背景技术
封头作为常压及承压容器中不可或缺的零部件,广泛用于制药、食品、化工、生物、水处理、环保、电力、锅炉压力容器等领域。封头是压力容器的端盖,是压力容器的一个主要承压部件。
很多情况下,封头需要在高温环境下使用,长期的高温作业和较强的渗碳环境中,还需承受一定的压力,所以使用寿命短,需经常更换以免发生泄漏。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对现有技术中的不足,提供一种耐高温封头及其制备方法。
为了实现本发明,采用以下技术方案:一种耐高温封头,包括以下化原料质量份数的组分:碳1~5份、铬10~20份、镍1~5份、锰2~5份、钼1~2.5份、镁3~7份、硅1~5份、钛0.5~2份、铁30~45份。
进一步,一种耐高温封头的制备方法,它包括以下步骤:
(1)将上述原材料按比例加入电炉中,加热至890~960°C,加热持续50~75min;
(2)再将已经加热的原料加热至1560~1650°C,持续70~85min,然后进行浇注,钢的浇注温度不低于1620°C。
有益效果:本发明具有较好的抗高温性和抗腐蚀性能,延长了设备使用寿命,节约了成本,提高效率、工艺兼容性好。
