The feed liquid comprises, by weight, 10-15 parts of a flavoring module, 15-20 parts of a thickening module, 5-10 parts of a taste improving module, 3-6 parts of a smoke improving module and 30-60 parts of a first solvent, wherein the first solvent is a mixture of 95% by volume of ethanol, propylene glycol and water, and the weight ratio of the 95% ethanol to the propylene glycol to the water is 40-50: 1-2: 5-10, in the present application, 95% ethanol, propylene glycol and water are selected in a weight ratio of 43: 2: 5 is explained. The modules can be properly matched according to the requirements of feeding and perfuming, and the adding proportion is (1.0-8.0)% of the cut tobacco by weight.
And (3) a flavoring module: the method comprises the following steps of (by weight) adding 20-30 parts of myrcene, limonene, sclareol, sclareolide and other monomer spices or compositions thereof with cigar flavor such as amber flavor, pine flavor and resin flavor into cigar leaf extract or essential oil, wherein the parts are 0.5-1.5 parts; the first solvent is a mixture of 95% alcohol, propylene glycol and water, and the weight ratio of 95% alcohol, propylene glycol and water is 43: 2: and 5, the proportion is 60-80 parts by weight, so that the aroma quality, sweetness and penetrability are improved, meanwhile, offensive odor is covered, and the mouthfeel is improved.
The thickening module is used for drying the tobacco extract by 10-20 parts by weight; adding cocoa extract of baked incense, maple extract of burnt incense, benzoin extract of cream incense and other incense raw materials, and increasing smoke concentration and thickness, wherein the parts by weight are 0.5-1.5; the first solvent is a mixture of 95% alcohol, propylene glycol and water, and the weight ratio of 95% alcohol, propylene glycol and water is 43: 2: 5, parts by weight is 70-85.
Improving a taste module, adding fruit extracts such as apricot, plum, fig, pineapple extracts and the like, removing stimulation, covering miscellaneous gases, improving aftertaste, and improving the comfort of eating, wherein the parts by weight are 3-5; the second solvent is a mixture of propylene glycol and water, and the weight ratio of the propylene glycol to the water is 1-2: 90-98, in the present application, the weight ratio of propylene glycol to water is 1: 95, parts by weight are 80-95.
Improve the flue gas module: the fragrant and green fragrant essential oil such as rose essential oil and orange leaf oil is used for improving the smoke state, and the parts are 3-5 by weight; the second solvent is a mixture of propylene glycol and water, and the weight ratio of the propylene glycol to the water is 1: 95, parts by weight are 80-95.
The support section is a hollow filter stick or a paper tube, the cooling section is a base stick formed by bundling paper base or polylactic acid sheets or a perforated paper tube, and the filter section is a filter stick made of acetate fibers, non-woven fabrics or short fibers.
The total length of the cigarette is 90-135 mm, the circumference of the cigarette can be thin, medium or conventional cigarettes consistent with the circumference of the traditional cigarette, the existing mature or modified equipment is utilized for processing, the length of a filter tip consisting of a support section 2, a cooling section 3 and a filtering section 4 is 45-50 mm, and the length of a thin section 1 is 15 mm; the length of the tobacco section 5 is 45-60 mm.
The indentation or tearing mark lines are arranged between the sheet section and the supporting section, between the supporting section and the cooling section, between the cooling section and the filtering section and between the filtering section and the tobacco shred section, two sections of cigarettes can be formed by tearing at the indentation or tearing mark lines, and when smoking is needed, the cigarettes can be separated at the indentation or tearing mark lines arranged at the joints of the supporting section 2, the cooling section 3 and the filtering section 4, and the smoking is carried out, so that different smoking experiences are obtained. When the cigarette needs to be heated and smoked in cooperation with a heating appliance, the cigarette can be torn at the joint of the filter section 4 and the tobacco shred section 5 to form a heated cigarette for heating and smoking.
The present invention is specifically described below with reference to only limited examples, but the technical solutions of the present application are by no means applicable only to the following examples.
Example 1
The invention provides a dual-purpose cigarette, which comprises a thin sheet section, a supporting section, a cooling section, a filtering section and a tobacco section which are connected in sequence, wherein indentation or tearing identification lines are arranged between the thin sheet section and the supporting section, between the supporting section and the cooling section, between the cooling section and the filtering section and between the filtering section and the tobacco section. The supporting section, the cooling section and the filtering section are wrapped by forming paper to form a filter rod section, the thin sections and the tobacco shred section are assembled at two ends of the filter rod section, and cigarettes are wrapped by tipping paper.
The suction resistance of the tobacco shred section is controlled at (500 + -60) Pa, the length is (45 + -0.5) mm, the circumference is (23.4 + -0.3) mm, and the tobacco shred filling density is 238mg/cm3。
The length is (15 +/-0.5) mm and the circumference is (23).4 plus or minus 0.3) mm, the suction resistance of the sheet section is controlled to be (300 plus or minus 60) Pa, and the filling density of the cut tobacco is 280mg/cm3。
The support section is a hollow filter stick, the length is (10 +/-0.5) mm, the circumference is (23.4 +/-0.3) mm, and the inner diameter is 4.0 mm.
The cooling section is a paper base rod, the length is (15 +/-0.5) mm, and the circumference is (23.4 +/-0.3) mm; the suction resistance is (150 +/-30) Pa.
The filter segment is a filter stick made of acetate fiber material, the suction resistance is (200 +/-30) Pa, the length is (8 +/-0.5) mm, and the circumference is (23.4 +/-0.3) mm.
The support section, the cooling section and the filter section are compounded to form a filter stick section, and the length of the compounded filter stick is 35 mm.
The tobacco shred section, the filtering section, the cooling section, the supporting section and the cigarette core section are wrapped by tipping paper to form a cigarette, and the total length of the cigarette is 95 mm.
The leaf set formulation of the tobacco segments is shown in table 1.
The cut tobacco of the cut tobacco section is processed by adopting a traditional cut tobacco production line, and the processing comprises the working procedures of feeding according to a formula, unpacking, loosening and moisture regaining, feeding, storing leaves, drying cut tobacco, perfuming and the like.
The cut tobacco feed liquid formula of the cut tobacco section is shown in table 3, and the feeding proportion is 2.5% by weight; the perfuming formulation is shown in table 2, with a perfuming ratio of 1.0%.
The tobacco core material of the thin section is a rolling method sheet, one or more of propylene glycol, glycerol and the like are added as a fogging agent, the tobacco material is tobacco powder obtained by crushing the raw materials of the leaf group formula shown in the table 1, the feed liquid is feed liquid shown in the table 3, the proportion of dry and wet materials is 6:4, wherein the wet materials are a mixture of the feed liquid, the perfume, CMC and glycerol, the parts are 45 parts, 35 parts, 5 parts and 15 parts by weight, and the tobacco core material is processed and shredded according to the manufacturing process of the rolling method sheet.

