各聚氨酯膜12、13通过使用粘合剂来与羽毛袋体11贴合。具体地,在使聚氨酯膜12、13和羽毛袋体11贴合的区域内,可以在多个点位涂布粘合剂。例如,每平方英寸可以在20~40个点位涂布粘合剂。由此,可以在抑制聚氨酯膜12、13从羽毛袋体11剥落的同时使粘合剂的使用量为合理量。
各聚氨酯膜12、13的厚度可以为9~15μm。由此,在制造聚氨酯膜 12、13时,容易使聚氨酯膜12、13的厚度均一。另外,各聚氨酯膜12、 13的重量可以为9~15g/m2。各聚氨酯膜12、13的通气性优选为0.152~ 0.177CFM。可以以得到该范围内的通气性的方式来决定各聚氨酯膜12、 13的每单位面积中的细孔的总面积。
各聚氨酯膜12、13的耐水压优选为4000~5000mm。另外,关于各聚氨酯膜12、13的透湿度,优选为以JIS L1099规定的A-1法是8000 [g/m2/h]以上,以JIS L1099规定的B-1法是10000[g/m2/h]以上。通过使各聚氨酯膜12、13的厚度为9~15μm,能够使耐水压和透湿度分别为上述的数值范围内。
各聚氨酯膜12、13可以透明也可以被上色。当对聚氨酯膜12、13的至少一个进行上色时,聚氨酯膜12、13的颜色可以是与构成羽毛袋体11 的编织物11a、11b的颜色相同的颜色或与编织物11a、11b的颜色相近的颜色。
在聚氨酯膜12、13上可以进行各种表面处理。具体地,可以对聚氨酯膜12、13的表面赋予灰暗(ダル)、光泽、凹凸感。此处,表面处理可以在聚氨酯膜12、13的双面或单面进行。当在聚氨酯膜12、13的单面进行表面处理时,优选为在聚氨酯膜12、13的朝向羽毛制品1的外侧的表面进行表面处理。
在聚氨酯膜12的表面侧配置有作为面料的双罗纹布料(圆形互锁针织的布料)14。另外,在聚氨酯膜13的背面侧配置有作为衬里的双罗纹布料(圆形互锁针织的布料)15。通过由双罗纹布料14、15分别覆盖聚氨酯膜12、13,能够保护聚氨酯膜12、13。
双罗纹布料14可以使用粘合剂与聚氨酯膜12贴合。双罗纹布料15可以使用粘合剂与聚氨酯膜13贴合。此处,在使双罗纹布料14和聚氨酯膜 12贴合的区域内或使双罗纹布料15和聚氨酯膜13贴合的区域内,可以在多个点位涂布粘合剂。例如,每平方英寸可以在20~40个点位涂布粘合剂。由此,可以在抑制双罗纹布料14、15从聚氨酯膜12、13剥落的同时使粘合剂的使用量为合理量。
作为构成双罗纹布料14、15的线,可以使用以聚酯形成的延伸加工线(DTY)。此处,聚酯制的延伸加工线优选为17、22、33dTex中的任一个。从在带有作为羽毛制品1的手感的同时使双罗纹布料14、15轻量化考虑,更优选地,可以使聚酯制的延伸加工线为22dTex。
另外,作为能够构成双罗纹布料14、15的线,可以使用多纤维丝。作为构成多纤维丝的单线(单纤维),可以使用聚酯制的延伸加工线,且可以使聚酯制的延伸加工线的单线纤细度为0.617~1.158dTex。在单线纤细度小于0.617dTex的情况下,延伸加工线的摩擦耐久性容易降低。另外,在单线纤细度大于1.158dTex的情况下,触碰双罗纹布料14、15时的平滑性容易降低。因此,从确保延伸加工线的摩擦耐久性和双罗纹布料 14、15的平滑性的方面考虑,单线纤细度优选为0.617~1.158dTex。更优选地,可以使单线纤细度为0.926dTex。
在双罗纹布料(面料)14的表面可以施加防水加工。作为防水加工,可以采用公知的技术。
当实施防水加工时,基于以下的试验方法来测定防水性,优选为:初始(L0)的防水性是5级以上且进行了20次洗涤之后(L20)的防水性是 3级以上。防水性的评价规定在JISL1092的5.2防水度(喷涂法)中。另外,按照JIS L0217进行洗涤,可以测定洗涤前的初始(L0)的防水性和洗涤20次后(L20)的防水性。
通过在双罗纹布料(面料)14的表面实施防水加工,能够抑制水从羽毛制品1的外部浸入羽毛制品1的内部。另一方面,优选为:在双罗纹布料(衬里)15上不实施防水加工。由此,从人体产生的蒸气容易通过双罗纹布料(衬里)15,羽毛制品1能够吸收来自人体的蒸气。
