconstituted tobacco according to a certain specification product standard of a COO brand, and performing sensory evaluation; and (3) adding the fruit-flavor reconstituted tobacco in a liquid essence form at the mixing, homogenizing and forming stage of the reconstituted tobacco raw materials in contrast to the processing technology, then performing multistage drying to obtain the fruit-flavor reconstituted tobacco, and performing heated cigarette preparation and sensory evaluation. The results are shown in table 2:
TABLE 2 sensory evaluation index of the whole quality of electrically heated cigarette
Through comparison and evaluation, the heated cigarette sample prepared by the process has good aroma and uniformity, the fruit flavor intensity and the uniformity before and after smoking are good, and the good uniformity is kept in the front 8 mouths according to the standard number of smoking mouths (12 mouths); the intensity of the fruit aroma of the control fruit flavor sample cigarette is weakened after 6 mouths according to the standard number of suction mouths (12 mouths).
