Abstract

本发明提供一种穿缸线束密封结构,包括缸内线束(2)、穿缸器(3)、缸体(5)、接线套(6)及缸外线束(7)和内密封构件(8),缸内线束(2)、缸外线束(7)分别与接线套(6)形成导电连接,接线套(6)安装在内密封构件(8)上的定位内孔(81)中、且与内密封构件(8)形成密封连接,内密封构件(8)安装在穿缸器(3)上的穿缸器内孔(32)中、且与穿缸器(3)形成密封连接,穿缸器(3)与缸体(5)之间形成密封连接。本发明可形成三重密封结构,并通过接线套有效地阻断流体介质在缸内线束与缸外线束之间渗透,极大地提高了穿缸线束与缸体之间的密封性能,具有易于实施、实施成本低等突出优点。

Description

一种穿缸线束密封结构
技术领域
本发明涉及穿缸线束密封设计领域,尤其是涉及应用于发动机缸体的一种穿缸线束密封结构。
背景技术
对于穿缸线束的密封设计,例如,安装在发动机缸体内的传感器或控制器与位于发动机缸体外的中央控制器之间的穿缸线束的密封设计,其中的穿缸线束需要穿过曲轴箱或缸体,因此,位于发动机缸体内的线束(即“缸内线束”)与对应的位于发动机缸体外的线束(即“缸外线束”)之间的连接在发动机缸体连接部存在密封问题。
现有的穿缸线束密封设计方案,通常是缸外线束与缸内线束直接相连(或者理解为一根线束),通过穿缸器与线束一体注塑成型来进行密封。但是,由于穿缸器与线束胶皮属于不同的材质,发动机在高温、低温交替运行过程中,线束胶皮与穿缸器之间容易产生密封不严问题;另外,由于线束内的导体一般采用多股电缆线,因此,发动机缸体内的油可能会因为毛细作用而沿着多股电缆线上升或在多股电缆线之间上升,同样也会存在密封不严问题。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是:针对现有技术存在的问题,提供一种穿缸线束密封结构,提高穿缸线束与缸体之间的密封性能。
本发明要解决的技术问题采用以下技术方案来实现:一种穿缸线束密封结构,包括缸内线束、穿缸器、缸体、接线套以及缸外线束和内密封构件,所述的缸内线束、缸外线束分别与接线套形成导电连接,所述的接线套安装在内密封构件上的定位内孔中、且接线套与内密封构件之间形成密封连接,所述的内密封构件安装在穿缸器上的穿缸器内孔中、且内密封构件与穿缸器之间形成密封连接,所述的穿缸器与缸体之间形成密封连接。
优选地,所述的穿缸器上开设定位凹槽,所述的定位凹槽中安装密封圈,所述的密封圈与缸体之间形成接触密封结构。
优选地,所述穿缸器的一端形成限位凸肩,所述的限位凸肩与缸体之间形成接触密封结构。
优选地,所述穿缸器上的穿缸器内孔为锥形结构孔,所述内密封构件的一端形成锥形结构的导向部,所述的导向部与穿缸器内孔之间形成接触密封结构。
优选地,所述的接线套上开设盲孔,所述缸内线束的一端和/或缸外线束的一端插接入接线套上的盲孔中。
优选地,所述内密封构件上的定位内孔为阶梯结构孔,所述的接线套为阶梯轴结构,所述的接线套与内密封构件之间形成嵌接式密封结构。
优选地,还包括保护壳,所述的保护壳与穿缸器、缸体形成密封结构。
优选地,所述的保护壳是通过注塑成型方式与穿缸器、缸体形成密封结构。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:通过接线套与内密封构件之间形成密封连接、内密封构件与穿缸器之间形成密封连接、穿缸器与缸体之间形成密封连接,由此可以形成三重密封结构,且其中的接线套还能有效地阻断流体介质在缸内线束与缸外线束之间渗透而造成渗漏,从而可以极大地提高穿缸线束与缸体之间的密封性能,并且易于实施,实施成本也低。