接着,对羽毛制品1的制造方法进行说明。
首先,一边将构成羽毛袋体11的编布料11a、11b的一部分彼此接结,一边向袋部11c的内部填充羽毛20。由此制造羽毛袋体11。接着,使用粘合剂使双罗纹布料14与聚氨酯膜12贴合,并且使用粘合剂使双罗纹布料15与聚氨酯膜13贴合。
接着,被贴合了双罗纹布料15的聚氨酯膜13和被贴合了双罗纹布料 14的聚氨酯膜12通过粘合剂与羽毛袋体11贴合。由此,能够制造羽毛制品1。
在本实施方式中,虽然使用双罗纹布料14、15作为羽毛制品1的面料和衬里,但是可以使用双罗纹针织以外的编织组织。另外,通过对聚酯制的延伸加工线和阳离子可染线进行交替编织,能够在羽毛制品1的面料和衬里的至少一个上实施装饰。
根据本实施方式,通过由聚氨酯膜12、13覆盖袋部11c,能够抑制羽毛20从羽毛制品1的外侧冒出。只将羽毛20容纳在袋部11c的内部时,当如上所述袋部11c伸长了时,编织物11a、11b的编织组织间隙变宽,羽毛20进入该间隙。特别地,羽毛制品1中使用了伸展性(伸缩性)优异的编织物11a、11b,因此即使以编织物11a、11b的密度变高的方式对编织物11a、11b进行编制,也由于编织物11a、11b的伸长,编织物11a、 11b的间隙变宽。由此,羽毛20进入编织物11a、11b的间隙。
于是,在本实施方式中,由于由聚氨酯膜12、13覆盖袋部11c,羽毛 20进入编织物11a、11b的间隙,即使羽毛20向袋部11c的外侧冒出,也能够通过聚氨酯膜12、13抑制羽毛20的冒出。
聚氨酯膜12、13伸缩性优异,因此能够使聚氨酯膜12、13追随袋部 11c的伸缩。由此,能够使羽毛制品1带有伸展性(伸缩性)。另外,即使袋部11c伸长从而编织物11a、11b的编织组织的间隙变宽,也能够由伸长了的聚氨酯膜12、13继续覆盖编织物11a、11b的编织组织的间隙,能够抑制羽毛20向羽毛制品1的外侧冒出。
在本实施方式中,虽然在聚氨酯膜12、13上形成有细孔,但是细孔的尺寸比羽毛20能够通过的尺寸小。因此,能够抑制羽毛20从聚氨酯膜 12、13的细孔冒出。另外,当聚氨酯膜12、13伸长了时,由于细孔变形,细孔的开口面积减少,因此能够抑制羽毛20从聚氨酯膜12、13的细孔冒出。
另外,作为构成编织物11a、11b的线,通过使用多纤维丝,能够利用构成多纤维丝的多条单线(单纤维)之间形成的间隙来确保袋部11c的通气性。
(第二实施方式)
使用图2对作为本发明的第二实施方式的羽毛制品的结构进行说明。图2示出羽毛制品2的截面结构。如图2所示,羽毛制品2具有四层结构。在本实施方式中,关于与在第一实施方式中说明了的部件相同的部件,使用相同的符号,详细的说明省略。
在本实施方式中,省略在第一实施方式中说明了的作为衬里的双罗纹布料15。另外,在第一实施方式中,虽然使用具有细孔的聚氨酯膜13,但是在本实施方式中,使用不具有细孔的聚氨酯膜21代替第一实施方式的聚氨酯膜13。此处,聚氨酯膜21相当于本发明中的第二膜。
聚氨酯膜21耐摩耗性优异,因此可以省略在第一实施方式中说明了的双罗纹布料15。另外,聚氨酯膜21为羽毛制品2的衬里,因此优选为膨润性低。
聚氨酯膜21可以使用粘合剂与羽毛袋体11贴合。此处,在贴合聚氨酯膜21和羽毛袋体11的区域内,可以在多个点位涂布粘合剂。例如,每平方英寸可以在20~40个点位涂布粘合剂。由此,可以在抑制聚氨酯膜 21从羽毛袋体11剥落的同时使粘合剂的使用量为合理量。
接着,对羽毛制品2的制造方法进行说明。
首先,与第一实施方式同样地制造羽毛袋体11。接着,使用粘合剂将聚氨酯膜21与羽毛袋体11贴合。另外,使用粘合剂将双罗纹布料14与聚氨酯膜12贴合。接着,使用粘合剂将被粘贴了双罗纹布料14的聚氨酯膜 12与被粘贴了聚氨酯膜21的羽毛袋体11粘贴。由此能够制造羽毛制品2。
在本实施方式中,也与第一实施方式同样地,羽毛袋体11由聚氨酯膜12、21夹着,因此能够抑制羽毛20的冒出。另外,在本实施方式中,与第一实施方式相比省略了双罗纹布料13,因此能够省略该双罗纹布料 13的贴合,能够简化羽毛制品2的制造步骤,并且能够降低羽毛制品2的成本。
