Abstract
一种洗衣机,它具有污水处理装置,该污水处理装置应用电解方法能除去含于污水中的诸如表面活性剂、悬浮固体物和有机物的污物,从而对洗涤后的污水进行自净化。该电解污水处理装置包括污水处理槽,它具有用于接收排自清洗容器的污水的入口,用于将处理过的污水排出的出口,和用于处理污水的处理室。电极部分至少具有一对阳极和阴极,这些电极相互隔开,并相互相对地设置在污水处理槽中。电源用于对电极供电。
Description
本发明涉及具有电解污水处理装置的洗衣机。
普通洗衣机应用的污水处理装置是以设置在排水管末端具有过滤器或表面吸附装置作为污水处理装置的。但是,在普通洗衣机中,过滤器或表面吸附装置必须定期用新的来加以更换,因为由于反复洗涤,其效率降低。此外,过滤器或表面吸附装置只能除去大尺寸的固体物质,而不能除去洗涤剂或重金属,而这是污染水的主要因素。
洗衣机中通常使用洗涤剂中的合成洗涤剂。此外,在洗衣机中也使用高分子醇的硫酸酯及由饱和碳酸氢钠和苯构成的无肥皂的酯肪酸盐。
这样的合成洗涤剂作为洗衣用洗涤剂是很好的,但与脂肪盐相比具有若干缺点。这就是,洗涤后排出的污水中的脂肪酸盐分子,当污水流至污水处理槽或地下期间,会被自然界细菌所分解。然而,合成洗涤剂分子却不会被细菌分解。结果,假如含合成洗涤剂的污水流入污水处理槽或河流,水的表面会覆盖着合成洗涤剂的泡沫,从而引起严重的水污染。
水污染主要是由生活污水引起的,它排自不具备足够污水处理系统的家庭。在生活污水中,洗涤后排出的污水对水污染具有最大的影响。因而要求应用适当的污水处理方法对生活污水进行处理。特别是,大多数家庭都应用的洗衣机需要装备其自身的污水处理装置。
因此,排放大部分生活污水的洗衣机应该装备污水处理装置,它能采用不同于上述两种污水处理方法的新方法对洗涤后排出的污水进行净化。
因此,本发明的目的就是为解决以上问题,提出一种具有自备污水处理装置的洗衣机,这种自备污水处理装置简单、有效、从而净化洗涤后排出的污水。
为完成本发明的以上目的,提出一种具有清洗容器和电解污水处理装置的洗衣机,该电解污水处理装置包括:污水处理槽,它具有用于接收排自清洗容器的污水的入口,用于将处理过的污水排出的出口,和用于处理污水的处理室;电极部分,它至少具有一对阳极和阴极,这些电极相互隔开,并相互相对地设置在污水处理槽中;和用于对每一电极供电的电源。
这里,入口最好是可拆卸地与排水管相连接的。过滤器安装在污水处理槽的上游以过滤含于洗涤后的污水中的纺织品废屑和固体物,因而由于废屑引起的电极污染和电极反应效率的降低被阻止。还有,假如阳极和阴极相应由平板体形成,若干电极交错地安装着以便对污水流动形成Z字形路径,这样,污水通过Z字形路径的时间就延长,使电极能发挥足够的电解作用。这里,电极能从由铝电极、铁电极和尺寸稳定的阳极(DSA)构成的组合中选择一个来形成。
图1是本发明提出的洗衣机的侧向截面图。

将结合附图对本发明的实施例加以说明。
请参改图1和2,具有本发明提出的污水处理装置的洗衣机包括外机壳10,它构成洗衣机的轮廓;安装在外机壳10中的外桶12;和圆筒形清洗容器14,它可转动地安装在外桶12中。驱动马达16和轴组件18被安装在外桶12的下部分。驱动马达16的功率通过皮带20传输至轴组件18。洗涤过程期间,轴组件18通过轴驱动搅拌盘旋转,以转动装置于清洗容器14内的洗濯物,而在脱水过程期间,则驱动清洗容器14旋转。
连接至排水阀74的排水阀74和排水管76安装在清洗容器14的下部分。排水管76连接至污水处理装置80的入口85。污水处理装置80具有污水处理槽81,污水通过它加以净化,和出口86,经处理的污水通过它向外排出。用于过滤洗濯物废屑的过渡器83安装在污水处理槽81的入口85上。污水处理装置80的入口85的端部成形成箍圈形状,以便可拆卸地与排水管76相连接。
每个阳极84和阴极82都成形成平板体形状,交错地加以安装,并相互相隔约1厘米距离以形成污水流动的Z字形路径。这里,阳极84连接至电源88的正电极,而阴极82则连接至其负电极以便从电源88接受功率。
具有上述结构的洗衣机进行装载于清洗容器14中洗濯物的洗涤过程。洗涤后,当排水阀74打开时,接着污水沿着排水管76通过污水处理装置80的入口85流入至污水处理槽81。这时,污水中所含的纺织物废屑或其它有机物通过设置在污水处理槽81上流的过渡器83被过滤掉,经过滤的污水在阳极84和阴极82之间按Z字形状流动,并被双双连接至电源88的阳极84和阴极82加以电解分解。因此,包含在污水中的表面活性剂被分解,而诸如悬浮固体和有机物的污物则凝聚和沉积。结果,污物已去除的污水通过出口86从洗衣机排出。假如由于重复洗涤的结果,诸如纺织物废屑的大量固体物附着在过滤器83上,则将成形成箍圈形状的污水处理装置80的入口85从排水管76拆开以更换过滤器83。
