Abstract
The invention belongs to the field of research and development of tea products, and particularly relates to a tea tabletting method and application thereof in preparing tea cartridges. The invention provides a tea tabletting method, which is a sectional drying method, and specifically comprises the following steps: the tea leaves are sequentially dried for the first time, dried for the second time, dried for the third time, pressed into tablets and dried for the fourth time, and the product with the water content of 7-15% is obtained. The invention also provides an application of the product prepared by the tabletting method in the field of electronic cigarette cartridges and/or drinking by soaking water. In the technical scheme provided by the invention, the sectional drying method can ensure stable product quality without depending on experience of processing staff; further, the refreshing effect is obviously improved compared with the commercial tea cigarette by further animal experiment measurement; the product has higher sucking score through sucking measurement of an evaluator. The tea tabletting method and the application thereof in preparing the tea cigarette bullet provided by the invention solve the technical defects of larger smoke, poor smoking and refreshing effects and poor smoking experience of the commercial tea cigarettes in the prior art.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of research and development of tea products, and particularly relates to a tea tabletting method and application thereof in preparing tea cartridges.
Background
Tea is a traditional drink in China and has a long history in China. The tea is rich in various beneficial substances such as tea polyphenol, has various beneficial effects such as refreshing brain and resisting tumor, and is favored by consumers. The cigarette bullet is a necessary part arranged on the electronic cigarette atomizer, a certain amount of tobacco shreds are stored in the cigarette bullet, when the electronic cigarette works, the tobacco shreds in the cigarette bullet are atomized into gas under the action of the atomizer, so that smoke like real cigarette is formed, but a series of health risks exist in nicotine and tar released when the cigarette bullet burns.
At present, in order to solve the health hidden trouble caused by smoking and simultaneously solve the need of smoking and refreshing for partial consumers, a series of tea cigarette-shaped smoking products have been developed on the market. Drying fresh tea leaves at 60 ℃ for 30min until the water content is reduced by 30%, thus obtaining a first product 1; drying the first product 1 at 85 ℃ for 70min until the water content is reduced by 20%, thus obtaining a second product 1; drying the second product 1 at 100deg.C for 80min, standing to room temperature after the water content is reduced by 10%, and spraying folium Camelliae sinensis extract 1 on the surface of the standing product to obtain a third product 1; crushing the third product 1 into particles with the particle size of 230-250 meshes, and tabletting to obtain a fourth product 1 with the diameter of 15-50 mm; and drying the fourth product 1 at 110 ℃ for 120min to obtain a product 1 with the water content of 5% -15%.
In the embodiment, the spraying amount of the tea extract 1 is 4ml/Kg of standing product; the preparation method of the tea extract 1 comprises the following steps: crushing tea leaves to 230-250 meshes, dissolving the crushed tea leaves in water, and concentrating the crushed tea leaves at 120 ℃ for 60min to obtain tea extract 1.
Example 2
This example is a specific example of the preparation of product 2.
Drying fresh tea leaves at 65 ℃ for 60min until the water content is reduced by 30%, thus obtaining a first product 2; drying the first product 2 at 90 ℃ for 40min until the water content is reduced by 20%, thus obtaining a second product 2; drying the second product 2 at 80 ℃ for 50min, standing to room temperature after the water content is reduced by 10%, and spraying tea extract 2 on the surface of the standing product to obtain a third product 2; crushing the third product 2 into particles with the particle size of 230-250 meshes, and tabletting to obtain a fourth product 2 with the diameter of 15-50 mm; and drying the fourth product 2 at 120 ℃ for 60min to obtain a product 2 with the water content of 5% -15%.
In the embodiment, the spraying amount of the tea extract 2 is 3ml/Kg of standing product; the preparation method of the tea extract 2 comprises the following steps: crushing tea leaves to 25-35 meshes, dissolving the crushed tea leaves in water, and concentrating the crushed tea leaves at 90 ℃ for 120min to obtain tea extract 2.
Example 3
This example is a specific example of the preparation of product 3.
