本发明涉及一种耐磨橡胶材料，主要由以质量份数计的以下成分组成：丁苯橡胶18‑40份、丙烯酸酯橡胶18‑30份、聚酰亚胺树脂5‑13份、聚氨酯橡胶3‑5份、有机硅0.5‑3.5份、硅橡胶3‑4份、碳酸钙18‑35份、PVC改性剂8‑18份、氢氧化钙0.5‑1.3份、环氧脂肪酸甲酯1.1‑1.5份、偶联剂0.1‑0.8份。本发明的橡胶材料通过添加有机硅与硅橡胶的混合物使得材料本身的耐磨性提高，同时制品表面的光滑度也有所提高。

技术领域
本发明涉及高分子材料生产技术领域，尤其涉及一种耐磨橡胶材料。
背景技术
随着橡胶越来越多的被应用于多种场合，对于橡胶性能的要求也更多样化，由于橡胶的摩擦力一般较大，因此其极易由于摩擦而磨损，导致橡胶制品的使用寿命一般不长。
发明内容
为了解决上述技术问题，提供一种耐磨性能好、使用寿命长的橡胶材料，本发明提供以下技术方案：
一种耐磨橡胶材料，由以质量份数计的以下成分组成：丁苯橡胶18-40份、丙烯酸酯橡胶18-30份、聚酰亚胺树脂5-13份、聚氨酯橡胶3-5份、有机硅0.5-3.5份、硅橡胶3-4份、碳酸钙18-35份、PVC改性剂8-18份、氢氧化钙0.5-1.3份、环氧脂肪酸甲酯1.1-1.5份、偶联剂0.1-0.8份。
进一步的，还包括分散剂0.3-0.5份。
进一步的，还包括改性棉纤维3-5份。
进一步的，由以质量份数计的以下成分组成：丁苯橡胶35份、丙烯酸酯橡胶17份、聚酰亚胺树脂8.5份、丁苯橡胶4份、有机硅1.5份、硅橡胶3份、碳酸钙30份、PVC改性剂13份、氢氧化钙0.8份、环氧脂肪酸甲酯1.3份、偶联剂0.3份。
本发明的橡胶材料通过添加有机硅与硅橡胶的混合物使得材料本身的耐磨性提高，同时制品表面的光滑度也有所提高。

一种耐磨橡胶材料，由以质量份数计的以下成分组成：丁苯橡胶35份、丙烯酸酯橡胶17份、聚酰亚胺树脂8.5份、丁苯橡胶4份、有机硅1.5份、硅橡胶3份、碳酸钙30份、PVC改性剂13份、氢氧化钙0.8份、环氧脂肪酸甲酯1.3份、偶联剂0.3份。
实施例3、
一种耐磨橡胶材料，由以质量份数计的以下成分组成：丁苯橡胶30份、丙烯酸酯橡胶18份、聚酰亚胺树脂5份、聚氨酯橡胶3份、有机硅0.5份、硅橡胶3份、碳酸钙18份、PVC改性剂8份、氢氧化钙0.5份、环氧脂肪酸甲酯1.1份、偶联剂0.1份。
实施例3、
一种耐磨橡胶材料，由以质量份数计的以下成分组成：丁苯橡胶40份、丙烯酸酯橡胶30份、聚酰亚胺树脂13份、聚氨酯橡胶5份、有机硅3.5份、硅橡胶4份、碳酸钙35份、PVC改性剂18份、氢氧化钙1.3份、环氧脂肪酸甲酯1.5份、偶联剂0.3份。

2.如权利要求1所述的一种耐磨橡胶材料，其特征在于：还包括分散剂0.3-0.5份。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种耐磨橡胶材料，其特征在于：还包括改性棉纤维3-5份。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种耐磨橡胶材料，其特征在于：由以质量份数计的以下成分组成：聚氨酯橡胶5份、丙烯酸酯橡胶17份、聚酰亚胺树脂8.5份、丁苯橡胶4份、有机硅1.5份、硅橡胶3份、碳酸钙30份、PVC改性剂13份、氢氧化钙0.8份、环氧脂肪酸甲酯1.3份、偶联剂0.3份。