另外,本实施方式的羽毛制品2是四层结构,与第一实施方式的羽毛制品1的五层结构相比,层数变少。由此,能够减少由粘合剂进行的贴合部位的数量,与第一实施方式相比能够提高羽毛制品2的伸展性(伸缩性)。并且,聚氨酯膜21不具有细孔,比具有细孔的聚氨酯膜13伸展性 (伸缩性)优异。因此,通过使用不具有细孔的聚氨酯膜21,与第一实施方式相比,能够提高羽毛制品2的伸展性(伸缩性)。
(第三实施方式)
使用图3对作为本发明的第二实施方式的羽毛制品的结构进行说明。图3示出羽毛制品3的截面结构。如图3所示,羽毛制品3具有三层结构。在本实施方式中,关于与在第一实施方式或第二实施方式中说明了的部件相同的部件,使用相同的符号,详细的说明省略。
在本实施方式中,省略了在第一实施方式中说明了的双罗纹布料(面料)14和双罗纹布料(衬里)15。另外,虽然在第一实施方式中使用具有细孔的聚氨酯膜12、13,但是在本实施方式中使用不具有细孔的聚氨酯膜 21、31。此处,聚氨酯膜31相当于本发明中的第一膜。
聚氨酯膜31耐摩耗性优异,因此能够省略在第一实施方式中说明了的双罗纹布料14。另外,聚氨酯膜31为羽毛制品2的面料,因此优选为膨润性低。
聚氨酯膜31能够使用粘合剂与羽毛袋体11贴合。此处,在贴合聚氨酯膜31和羽毛袋体11的区域内,可以在多个点位涂布粘合剂。例如,可以在每平方英寸20~40个点位涂布粘合剂。由此,能够在抑制聚氨酯膜 31从羽毛袋体11剥落的同时使粘合剂的使用量为合理量。
接着,对羽毛制品3的制造方法进行说明。
首先,与第一实施方式同样地制造羽毛袋体11。接着,使用粘合剂将聚氨酯膜31与羽毛袋体11贴合。接着,使用粘合剂将聚氨酯膜21与被贴合了聚氨酯膜31的羽毛袋体11贴合。由此,能够制造羽毛制品3。
在本实施方式中,也与第一实施方式和第二实施方式同样地羽毛袋体 11由聚氨酯膜21、31夹着,因此能够抑制羽毛20的冒出。另外,在本实施方式中,与第一实施方式或第二实施方式相比,省略了双罗纹布料14、15,因此能够省略这些双罗纹布料14、15的贴合,能够简化羽毛制品3 的制造步骤,并且能够降低羽毛制品3的成本。
另外,本实施方式的羽毛制品3是三层结构,与第二实施方式的羽毛制品2的四层结构相比,层数变少。由此,能够减少由粘合剂进行的贴合部位的数量,与第二实施方式相比能够提高羽毛制品3的伸展性(伸缩性)。并且,聚氨酯膜21、31不具有细孔,比具有细孔的聚氨酯膜12、 13伸展性(伸缩性)优异。因此,通过使用不具有细孔的聚氨酯膜21、 31,与第二实施方式相比能够提高羽毛制品3的伸展性(伸缩性)。
作为第一实施方式至第三实施方式的羽毛制品1~3能够用于羽绒夹克、羽绒大衣或羽绒裤这样的羽绒服。

Claims (3)

1.一种羽毛制品,其特征在于,具有:
羽毛袋体,所述羽毛袋体由一对编织物构成,包括容纳羽毛的袋部和接结所述一对编织物的接结部;
第一膜,所述第一膜覆盖所述羽毛袋体的表面侧且以聚氨酯形成;以及
第二膜,所述第二膜覆盖所述羽毛袋体的背面侧且以聚氨酯形成,
所述第一膜和所述第二膜具有细孔,
所述接结部的长度是2cm以上,
构成所述编织物的线是多纤维丝,构成该多纤维丝的单线是聚酯制的延伸加工线,该延伸加工线的单线纤细度为0.382~1.729dTex,
所述羽毛制品具有:
被配置在所述第一膜的表面侧的面料双罗纹,以及
被配置在所述第二膜的背面侧的衬里双罗纹。
2.一种羽毛制品,其特征在于,具有:
羽毛袋体,所述羽毛袋体由一对编织物构成,包括容纳羽毛的袋部和接结所述一对编织物的接结部;
第一膜,所述第一膜覆盖所述羽毛袋体的表面侧且以聚氨酯形成;以及
第二膜,所述第二膜覆盖所述羽毛袋体的背面侧且以聚氨酯形成,
所述第一膜具有细孔,
所述接结部的长度是2cm以上,
构成所述编织物的线是多纤维丝,构成该多纤维丝的单线是聚酯制的延伸加工线,该延伸加工线的单线纤细度为0.382~1.729dTex,
所述羽毛制品具有被配置在所述第一膜的表面侧的面料双罗纹。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的羽毛制品,其特征在于,
所述编织物是平纹编织布料。