Drying fresh tea leaves at 80 ℃ for 35min until the water content is reduced by 30%, thus obtaining a first product 3; drying the first product 3 at 70 ℃ for 50min until the water content is reduced by 20%, thus obtaining a second product 3; drying the second product 3 at 85 ℃ for 70min, standing to room temperature after the water content is reduced by 10%, and spraying tea extract 3 on the surface of the standing product to obtain a third product 3; crushing the third product 3 into particles with the particle size of 230-250 meshes, and tabletting to obtain a fourth product 3 with the diameter of 15-50 mm; and drying the fourth product 3 at 90 ℃ for 90min to obtain a product 3 with the water content of 5% -15%.
In the embodiment, the spraying amount of the tea extract 3 is 5ml/Kg of standing product; the preparation method of the tea extract 3 comprises the following steps: crushing tea leaves to 25-35 meshes, dissolving the crushed tea leaves in water, and concentrating the crushed tea leaves for 100min at the temperature of 110 ℃ to obtain tea extract 3.
Example 4
This example is a specific example of determining the 1-3 suction scores of the products produced in examples 1-3.
The method comprises the steps of (1) preparing products 1-3 into tea cigarette bullet products 1-3 by using a conventional cigarette bullet rolling method, performing evaluation on each product by 3 evaluation staff, scoring from four dimensions of taste, smoke content, aroma and comprehensive score, wherein the score is 1-5, the score is the highest score, and the average score of each product to be measured is counted; in this embodiment, the reference 1 is a traditional cigarette bullet, and the reference 2 is a tobacco shred of a commercial tea cigarette to make an electronic cigarette bullet.
In the process of evaluating the suction of the evaluator, blind measurement is carried out, namely the evaluator does not know the specific sample name measured by the evaluator, in the process of evaluating the suction of the evaluator, three samples to be tested are sucked for scoring, the average score of each sample to be tested is calculated, and the obtained result is shown in table 1.

As can be seen from table 1, compared with the traditional cartridges, the product prepared by the technical scheme provided by the invention has the comprehensive score, taste and smoke content which are basically the same as those of the traditional cartridges, and the fragrance is obviously better than that of the traditional cartridges; compared with the commercial tea cigarette, the comprehensive score, the taste and the aroma of the tea cigarette are superior to those of the commercial tea cigarette, and the smoke content is greatly reduced.
Example 5
The present example is a specific example for measuring the refreshing effect of the products 1 to 3 prepared in examples 1 to 3; in this embodiment, the selected reference 1 is a certain commercial cigarette bullet, and the reference 2 is tobacco shred of a certain commercial tea cigarette to make into an electronic cigarette bullet.
A total of 30 mice with the weight of 250+/-10 g are selected, and the mice are divided into 5 groups randomly, wherein 3 female mice and 3 male mice are respectively arranged in each group.
After the mice are kept for 48 hours and can not rest by using a micro-current stimulation mode, the samples to be tested are respectively combusted in independent spaces of the activities of each group of mice (the samples to be tested are subjected to suction combustion by adopting the electronic cigarettes with the same specification), the stimulation is stopped, the movement condition of the mice is observed, and the obtained results are shown in Table 2.

As can be seen from table 2, the product prepared by the technical scheme provided by the invention has slightly better refreshing effect than the cigarette bullet sold in the market and obviously better refreshing effect than the cigarette bullet prepared by the tea cigarette sold in the market.
According to the technical scheme, the tea tabletting method and the application thereof in preparing tea cartridges provided by the embodiment of the invention have the following advantages:
1. unlike the traditional tea product preparation method by experience, the method has strict process standard in the whole processing process in a data quantitative control mode, reduces the dependence on experience and improves the stability of the product;
2. the tea processing product prepared by the invention can effectively play a role in refreshing and has good refreshing effect;
3. the tea processing product prepared by the invention not only can suck and refresh as a substitute of the traditional electronic cigarette bullet, but also can be brewed and drunk like the traditional tea;
4. according to the invention, the prepared product is prepared into a bullet-shaped tea processed product according to a traditional electronic cigarette bullet rolling method, and can be used as a refreshing product in a smoking cessation stage;
5. according to the invention, the tea processing intermediate is pressed into powder and then tabletted, so that the influence on tableting effect due to damage to tableting equipment caused by overhigh content of part of peduncles cellulose can be effectively prevented; meanwhile, in the process of rolling the finished product, substances with too high cellulose content are prevented from being cut into cut tobacco meeting the specification or being too hard to puncture cigarette paper, so that the defective rate is effectively reduced.
