很多情况下,封头需要在高温环境下使用,长期的高温作业和较强的渗碳环境中,还需承受一定的压力,所以使用寿命短,需经常更换以免发生泄漏。

本发明的目的在于针对现有技术中的不足,提供一种碳钢封头。
为了实现本发明,采用以下技术方案:一种碳钢封头,包括以下化质量份数的组分:碳1~5份、铬10~20份、镍1~5份、锰3~8份、铝2~6份、钼0.8~3份、镁5~10份、硅1~5份、钛0.5~2份、铁35~50份。
有益效果:本发明具有较好的高温抗渗碳性和抗腐蚀性能,延长了设备使用寿命,节约了成本,提高效率、工艺兼容性好。