具体实施方式
为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,下面结合附图和具体实施例对本发明进行详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
如图1、图2、图3所示的穿缸线束密封结构,具体包括保护壳1、缸内线束2、穿缸器3、缸体5、接线套6、缸外线束7和内密封构件8,所述的穿缸器3上形成穿缸器内孔32,所述的缸体5上开设可供穿缸器3固定的安装内孔,所述的内密封构件8上形成定位内孔81。所述的缸内线束2、缸外线束7分别与接线套6形成导电连接,所述的接线套6安装在内密封构件8上的定位内孔81中、且接线套6与内密封构件8之间形成密封连接;通常,所述的接线套6使内密封构件8上的定位内孔81处于受压状态。如图5、图2所示,所述内密封构件8上的定位内孔81优选采用阶梯结构孔,所述的接线套6优选采用阶梯轴结构,所述的接线套6与内密封构件8之间形成嵌接式密封结构,以便接线套6与内密封构件8在组装过程中对接线套6进行轴向定向,并更好地限制接线套6在内密封构件8中的轴向定位位置。
所述的内密封构件8安装在穿缸器3上的穿缸器内孔32中、且内密封构件8与穿缸器3之间形成密封连接;通常,所述的内密封构件8是以受压配合的方式安装在穿缸器3上的穿缸器内孔32内。为了提高内密封构件8与穿缸器3之间的密封可靠性,如图1、图2、图4、图5所示,所述穿缸器3上的穿缸器内孔32采用锥形结构孔,与此对应的是,所述内密封构件8的一端形成锥形结构的导向部82,所述的导向部82与穿缸器内孔32之间形成接触密封结构。
所述的保护壳1与穿缸器3、缸体5形成密封结构;通常,所述的保护壳1是采用具有一定弹性的塑料材料、并通过注塑成型方式与穿缸器3、缸体5形成密封结构,并使保护壳1与穿缸器3之间的接合部位于缸体5的一侧。通过保护壳1,可以使缸内线束2、缸外线束7分别相对于接线套6保持固定静止状态,确保缸内线束2、缸外线束7分别维持在给定位置,以避免电气连接中发生破损,例如由于导线疲劳所造成的破损,或者是由于振动或不正确处理而发生的破损。
所述的穿缸器3与缸体5之间形成密封连接。通常,所述的穿缸器3是定位安装在缸体5上的安装内孔中,为方便穿缸器3的定位、并提高穿缸器3与缸体5之间的密封性能,如图4所示,可以在穿缸器3上开设定位凹槽31,所述的定位凹槽31中安装密封圈4,所述的密封圈4与缸体5之间形成接触密封结构;另外,在穿缸器3的一端形成限位凸肩33,所述的限位凸肩33与缸体5之间形成接触密封结构。特别地,对于热冲击环境条件,通过设置密封圈4,可以提供很好的密封稳健性,特别是在冷启动过程中保证密封可靠,而且,即便是缸内线束2、缸外线束7的导线外皮被刺穿,例如在保护壳1注塑成型过程中或在发动机缸体使用过程中被刺穿,也能保证缸内线束2、缸外线束7的密封可靠性。
本发明通过接线套6与内密封构件8之间形成密封连接、内密封构件8与穿缸器3之间形成密封连接、穿缸器3与缸体5之间形成密封连接,由此可以形成三重密封结构,其中的接线套6还能有效地阻断流体介质在缸内线束2与缸外线束7之间渗透而造成渗漏,从而可以极大地提高穿缸线束与缸体5之间的密封性能,并且易于实施,且实施成本也低。其中,如图1-图3所示,所述接线套6的两端最好是开设盲孔,所述盲孔的深度通常为10mm。所述缸内线束2的一端、缸外线束7的一端可以插接入接线套6上的盲孔中,再通过铆压或焊接方式加以连接固定,确保缸内线束2、缸外线束7与接线套6之间的连接可靠,并且,还可以很好地阻断流体介质(例如机油)沿着缸内线束2、缸外线束7渗透而导致的渗漏,使得流体介质(例如机油)沿着多股电缆线束上升不再是问题。
所述的内密封构件8安装在穿缸器3上的穿缸器内孔32中,其并没有涉及保护壳1的注塑成型,即使保护壳1的注塑成型部分与穿缸器3之间的接合没有密封到位,也不会造成密封麻烦,因为穿缸器3与缸体5上的安装内孔之间以及缸内线束2与穿缸器3之间的密封结构同样也会有效地阻止渗漏发生。由于内密封构件8不是注塑成型部分,因而可降低注塑时的注入压力;此外,也可以避免缸内线束2、缸外线束7在该位置上使用质量很好的包覆成型胶皮,从而可以降低缸内线束2、缸外线束7的采购成本。由于本发明不再是传统的注塑成型方式来确保密封可靠,使得保护壳1的注塑成型步骤的管理不再是关键,可以用较小的精度去实施,注塑成型的步骤也更简单、快捷,从而简化了注塑模具,进而减少了制造成本,不仅易于实施,而且实施成本低。

Claims (8)

1.一种穿缸线束密封结构,包括缸内线束(2)、缸体(5)和缸外线束(7),其特征在于:还包括穿缸器(3)、接线套(6)和内密封构件(8),所述的缸内线束(2)、缸外线束(7)分别与接线套(6)形成导电连接,所述的接线套(6)安装在内密封构件(8)上的定位内孔(81)中、且接线套(6)与内密封构件(8)之间形成密封连接,所述的内密封构件(8)安装在穿缸器(3)上的穿缸器内孔(32)中、且内密封构件(8)与穿缸器(3)之间形成密封连接,所述的穿缸器(3)与缸体(5)之间形成密封连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种穿缸线束密封结构,其特征在于:所述的穿缸器(3)上开设定位凹槽(31),所述的定位凹槽(31)中安装密封圈(4),所述的密封圈(4)与缸体(5)之间形成接触密封结构。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种穿缸线束密封结构,其特征在于:所述穿缸器(3)的一端形成限位凸肩(33),所述的限位凸肩(33)与缸体(5)之间形成接触密封结构。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种穿缸线束密封结构,其特征在于:所述穿缸器(3)上的穿缸器内孔(32)为锥形结构孔,所述内密封构件(8)的一端形成锥形结构的导向部(82),所述的导向部(82)与穿缸器内孔(32)之间形成接触密封结构。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种穿缸线束密封结构,其特征在于:所述的接线套(6)上开设盲孔,所述缸内线束(2)的一端和/或缸外线束(7)的一端插接入接线套(6)上的盲孔中。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种穿缸线束密封结构,其特征在于:所述内密封构件(8)上的定位内孔(81)为阶梯结构孔,所述的接线套(6)为阶梯轴结构,所述的接线套(6)与内密封构件(8)之间形成嵌接式密封结构。
7.根据权利要求1-6任一项所述的一种穿缸线束密封结构,其特征在于:还包括保护壳(1),所述的保护壳(1)与穿缸器(3)、缸体(5)形成密封结构。
8.根据权利要求7所述的一种穿缸线束密封结构,其特征在于:所述的保护壳(1)是通过注塑成型方式与穿缸器(3)、缸体(5)形成密封结构。
