Claims (5)
1. A preparation method of cut tobacco added with an atomizing agent is characterized by comprising the following steps: the method comprises the following steps:
the method comprises the following steps: feeding, unpacking and cutting tobacco leaves, loosening and dampening the tobacco leaves, wherein the moisture content of the tobacco leaves is 20-25%, and the temperature is 40-80 ℃;
step two: performing primary feeding treatment, wherein the mass percent of the fed tobacco is 15 percent based on the mass of the added tobacco, the temperature of the feed liquid is 80 +/-10 ℃, the mass percent of the atomizing agent in the feed liquid relative to the mass of the added tobacco is less than or equal to 10 percent, and the moisture content of the tobacco is 25-30 percent;
step three: storing the tobacco leaves for 0.5-1h, and performing secondary feeding treatment, wherein the feeding mass percent is 15%, the temperature of the feed liquid is 80 +/-10 ℃, the mass percent of a fogging agent in the feed liquid relative to the mass of the added tobacco leaves is less than or equal to 10%, and the water content of the tobacco leaves is 30-35%;
step four: storing the tobacco leaves for 0.5-1h, and then performing baking treatment, wherein the hot air temperature is 110 +/-10 ℃, the tobacco leaf temperature is less than or equal to 65 ℃, and the moisture content of the tobacco leaves is 18 +/-2%;
step five: shredding the cured tobacco leaves, and performing expansion drying after shredding, wherein the moisture content of the tobacco leaves is controlled to be 10 +/-1%;
step six: blending the prepared tobacco shreds added with the atomizing agent by using a tobacco blend, wherein a sheet in the tobacco blend is common reconstituted tobacco or reconstituted tobacco added with the atomizing agent in a certain proportion, the proportion of the atomizing agent is 15 +/-5%, cut stems in the tobacco blend are common expanded cut stems, reconstituted cut stems or cut stems added with the atomizing agent in a certain proportion, and the proportion of the atomizing agent is 15 +/-5%;
step seven: perfuming the blended tobacco shreds, wherein the proportion of the perfuming perfume relative to the mass of the blended tobacco shreds is less than or equal to 1.0 percent, and the proportion of the atomizing agent in the perfume relative to the mass of the blended tobacco shreds is not less than 0.8 percent.

The method for preparing the cut tobacco added with the atomizing agent according to claim 1, is characterized in that: the feed liquid added in the second step and the third step is a mixture consisting of an atomizing agent, invert sugar, a tobacco extract and water, wherein the proportion of the atomizing agent to the mass of the added tobacco leaves is 5-10%, the proportion of the invert sugar to the mass of the added tobacco leaves is 3-5%, and the proportion of the tobacco extract to the mass of the added tobacco leaves is 1-2%.
3. The method for preparing the cut tobacco added with the atomizing agent according to claim 2, is characterized in that: the atomizing agent is glycerin or propylene glycol or a combination of the glycerin and the propylene glycol.
4. The method for preparing the cut tobacco added with the atomizing agent according to claim 2, is characterized in that: and in the fifth step, the shredding width is 1.0 +/-0.2 mm.
5. Use of a cut tobacco with added atomizing agent according to any one of claims 1 to 4, characterized in that: the prepared tobacco shreds added with the atomizing agent are matched with a composite filter stick capable of cooling on a conventional cigarette making machine, and cigarettes are coiled through binary or multi-element composite for electrically heating or carbon heating cigarettes.
