本发明涉及的一种对皮肤少摩擦和刺激超细旦全涤功能织物，包括织物本体，织物本体上表面依次设有防辐射层、防静电层和防水层，下表面依次设有抗菌层、阻燃层和下防水层。所述下防水层背面设置有衬里织物层，该衬里织物层，为一种回字织物，包括织物主体，所述织物主体包括一层经结子纱线交织而成的多个互相连着的正方形图案，所述正方形图案的中心位置设置有小正方形图案，该小正方形图案凸在正方形图案的上方，整块布料成凹凸感，形成回字结构。本发明具有立体感。本发明对皮肤少摩擦和刺激。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种超细旦全涤功能织物，属于纺织织物领域。
背景技术
随着生活水平的提高，人们对于织物的各种功能需要越来越高，传统的超细旦全涤织物缺乏特殊的功能，因此寻求一种具有多种功能的超细旦全涤功能织物尤为重要。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述不足，提供一种具有多种功能的超细旦全涤功能织物。
本发明的目的是这样实现的：
一种对皮肤少摩擦和刺激超细旦全涤功能织物，它包括织物本体，织物本体为超细旦全涤织物，织物本体的上表面设置有防辐射层，防辐射层内埋设有多根纵横交错的防辐射条，所述防辐射层的上表面设置有防静电层，防静电层的上表面设置有上防水层，所述织物本体的下表面设置有抗菌层，抗菌层由竹炭纤维与麻纤维纺织而成，所述抗菌层的下表面设置有阻燃层，阻燃层由聚丙烯腈纤维织成，阻燃层的下表面设置有下防水层；
所述防静电层从上至下依次包括TPU涂层、导电纤维层、和锦纶纺织层，所述TPU涂层上设置有上下贯通的通孔，所述通孔的下端和导电纤维层连通，所述锦纶纺织层的经线和纬线表面涂覆有抗紫外线涂层；
所述上防水层包括上防水织物层本体，所述上防水织物层本体的上表面间隔布置有纵向布置的梯形凸条，梯形凸条上设置有上下贯通的透水孔，所述透水孔的上端连通空气，所述透水孔的下端连通上防水织物层本体，上防水织物层本体内设置有纵向的上疏水导流孔，相邻两个梯形凸条之间的上防水织物层本体的上表面设置有纵向布置的条形镂空，所述条形镂空内设置有聚氨酯防皱条；
所述下防水层背面设置有衬里织物层，该衬里织物层，为一种回字织物，包括织物主体，所述织物主体包括一层经结子纱线交织而成的多个互相连着的正方形图案，所述正方形图案的中心位置设置有小正方形图案，该小正方形图案凸在正方形图案的上方，整块布料成凹凸感，形成回字结构。
所述梯形凸条由经纱和纬纱织造而成，所述经纱表面间断设有凸出的环纹，所述纬纱包括纬纱芯线和外包覆层，所述纬纱芯线为丙纶纤维，所述外包覆层为原液着色丙纶纤维，在外包覆层表面设有绒毛；
所述下防水层包括下防水织物层本体，所述下防水织物层本体的中间设置有一层防水膜，所述下防水织物层本体的外层设置有横向间隔布置的导流凸条，所述防水膜与导流凸条之间的下防水织物层本体内设置有横向间隔布置的下疏水导流孔。
所述防辐射条包括中心的弹性纤维、绕设于弹性纤维表面的防辐射金属丝组以及包覆于外层的保护层，弹性纤维上缠绕有多组防辐射金属丝组，所述防辐射金属丝组包括10~15根防辐射金属丝，多组防辐射金属丝组之间的绕距为同一组防辐射金属丝组的相邻两根防辐射金属丝距离的5~10倍。
与现有技术相比，本发明的有益效果是：
本发明超细旦全涤功能织物具有立体感，还同时具备抗菌、耐磨、高色牢度、阻燃、防辐射、防水、防静电等功能。
