所述防辐射条3包括中心的弹性纤维3.1、绕设于弹性纤维3.1表面的防辐射金属丝组3.2以及包覆于外层的保护层3.3，弹性纤维3.1上缠绕有多组防辐射金属丝组3.2，所述防辐射金属丝组3.2包括5~10根防辐射金属丝，多组防辐射金属丝组3.2之间的绕距为同一组防辐射金属丝组3.2的相邻两根防辐射金属丝距离的10~20倍，由于防辐射条3的金属丝布置直接通长布置而是采用防辐射金属丝绕设，使得防辐射条3的柔软度较好，因此织物整体柔软度较好，另外防辐射金属丝分别多组也使得所有的防辐射金属丝之间的距离不是单一的，避免织物发生变形时金属丝的打结，确保柔软度。
所述上防水层8包括上防水层本体8.1，所述上防水层本体8.1的上表面间隔布置有纵向布置的梯形凸条8.2，梯形凸条8.2上设置有上下贯通的透水孔8.3，所述透水孔8.3的上端连通空气，所述透水孔8.3的下端连通上防水层本体8.1，上防水层本体8.1内设置有纵向的上疏水导流孔8.4，相邻两个梯形凸条8.2之间的上防水层本体8.1的上表面设置有纵向布置的条形镂空8.5，所述条形镂空8.5内设置有聚氨酯防皱条8.6，聚氨酯防皱条8.6具有记忆功能，可以防止织物变形。
所述下防水层7包括下防水层本体7.1，所述下防水层本体7.1的中间设置有一层防水膜7.2，所述下防水层本体7.1的外层设置有横向间隔布置的导流凸条7.3，所述防水膜7.2与导流凸条7.3之间的下防水层本体7.1内设置有横向间隔布置的下疏水导流孔7.4。
所述贴身层9包括贴身内层以及贴身外层，所述贴身内层利用集圈和成圈线圈的配合，形成一个个的小柱子，小柱子表面为光滑的凸面，小柱子里面形成弓起的凹面，凸面部分与身体接触，凹面部分与贴身外层交织在一起，所述贴身外层通过经线和纬线的交织形成一个个透气的小孔，所述小孔与小柱子相对交错布置。
全涤织物本体1的上表面与防辐射层2之间设置有上防水膜，全涤织物本体1的下表面与抗菌层5之间设置有下防水膜，上防水膜与上防水层8的透水孔8.3之间连通有上防水通孔10，上防水通孔10避开防辐射条3布置，下防水膜与下防水层7的防水膜7.2之间连通有下防水通孔11。
所述贴身层背面设置有衬里织物层，该衬里织物层，为一种仿麻织物，由经丝和纬丝沉浮交织而成，经丝包括第一经丝和第二经丝，纬丝包括第一纬丝和第二纬丝，第一经丝和第一纬丝均采用麻型天丝，该麻型天丝呈竹节形，第二经丝采用涤纶化纤弹丝仿麻纱PWY并加捻，第二纬丝采用涤纶高弹丝T400，仿麻面料采用变化经重平组织。

Claims (2)

1.一种清凉爽身全涤双面防水织物，它包括全涤织物本体（1），全涤织物本体（1）的上表面设置有防辐射层（2），防辐射层（2）内埋设有多根纵横交错的防辐射条（3），所述防辐射层（2）的上表面设置有加强层（4），加强层（4）的上表面设置有上防水层（8），所述全涤织物本体（1）的下表面设置有抗菌层（5），抗菌层（5）由镀银纤维纺织而成，所述抗菌层（5）的下表面设置有防火层（6），防火层（6）的下表面设置有下防水层（7），下防水层（7）的下表面设置有贴身层（9）；
所述上防水层（8）包括上防水层本体（8.1），所述上防水层本体（8.1）的上表面间隔布置有纵向布置的梯形凸条（8.2），梯形凸条（8.2）上设置有上下贯通的透水孔（8.3），所述透水孔（8.3）的上端连通空气，所述透水孔（8.3）的下端连通上防水层本体（8.1），上防水层本体（8.1）内设置有纵向的上疏水导流孔（8.4），相邻两个梯形凸条（8.2）之间的上防水层本体（8.1）的上表面设置有纵向布置的条形镂空（8.5），所述条形镂空（8.5）内设置有聚氨酯防皱条（8.6）；
所述下防水层（7）包括下防水层本体（7.1），所述下防水层本体（7.1）的中间设置有一层防水膜（7.2），所述下防水层本体（7.1）的外层设置有横向间隔布置的导流凸条（7.3），所述防水膜（7.2）与导流凸条（7.3）之间的下防水层本体（7.1）内设置有横向间隔布置的下疏水导流孔（7.4）。
所述贴身层（9）包括贴身内层以及贴身外层，所述贴身内层利用集圈和成圈线圈的配合，形成一个个的小柱子，小柱子表面为光滑的凸面，小柱子里面形成弓起的凹面，凸面部分与身体接触，凹面部分与贴身外层交织在一起，所述贴身外层通过经线和纬线的交织形成一个个透气的小孔，所述小孔与小柱子相对交错布置；
全涤织物本体（1）的上表面与防辐射层（2）之间设置有上防水膜，全涤织物本体（1）的下表面与抗菌层（5）之间设置有下防水膜，上防水膜与上防水层（8）的透水孔（8.3）之间连通有上防水通孔（10），上防水通孔（10）避开防辐射条（3）布置，下防水膜与下防水层（7）的防水膜（7.2）之间连通有下防水通孔（11）；
所述贴身层背面设置有衬里织物层，该衬里织物层，为一种仿麻织物，由经丝和纬丝沉浮交织而成，经丝包括第一经丝和第二经丝，纬丝包括第一纬丝和第二纬丝，第一经丝和第一纬丝均采用麻型天丝，该麻型天丝呈竹节形，第二经丝采用涤纶化纤弹丝仿麻纱PWY并加捻，第二纬丝采用涤纶高弹丝T400，仿麻面料采用变化经重平组织。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种清凉爽身全涤双面防水织物，其特征在于所述防辐射条（3）包括中心的弹性纤维（3.1）、绕设于弹性纤维（3.1）表面的防辐射金属丝组（3.2）以及包覆于外层的保护层（3.3），弹性纤维（3.1）上缠绕有多组防辐射金属丝组（3.2），所述防辐射金属丝组（3.2）包括5~10根防辐射金属丝，多组防辐射金属丝组（3.2）之间的绕距为同一组防辐射金属丝组（3.2）的相邻两根防辐射金属丝距离的10~20倍。
