Abstract

Description

铝制烹调容器的不粘涂层
本发明涉及一种铝制烹调容器(如蒸锅和煎锅)的不粘涂层。
大多数不粘涂层是基于聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)的。
为了使这种涂层附着在铝表面,通常用酸蚀刻铝表面以产生微孔从而促进PTFE涂层的附着,或通过机械处理产生约12微米的表面粗糙度从而使底涂层能够附着。
PCT申请WO 91/02773公开了一种附着在铝底材上的涂层,所述铝底材未接受过使其表面变粗糙的任何化学或机械处理。
该PCT申请中公开的涂层包括头道底涂层、底涂层和面涂层。
所述头道底涂层由含有表面活性剂、二氧化硅、聚酰胺-酰亚胺树脂(PAI)、聚苯硫醚或聚醚砜的水相获得。
所述底涂层由加入了聚酰胺-酰亚胺树脂(PAI)和四氟乙烯与聚(丙基·乙烯基醚)的共聚物(PFA)的聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)水分散体获得。
所述面涂层由PTFE水分散体获得。
上述涂层均以水相通过喷涂涂覆到底材上。
干燥后,在烘箱中烘烤这些涂层使之熔结。
所述头道底涂层的缺点在于需要将PAI树脂有机相转化成水相以及需要存在表面活性剂。
本发明的目的是制造一种不粘涂层,无论铝底材是否经过为了使其表面粗糙而进行的机械或化学处理,该不粘涂层对铝底材均显示出优异的附着性。
因此,本发明涉及一种铝制烹调容器的不粘涂层,该不粘涂层包括直接涂覆在铝上的头道底涂层,涂覆在所述头道底涂层上的底涂层,以及涂覆在所述底涂层上的面涂层,所述底涂层由加入了聚酰胺-酰亚胺树脂和四氟乙烯与聚(丙基·乙烯基醚)的共聚物的聚四氟乙烯水分散体获得,所述面涂层由PTFE水分散体获得,并且所述头道底涂层由溶解于有机溶剂中的聚酰胺-酰亚胺树脂获得。
试验出乎意料地表明,这种含有机溶剂的头道底涂层正如已有技术中的水相头道底涂层一样地附着在底材上。
这种头道底涂层无需在表面活性剂和酰胺的存在下进行从有机相到水相的任何复杂转换。
这种头道底涂层可以由聚酰胺-酰亚胺树脂与聚苯硫醚的混合物获得。
用于这种头道底涂层中的有机溶剂最好选自以下化合物:N-甲基吡咯烷酮、二甲基甲酰胺或NMP/二甲苯混合物或DMF/二甲苯混合物。
这种头道底涂层可以含有惰性填料,如矿物颜料、金属薄片、氧化铝、石英。
即使铝表面除了去油之外未经受过任何形式的化学或物理处理,本发明涂层中的头道底涂层仍对其显示出优异的粘附性。
本发明的一种方案中,所述底涂层和面涂层用丝网印刷法或辊涂法涂覆。
SEB S.A.的法国专利2 689 037公开了用丝网印刷法涂覆不粘涂层的方法以及附带的优点。
这种情况下,底涂层和面涂层还含有增稠剂,如丙烯酸树脂。
以下是本发明涂层中头道底涂层组成(以重量份计)的一个例子。
·干PAI(聚酰胺-酰亚胺)树脂                 30
·N-甲基吡咯烷酮                           230
·二甲苯                                   0-10
·颜料(矿物性颜料或炭黑)                   0-25
·铝薄片                                   0-40
·PPS(聚苯硫醚)                            0-80
铝薄片促进了底涂层对上述头道底涂层的附着。头道底涂层表面存在的铝薄片赋予该表面相当于机械处理的粗糙度,而且象机械处理那样为最终的涂层提供了加强物。
为此,铝薄片的大小不能超过25微米。
可以通过喷涂或丝网印刷法或任何其它常规方法将上述头道底涂层涂覆到仅经过去油的铝盘上。
然后使该头道底涂层干燥以除去有机溶剂。
接着用法国专利2 689 037公开的丝网印刷法或任何其它常规方法依次涂覆底涂层和面涂层。
所述底涂层由加入了PAI树脂的PTFE水分散体、PFA分散体,以及在用丝网印刷或辊涂法涂覆的情况下存在的丙烯酸树脂构成。
底涂层干燥后涂覆的面涂层由PTFE水分散体、云母薄片、颜料如炭黑构成,在用丝网印刷或辊涂法涂覆的情况下,面涂层的构成中还有增稠剂,如丙烯酸树脂。
面涂层干燥后,将这三层涂层同时放入约400-420℃的烘箱中烘烤1-10分钟。
经测试显示,以这种方式获得的涂层很好地附着在被涂物上。
当用丝网印刷或辊涂法将这三层涂层涂覆到铝盘上时,例如可在熔结后再将该铝盘加工成烹调容器如蒸锅、煎锅、糕饼罐等等而不会降低涂层对被涂物的附着性。

Claims (11)

1.用于铝制烹调容器的不粘涂层,其中包括直接涂覆在铝上的头道底涂层、涂覆在所述头道底涂层上的底涂层以及被涂覆在所述底涂层上的面涂层,所述底涂层由其中被加入了聚酰胺-酰亚胺树脂和四氟乙烯与聚丙基乙烯基醚的共聚物的聚四氟乙烯水分散体获得,所述面涂层由聚四氟乙烯水分散体获得,所述头道底涂层由溶解于有机溶剂中的聚酰胺-酰亚胺树脂获得。
2.权利要求1的涂层,其中所述头道底涂层由聚酰胺-酰亚胺树脂与聚苯硫醚的混合物获得。
3.权利要求1的涂层,其中所述有机溶剂选自N-甲基吡咯烷酮、二甲基甲酰胺或N-甲基吡咯烷酮/二甲苯混合物或二甲基甲酰胺/二甲苯混合物。
4.权利要求1的涂层,其中所述头道底涂层还含有惰性填料。
5.权利要求4的涂层,其中所述惰性填料选自矿物颜料、金属薄片、氧化铝和石英。
6.权利要求3的涂层,其中所述头道底涂层以重量份数计具有以下组成:
·干燥聚酰胺-酰亚胺树脂            30
·N-甲基吡咯烷酮                  230
·二甲苯                          0-10
·颜料                            0-25
·铝薄片                          0-40
·聚苯硫醚                        0-80
7.权利要求6的涂层,其中所述颜料选自矿物颜料和炭黑。
8.权利要求1的涂层,其中所述头道底涂层被涂覆到除了去油外未经任何化学或物理处理的铝上。
9.权利要求1-8中任一项的涂层,其中以丝网印刷或辊涂法涂覆所述底涂层和面涂层。
10.权利要求9的涂层,其中所述底涂层和面涂层中还含有增稠剂。
11.权利要求5或6的涂层,其中所述头道底涂层含有尺寸小于或等于25微米的铝薄片。