该织物结构牢固，不易变形，层次感强，形成样式新型的回字织物，采用结子纱，因由大量的结子存在，织物与人体皮肤的接触面积会减少，从而减少织物对皮肤的摩擦和刺激。

具体实施方式
参见图1~2，本发明涉及的一种对皮肤少摩擦和刺激超细旦全涤功能织物，它包括织物本体1，织物本体1为超细旦全涤织物，织物本体1的上表面设置有防辐射层2，防辐射层2内埋设有多根纵横交错的防辐射条3，所述防辐射层2的上表面设置有防静电层4，防静电层4的上表面设置有上防水层8，所述织物本体1的下表面设置有抗菌层5，抗菌层5由竹炭纤维与麻纤维纺织而成，所述抗菌层5的下表面设置有阻燃层6，阻燃层6的下表面设置有下防水层7。
所述防静电层4从上至下依次包括TPU涂层4.1、导电纤维层4.2、和锦纶纺织层4.3，所述TPU涂层4.1上设置有上下贯通的通孔4.4，所述通孔4.4为上大下小的锥形孔，所述通孔4.4的下端和导电纤维层4.2连通，所述锦纶纺织层4.3的经线和纬线表面涂覆有抗紫外线涂层。
所述防辐射条3包括中心的弹性纤维3.1、绕设于弹性纤维3.1表面的防辐射金属丝组3.2以及包覆于外层的保护层3.3，弹性纤维3.1上缠绕有多组防辐射金属丝组3.2，所述防辐射金属丝组3.2包括10~15根防辐射金属丝，多组防辐射金属丝组3.2之间的绕距为同一组防辐射金属丝组3.2的相邻两根防辐射金属丝距离的5~10倍，由于防辐射条3的金属丝布置直接通长布置而是采用防辐射金属丝绕设，使得防辐射条3的柔软度较好，因此织物整体柔软度较好，另外防辐射金属丝分别多组也使得所有的防辐射金属丝之间的距离不是单一的，避免织物发生变形时金属丝的打结，确保柔软度。
所述上防水层8包括上防水织物层本体8.1，所述上防水织物层本体8.1的上表面间隔布置有纵向布置的梯形凸条8.2，梯形凸条8.2上设置有上下贯通的透水孔8.3，所述透水孔8.3的上端连通空气，所述透水孔8.3的下端连通上防水织物层本体8.1，上防水织物层本体8.1内设置有纵向的上疏水导流孔8.4，相邻两个梯形凸条8.2之间的上防水织物层本体8.1的上表面设置有纵向布置的条形镂空8.5，所述条形镂空8.5内设置有聚氨酯防皱条8.6，聚氨酯防皱条8.6具有记忆功能，可以防止织物变形。
所述梯形凸条8.2由经纱和纬纱织造而成，所述经纱表面间断设有凸出的环纹，所述纬纱包括纬纱芯线和外包覆层，所述纬纱芯线为丙纶纤维，所述外包覆层为原液着色丙纶纤维，在外包覆层表面设有绒毛。外包覆层为原液着色丙纶纤维，它为常见的丙纶纤维，市面上通常是使用颜料紫23 或颜料红149 对丙纶纤维进行着色而制成原液着色丙纶纤维，在降低生产成本的同时又提高了织物的色牢度。经纱表面设有凸出的环纹，增强了纬纱和经纱结构稳定性，也防止了纬纱和经纱结构不稳定相互移动时造成的原液着色丙纶纤维脱离，增强了梯形凸条8.2的色牢度。外包覆层表面设有绒毛，提高了织物的柔软度。
所述下防水层7包括下防水织物层本体7.1，所述下防水织物层本体7.1的中间设置有一层防水膜7.2，所述下防水织物层本体7.1的外层设置有横向间隔布置的导流凸条7.3，所述防水膜7.2与导流凸条7.3之间的下防水织物层本体7.1内设置有横向间隔布置的下疏水导流孔7.4。
阻燃层由聚丙烯腈纤维织成，日本大阪Kaneka公司生产的Kanecaron品牌。
