本发明公开了一种耐高温防腐蚀的硅橡胶,由以下按照重量份数的原料组成:甲基乙烯基硅橡胶10~50份,低苯基硅橡胶20~40份,石墨5~15份,羟基硅油10~30份,硼酸6~16份,二苯基硅二醇10~40份,碳酸钙10~30份,石英粉5~35份,交联剂2~10份,偶联剂3~13份,硫化剂5~25份。本发明具有较好耐高温以及耐腐蚀能力。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种耐高温防腐蚀的硅橡胶。
背景技术
目前,橡胶制品已经成为人们日常生活中所必须使用到的产品,且橡胶是具有可逆形变的高弹性聚合物材料,因此其可以被应用于各种各样的领域中,而在现有橡胶制品的加工过程中,传统的橡胶因其加工不合理等问题,不能够承载较高的温度,且在强酸强碱的环境下很容易出现被腐蚀的情况,不利于人们的加工使用。
发明内容
为了克服上述现有技术的缺陷,本发明的目的是提供一种耐高温防腐蚀的硅橡胶。
本发明是采取以下技术方案来实现的:一种耐高温防腐蚀的硅橡胶,由以下按照重量份数的原料组成:甲基乙烯基硅橡胶10~50份,低苯基硅橡胶20~40份,石墨5~15份,羟基硅油10~30份,硼酸6~16份,二苯基硅二醇10~40份,碳酸钙10~30份,石英粉5~35份,交联剂2~10份,偶联剂3~13份,硫化剂5~25份。
上述的一种耐高温防腐蚀的硅橡胶,由以下按照重量份数的原料组成:甲基乙烯基硅橡胶10~45份,低苯基硅橡胶20~35份,石墨5~12份,羟基硅油10~25份,硼酸6~14份,二苯基硅二醇10~35份,碳酸钙10~25份,石英粉5~30份,交联剂2~8份,偶联剂3~10份,硫化剂5~22份。
上述的一种耐高温防腐蚀的硅橡胶,由以下按照重量份数的原料组成:甲基乙烯基硅橡胶30份,低苯基硅橡胶30份,石墨10份,羟基硅油20份,硼酸11份,二苯基硅二醇25份,碳酸钙20份,石英粉20份,交联剂6份,偶联剂8份,硫化剂15份。
综上所述本发明具有以下有益效果:本发明具有较好耐高温以及耐腐蚀能力,可以有效的延长橡胶制品的使用寿命,避免其出现被腐蚀的情况,有效的降低了人们的使用成本。

一种耐高温防腐蚀的硅橡胶,由以下按照重量份数的原料组成:甲基乙烯基硅橡胶10~50份,低苯基硅橡胶20~40份,石墨5~15份,羟基硅油10~30份,硼酸6~16份,二苯基硅二醇10~40份,碳酸钙10~30份,石英粉5~35份,交联剂2~10份,偶联剂3~13份,硫化剂5~25份。
