本发明涉及的一种产品丰满有弹性氨纶平布面料,包括氨纶平布面料本体(1),氨纶平布面料本体上表面设有防水层(2),防水层上表面设有抗菌层(3),氨纶平布面料本体下表面设有防辐射层(4),防辐射层下表面设有贴身层(6)。所述贴身层背面设置有衬里织物层,该衬里织物层包括第一经纱、第二经纱、第三经纱和纬纱,三组经纱与纬纱交织而成,第一经纱与纬纱上下交织成平纹或重平纹组织,第三经纱与纬纱呈“V”型结构形成毛绒,第二经纱呈直条状设在第一经纱、第三经纱之间。本发明具有立体感以及具备抗菌、防辐射以及防水等多种功能。本发明产品丰满有弹性。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种氨纶平布面料,属于纺织面料领域。
背景技术
随着生活水平的提高,人们对于面料的各种功能需要越来越高,传统的氨纶平布面料只具备单一的功能,且立体感较差,因此寻求一种具有立体感,具有多种功能的氨纶平布面料尤为重要。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述不足,提供一种具有立体感,具有多种功能的氨纶平布面料。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:
一种产品丰满有弹性氨纶平布面料,它包括氨纶平布面料本体,所述氨纶平布面料本体的上表面设置有防水层,所述防水层的内部设置有多条横向疏水通道,所述防水层的上表面设置有抗菌层,所述抗菌层包括纵向设置的多根空心绒布条,所述空心绒布条内嵌置有纵向的抗菌条,所述抗菌条与下层的防水层的横向疏水通道之间连接有竖向疏水通道,所述抗菌条至空心绒布条的外表面还存在有发散设置的疏水微孔,所述氨纶平布面料本体的下表面设置有防辐射层,防辐射层内设置有纵向布置的防辐射条,所述防辐射层的下表面设置有贴身层。所述贴身层背面设置有衬里织物层,该衬里织物层包括第一经纱、第二经纱、第三经纱和纬纱,三组经纱与纬纱交织而成,第一经纱与纬纱上下交织成平纹或重平纹组织,第三经纱与纬纱呈“V”型结构形成毛绒,第二经纱呈直条状设在第一经纱、第三经纱之间。
所述贴身层包括贴身内层以及贴身外层,所述贴身内层利用集圈和成圈线圈的配合,形成一个个的小柱子,小柱子表面为光滑的凸面,小柱子里面形成弓起的凹面,凸面部分与身体接触,凹面部分与贴身外层交织在一起,所述贴身外层通过经线和纬线的交织形成一个个透气的小孔,所述小孔与小柱子相对交错布置。
所述防辐射条包括中心的弹性纤维、绕设于弹性纤维表面的防辐射金属丝组以及包覆于外层的保护层,弹性纤维上缠绕有多组防辐射金属丝组。
所述防辐射金属丝组包括5~10根防辐射金属丝,多组防辐射金属丝组之间的绕距为同一组防辐射金属丝组的相邻两根防辐射金属丝距离的10~20倍。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
本发明氨纶平布面料具有立体感以及具备抗菌、防辐射以及防水等多种功能。
本发明在后整理工艺中,染整长缩率在5%左右,而普通的产品长缩率高达20%,染整重耗低,处理后的产品丰满有弹性,抗皱透气。

参见图1~图2,本发明涉及的一种产品丰满有弹性氨纶平布面料,它包括氨纶平布面料本体1,所述氨纶平布面料本体1的上表面设置有防水层2,所述防水层2的内部设置有多条横向疏水通道2.1,所述防水层2的上表面设置有抗菌层3,所述抗菌层3包括纵向设置的多根空心绒布条3.1,所述空心绒布条3.1内嵌置有纵向的抗菌条3.2,所述抗菌条3.2与下层的防水层2的横向疏水通道2.1之间连接有竖向疏水通道2.2,所述抗菌条3.2至空心绒布条3.1的外表面还存在有发散设置的疏水微孔。所述氨纶平布面料本体1的下表面设置有防辐射层4,防辐射层4内设置有纵向布置的防辐射条5,所述防辐射条5包括中心的弹性纤维5.1、绕设于弹性纤维5.1表面的防辐射金属丝组5.2以及包覆于外层的保护层5.3,弹性纤维5.1上缠绕有多组防辐射金属丝组5.2,所述防辐射金属丝组5.2包括5~10根防辐射金属丝,多组防辐射金属丝组5.2之间的绕距为同一组防辐射金属丝组5.2的相邻两根防辐射金属丝距离的10~20倍,由于防辐射条5的金属丝布置直接通长布置而是采用防辐射金属丝绕设,使得防辐射条5的柔软度较好,因此面料整体柔软度较好,另外防辐射金属丝分别多组也使得所有的防辐射金属丝之间的距离不是单一的,避免面料发生变形时金属丝的打结,确保柔软度。所述防辐射层5的下表面设置有贴身层6,所述贴身层6包括贴身内层以及贴身外层,所述贴身内层利用集圈和成圈线圈的配合,形成一个个的小柱子,小柱子表面为光滑的凸面,小柱子里面形成弓起的凹面,凸面部分与身体接触,凹面部分与贴身外层交织在一起,所述贴身外层通过经线和纬线的交织形成一个个透气的小孔,所述小孔与小柱子相对交错布置。

3.根据权利要求1所述的一种产品丰满有弹性氨纶平布面料,其特征在于所述防辐射条(5)包括中心的弹性纤维(5.1)、绕设于弹性纤维(5.1)表面的防辐射金属丝组(5.2)以及包覆于外层的保护层(5.3),弹性纤维(5.1)上缠绕有多组防辐射金属丝组(5.2)。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种产品丰满有弹性氨纶平布面料,其特征在于所述防辐射金属丝组(5.2)包括5~10根防辐射金属丝,多组防辐射金属丝组(5.2)之间的绕距为同一组防辐射金属丝组(5.2)的相邻两根防辐射金属丝距离的10~20倍。
