技术领域
本发明涉及一种复合型抗氧化硅橡胶。
背景技术
目前,随着科学技术的发展,人们对橡胶的需求量越来越多,也因此人们对橡胶的质量有着更高的要求,不同的行业对橡胶的性能有着不同的需求,传统的橡胶制品在加工使用过程中,其产生的硫化物长期和人体接触,会对人体造成伤害的,而且传统橡胶在高温以及强酸强碱的情况下会出现被腐蚀的情况,导致橡胶制品出现变形的情况,从而达不到人们所要求的目的,不利于人们的长期使用。
发明内容
为了克服上述现有技术的缺陷,本发明的目的是提供一种复合型耐高温抗腐蚀硅橡胶配方。
本发明是采取以下技术方案来实现的:一种复合型耐高温抗腐蚀硅橡胶配方,由以下按照重量份数的原料组成:聚金属有机硅氧烷10-30份,石墨烯5-25份,陶瓷粉20-50份,碳酸锂3-19份,松节油2-18份,羟基硅油4-20份,二氧化硅6-24份,热塑性聚氯酯6-24份,乙烯基硅油8-24份,乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物5-25份,活性碳酸钙2-20份,偏硼酸铵6-30份、异丙醇铝5-25份,苯乙烯丙烯腈共聚物7-21份,反应抑制剂6-18份,环氧固化剂5-15份,引发剂7-21份。

上述的一种复合型耐高温抗腐蚀硅橡胶配方,由以下按照重量份数的原料组成:聚金属有机硅氧烷20份,石墨烯15份,陶瓷粉35份,碳酸锂11份,松节油10份,羟基硅油12份,二氧化硅15份,热塑性聚氯酯15份,乙烯基硅油16份,乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物15份,活性碳酸钙11份,偏硼酸铵18份、异丙醇铝15份,苯乙烯丙烯腈共聚物14份,反应抑制剂12份,环氧固化剂10份,引发剂14份。
综上所述本发明具有以下有益效果:本发明具有抗氧化效果好以及耐高温等优点,且在强酸强碱的环境下也不会出现被腐蚀的情况,有效的延长了使用寿命,方便人们的使用。
