技术领域
本发明涉及一种全涤双面防水织物,属于纺织织物领域。
背景技术
随着生活水平的提高,人们对于织物的各种功能需要越来越高,传统的全涤织物只具备单一的功能,且缺乏立体感,因此寻求一种具有多种功能的全涤双面防水织物尤为重要。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述不足,提供一种具有立体感,具有多种功能的全涤双面防水织物。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:
一种染整长缩率低全涤双面防水织物,它包括全涤织物本体,全涤织物本体的上表面设置有防辐射层,防辐射层内埋设有多根纵横交错的防辐射条,所述防辐射层的上表面设置有加强层,加强层的上表面设置有上防水层,所述全涤织物本体的下表面设置有抗菌层,抗菌层由镀银纤维纺织而成,所述抗菌层的下表面设置有防火层,防火层的下表面设置有下防水层,下防水层的下表面设置有贴身层;
所述上防水层包括上防水层本体,所述上防水层本体的上表面间隔布置有纵向布置的梯形凸条,梯形凸条上设置有上下贯通的透水孔,所述透水孔的上端连通空气,所述透水孔的下端连通上防水层本体,上防水层本体内设置有纵向的上疏水导流孔,相邻两个梯形凸条之间的上防水层本体的上表面设置有纵向布置的条形镂空,所述条形镂空内设置有聚氨酯防皱条;
所述下防水层包括下防水层本体,所述下防水层本体的中间设置有一层防水膜,所述下防水层本体的外层设置有横向间隔布置的导流凸条,所述防水膜与导流凸条之间的下防水层本体内设置有横向间隔布置的下疏水导流孔。
所述贴身层包括贴身内层以及贴身外层,所述贴身内层利用集圈和成圈线圈的配合,形成一个个的小柱子,小柱子表面为光滑的凸面,小柱子里面形成弓起的凹面,凸面部分与身体接触,凹面部分与贴身外层交织在一起,所述贴身外层通过经线和纬线的交织形成一个个透气的小孔,所述小孔与小柱子相对交错布置;
全涤织物本体的上表面与防辐射层之间设置有上防水膜,全涤织物本体的下表面与抗菌层之间设置有下防水膜,上防水膜与上防水层的透水孔之间连通有上防水通孔,上防水通孔避开防辐射条布置,下防水膜与下防水层的防水膜之间连通有下防水通孔;
所述贴身层背面设置有衬里织物层,该衬里织物层,为毛呢织物,包括第一经纱、第二经纱、第三经纱和纬纱,三组经纱与纬纱交织而成,第一经纱与纬纱上下交织成平纹或重平纹组织,第三经纱与纬纱呈“V”型结构形成毛绒,第二经纱呈直条状设在第一经纱、第三经纱之间。
所述防辐射条包括中心的弹性纤维、绕设于弹性纤维表面的防辐射金属丝组以及包覆于外层的保护层,弹性纤维上缠绕有多组防辐射金属丝组,所述防辐射金属丝组包括5~10根防辐射金属丝,多组防辐射金属丝组之间的绕距为同一组防辐射金属丝组的相邻两根防辐射金属丝距离的10~20倍。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
本发明全涤双面防水织物具有立体感,还同时具备抗菌、防辐射、防火、防水等功能。
本发明在后整理工艺中,染整长缩率在5%左右,而普通的产品长缩率高达20%,染整重耗低,处理后的产品丰满有弹性,抗皱透气。

参见图1~2,本发明涉及的一种染整长缩率低全涤双面防水织物,它包括全涤织物本体1,全涤织物本体1的上表面设置有防辐射层2,防辐射层2内埋设有多根纵横交错的防辐射条3,所述防辐射层2的上表面设置有加强层4,加强层4的上表面设置有上防水层8,所述全涤织物本体1的下表面设置有抗菌层5,抗菌层5由镀银纤维纺织而成,所述抗菌层5的下表面设置有防火层6,防火层6的下表面设置有下防水层7,下防水层7的下表面设置有贴身层9。
所述防辐射条3包括中心的弹性纤维3.1、绕设于弹性纤维3.1表面的防辐射金属丝组3.2以及包覆于外层的保护层3.3,弹性纤维3.1上缠绕有多组防辐射金属丝组3.2,所述防辐射金属丝组3.2包括5~10根防辐射金属丝,多组防辐射金属丝组3.2之间的绕距为同一组防辐射金属丝组3.2的相邻两根防辐射金属丝距离的10~20倍,由于防辐射条3的金属丝布置直接通长布置而是采用防辐射金属丝绕设,使得防辐射条3的柔软度较好,因此织物整体柔软度较好,另外防辐射金属丝分别多组也使得所有的防辐射金属丝之间的距离不是单一的,避免织物发生变形时金属丝的打结,确保柔软度。
所述上防水层8包括上防水层本体8.1,所述上防水层本体8.1的上表面间隔布置有纵向布置的梯形凸条8.2,梯形凸条8.2上设置有上下贯通的透水孔8.3,所述透水孔8.3的上端连通空气,所述透水孔8.3的下端连通上防水层本体8.1,上防水层本体8.1内设置有纵向的上疏水导流孔8.4,相邻两个梯形凸条8.2之间的上防水层本体8.1的上表面设置有纵向布置的条形镂空8.5,所述条形镂空8.5内设置有聚氨酯防皱条8.6,聚氨酯防皱条8.6具有记忆功能,可以防止织物变形。
所述下防水层7包括下防水层本体7.1,所述下防水层本体7.1的中间设置有一层防水膜7.2,所述下防水层本体7.1的外层设置有横向间隔布置的导流凸条7.3,所述防水膜7.2与导流凸条7.3之间的下防水层本体7.1内设置有横向间隔布置的下疏水导流孔7.4。