所述下防水层背面设置有衬里织物层，该衬里织物层，为一种回字织物，包括织物主体，所述织物主体包括一层经结子纱线交织而成的多个互相连着的正方形图案，所述正方形图案的中心位置设置有小正方形图案，该小正方形图案凸在正方形图案的上方，整块布料成凹凸感，形成回字结构。

1.一种对皮肤少摩擦和刺激超细旦全涤功能织物，它包括织物本体（1），织物本体（1）为超细旦全涤织物，织物本体（1）的上表面设置有防辐射层（2），防辐射层（2）内埋设有多根纵横交错的防辐射条（3），所述防辐射层（2）的上表面设置有防静电层（4），防静电层（4）的上表面设置有上防水层（8），所述织物本体（1）的下表面设置有抗菌层（5），抗菌层（5）由竹炭纤维与麻纤维纺织而成，所述抗菌层（5）的下表面设置有阻燃层（6），阻燃层由聚丙烯腈纤维织成，阻燃层（6）的下表面设置有下防水层（7）；所述防辐射条（3）包括中心的弹性纤维（3.1）、绕设于弹性纤维（3.1）表面的防辐射金属丝组（3.2）以及包覆于外层的保护层（3.3），弹性纤维（3.1）上缠绕有多组防辐射金属丝组（3.2），所述防辐射金属丝组（3.2）包括10~15根防辐射金属丝，多组防辐射金属丝组（3.2）之间的绕距为同一组防辐射金属丝组（3.2）的相邻两根防辐射金属丝距离的5~10倍；
所述防静电层（4）从上至下依次包括TPU涂层（4.1）、导电纤维层（4.2）、和锦纶纺织层（4.3），所述TPU涂层（4.1）上设置有上下贯通的通孔（4.4），所述通孔（4.4）的下端和导电纤维层（4.2）连通，所述锦纶纺织层（4.3）的经线和纬线表面涂覆有抗紫外线涂层；
所述上防水层（8）包括上防水织物层本体（8.1），所述上防水织物层本体（8.1）的上表面间隔布置有纵向布置的梯形凸条（8.2），梯形凸条（8.2）上设置有上下贯通的透水孔（8.3），所述透水孔（8.3）的上端连通空气，所述透水孔（8.3）的下端连通上防水织物层本体（8.1），上防水织物层本体（8.1）内设置有纵向的上疏水导流孔（8.4），相邻两个梯形凸条（8.2）之间的上防水织物层本体（8.1）的上表面设置有纵向布置的条形镂空（8.5），所述条形镂空（8.5）内设置有聚氨酯防皱条（8.6）；
所述下防水层背面设置有衬里织物层，该衬里织物层，为一种回字织物，包括织物主体，所述织物主体包括一层经结子纱线交织而成的多个互相连着的正方形图案，所述正方形图案的中心位置设置有小正方形图案，该小正方形图案凸在正方形图案的上方，整块布料成凹凸感，形成回字结构。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种对皮肤少摩擦和刺激超细旦全涤功能织物，其特征在于所述梯形凸条由经纱和纬纱织造而成，所述经纱表面间断设有凸出的环纹，所述纬纱包括纬纱芯线和外包覆层，所述纬纱芯线为丙纶纤维，所述外包覆层为原液着色丙纶纤维，在外包覆层表面设有绒毛。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种对皮肤少摩擦和刺激超细旦全涤功能织物，其特征在于所述下防水层（7）包括下防水织物层本体（7.1），所述下防水织物层本体（7.1）的中间设置有一层防水膜（7.2），所述下防水织物层本体（7.1）的外层设置有横向间隔布置的导流凸条（7.3），所述防水膜（7.2）与导流凸条（7.3）之间的下防水织物层本体（7.1）内设置有横向间隔布置的下疏水导流孔（7.4）。