Although the present invention has been described with reference to a preferred embodiment, it should be understood that various changes, substitutions and alterations can be made herein without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as defined by the appended claims.
Claims (9)
1. A cigar flavor smoking and heating dual-purpose cigarette is characterized by comprising a thin section, a supporting section, a cooling section, a filtering section and a tobacco section which are sequentially connected, wherein the supporting section, the cooling section and the filtering section are wrapped by forming paper to form a filter rod section;
the tobacco core of the thin section and the tobacco core of the cut tobacco section are both cigar flavor.
2. The cigar-flavor smoking and heating dual-purpose cigarette according to claim 1, wherein the cigarette core formula of the tobacco section comprises 4-10 parts of fragrant tobacco module, 5-15 parts of mellow tobacco module, 5-15 parts of burnt tobacco module, 15-25 parts of thickening tobacco module and 30-50 parts of cigar tobacco module by weight;
the fragrant tobacco shred modules are tobacco leaves with prominent fresh and sweet aroma and obvious green aroma, the mellow tobacco shred modules are tobacco leaves with prominent mellow aroma, the burnt tobacco shred modules are tobacco leaves with prominent burnt and sweet aroma and obvious burnt aroma and little resin aroma, and the thickening tobacco shred modules are burley tobacco or aromatic tobacco; the cigar tobacco shred modules are cigar tobacco leaves with prominent sweet feeling, nut fragrance and obvious spicy fragrance.
3. The cigar-flavor smoking and heating dual-purpose cigarette as claimed in claim 2, wherein the resistance of the cut tobacco section is controlled between 300Pa and 800Pa, and the packing density of the cut tobacco is 230-250 mg/cm3。

The cigar-flavored cigarette for both smoking and heating according to claim 1, wherein the thin-segmented core is composed of a sheet for heating cigarettes and a coating liquid and a tobacco powder are applied on the sheet, and the coating liquid and the applied tobacco are the cigar-flavored cigarette formula extract and the tobacco powder.
5. The cigar-flavored cigarette with both smoking and heating characteristics as claimed in claim 4, wherein the thin section has a resistance to smoking controlled between 200Pa and 400 Pa; the filling density of the cut tobacco is 250-300 mg/cm3。

The cigar flavor smoking and heating dual-purpose cigarette according to claim 2 or 4, characterized in that a feed liquid is applied to the tobacco core of the tobacco shred section and the tobacco core of the thin segment, and the feed liquid comprises, by weight, 10-15 parts of flavoring module, 15-20 parts of thickening module, 5-10 parts of taste improving module, 3-6 parts of smoke improving module and 30-60 parts of first solvent;
the flavoring module comprises 20-30 parts of cigar tobacco leaf extract or essential oil, 0.5-1.5 parts of first spice and 60-80 parts of first solvent by weight;
the concentration increasing module comprises 10-20 parts of sun-cured tobacco extract, 0.5-1.5 parts of second spice and 70-85 parts of first solvent by weight;
the taste improving module comprises 3-5 parts of fruit extract and 80-95 parts of second solvent by weight;
the smoke improving module is composed of 3-5 parts of third spice and 80-95 parts of second solvent by weight.
7. The cigar-flavor smoking and heating dual-purpose cigarette according to claim 6, wherein the first spice is one or more of myrcene, limonene, sclareol or sclareolide; the second spice is cocoa extract, maple extract or benzoin extract; the third spice is rose essential oil or orange leaf oil;
the first solvent is a mixture of 95% by volume of ethanol, propylene glycol and water, and the weight ratio of the 95% ethanol, the propylene glycol and the water is 40-50: 1-2: 5-10;
the second solvent is a mixture of propylene glycol and water, and the weight ratio of the propylene glycol to the water is 1-2: 90-98.

The cigar-flavor smoking and heating dual-purpose cigarette as claimed in claim 1, wherein the supporting section is a hollow filter stick or paper tube, the temperature-reducing section is a base stick formed by bundling paper-based or polylactic acid sheets or a perforated paper tube, and the filter section is a filter stick made of acetate fibers, non-woven fabrics or short fibers.

The cigar-flavor smoking and heating cigarette as claimed in claim 1, wherein indentation or tearing identification lines are provided between the sheet section and the support section, between the support section and the cooling section, between the cooling section and the filtering section, and between the filtering section and the tobacco shred section.