为了电解分解洗涤后的污水,污水的电导率应为600微秒/厘米或更大,而pH值最好为7-10。大多数洗涤后的污水满足上述两个条件,因此,能进行直接电解反应而不用额外的处理。安装在污水处理槽81中的电极82和84由铁或铝制成。当污水的碱度或酸度高时,能采用DSA,它是由复合膜形成的,其中钌(Ru)、铱(Ir)、锡(Sn)或两种或两种以上的钌(Ru)、铱(Ir)和锡(Sn)的合金镀在纯度为99.%或更高的钛金属层上。
当采用铁电极时,每个电极82或84上的氧化-还原反应方程式和以下化学方程式1或2相同。当采用铝电极时,氧化-还原反应方程式和以下化学方程式3或4相同。化学方程式1
也即,由于污水处理槽81中阳极84的氧化反应,铝或铁作为阳离子而溶出,合成洗涤剂的成分被分解。与此同时,由阳极84产生的金属离子与由于阴极82上还原反应产生的氢氧离子(OH-)相结合而产生Fe(OH)2,Fe(OH)3或Al(OH)3,它起着粘合媒剂的作用。因此,诸如无机或有机物的污物被聚结、沉积,而污水中所含的重金属被还原、萃取。
此外,在电解过程中产生的氢氧化物还具有十分强的表面吸附作用,甚至能吸附诸如溶解的固体或液体粒子的成分。
图3是通过污水处理装置80前、后的污水中化学需氧量(COD)的变化图表。这里,四种试验材料A,B,C和D是采用四种不同合成洗涤剂洗涤后的污水样品。如图表所示,通过污水处理装置80之前得到的所有污水样品的化学需氧量都超过法定允许参考值,即100ppm。通过污水处理装置80后,不管哪种样品,COD都下降至法定允许参考值100ppm之下。
这理由在于这一事实,即水的电解分解在阴极产生氢气,在阳极产生氧气,所产生的氧气和氢气具有十分强的氧化和还原作用,从而产生与污水中所含污物的二次反应,特别通过氧化反应降低COD和BOD。同时,电解作用能去除色素,从而使污水的色度变清。此外,所产生的氧气具有消毒作用及去除坏气味的作用。
图4是通过污水处理装置80前、后的污水中电导率的变化图表。由图表可见,通过污水处理装置80之后,污水的电导率趋于降低,由此可知,污水中所含的重金属离子通过还原反应被还原成金属,然后沉降,从而去除导电的金属离子。
图5是通过污水处理装置80前、后的污水中悬浮固体物(SS)浓度的变化图表。图6是通过污水处理装置80前、后的污水中N-己烷浓度的变化图表。由图表可见,悬浮固体物下降至清洁地区的排放允许参考值,即40ppm以下,而N-己烷浓度下降至通过污水处理装置80前浓度的一半以下。
图7是通过污水处理装置80前、后的污水中阴离子表面活性剂浓度的变化图表。在合成洗涤剂成分中,表面活性剂是十分难于去除的。按照采用污水处理装置80的试验样品,能去除25-85%程度的表面活性剂。
与此同时,由于洗涤后的污水包含各种有机物,十分困难分析污物和电解氧化过程期间的氧化产物。此外,这样的分析不能提供关键结果,即反应效率与有机物之间的直接信息。因此,当洗涤后的污水经电解处理时,处理效率可通过计算作为通常电化学参数的瞬时电流效率,或通过计算一种有机物单位重量所消耗的功率来加以测量。
这样,本发明提出一种具有污水处理装置的洗衣机,它采用电解方法能去除污水中包含的诸如表面活性剂、悬浮固体物和有机物的污物,从而对洗涤后的污水进行自清洁。
Claims (8)
1.一种具有清洗容器和电解污水处理装置的洗衣机,该电解污水处理装置包括:
污水处理槽,它具有用于接收排自所述清洗容器的污水的入口,用于将处理过的污水排出的出口,和用于处理污水的处理室;
电极部分,它至少具有一对阳极和阴极,这些电极相互隔开,并相互相对地设置在所述污水处理槽中;和
电源,它用于对所述电极供电,
上述清洗容器放置在一外桶内,该外桶包括一与上述处理槽入口相连的排水管。
2.如权利要求1所述的洗衣机,其还包括一个安装在所述清洗容器和污水处理槽之间的过滤器。
3.如权利要求1所述的洗衣机,其具有若干所述的阳极和阴极,并且所述阳极和阴极交错放置。
4.如权利要求3所述的洗衣机,其中所述交错放置的阳极和阴极形成一个供污水流动的Z字形路径。
5.如权利要求4所述的洗衣机,其中所述阳极和阴极是由铝制成的。
