本发明提供了一种汽油发动机润滑油组合物及其制备方法。本发明的汽油发动机润滑油组合物,包括抗氧抗磨剂、高分子丁二酰亚胺、水杨酸盐、烷基化二苯胺、硫代氨基甲酸酯、有机钼摩擦改进剂、磺酸钡和润滑油基础油,所述抗氧抗磨剂的制备方法包括:将硫磷酸与过氧化物反应,然后与含锌化合物进行皂化反应,收集油相产品。本发明的润滑油组合物具有优异的抗氧抗磨性能、减摩性能和分散性能,能够满足高档汽油发动机润滑油的要求,延长油品的使用寿命。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种润滑油组合物,特别涉及一种汽油发动机润滑油组合物。
背景技术
随着环保法规的日趋严格和汽油发动机技术的不断发展,涡轮增压和缸内直喷技术(GDI)得到越来越广泛的应用。新技术的应用在提升发动机性能的同时也使汽油机的工况更加恶劣,对汽油机油的要求也越来越高。一方面,发动机的温度提高,对油品的抗氧化性能提出了更高要求;另一方面缸内直喷技术使汽油机油燃烧不完全,产生大量的GDI烟炱,GDI烟炱的产生对油品的分散性能和抗磨性能提出了更高的要求。
二烷基二硫代磷酸锌(ZDDP)是一种抗磨、抗氧、抗腐多功能添加剂,被普遍运用到内燃机油中,但含磷添加剂会导致尾气处理装置的催化剂中毒,因此含磷添加剂在油品规格中受到严格限制,ILSAC GF-3汽油机油规格要求磷含量的质量分数小于0.1%,ILSACGF-5汽油机油规格要求磷含量的质量分数小于0.08%,因此在满足环保法规要求的前提下,寻求更高效的ZDDP应用到汽油机油中,提升油品的抗氧性能和抗磨性能,一直是本领域技术人员努力的目标。
美国专利US 5728656公开了一种超中性的二烷基二硫代磷酸锌,其Zn/P比在0.95~1.04之间。该产品具有较多的中性盐成分,具有良好的抗磨抗腐蚀性能。CN 100460490C提出了一种由烷基化二苯胺和酚酯复配的抗氧剂组分,能够提高油品的抗氧化性能。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种汽油发动机润滑油组合物及其制备方法。
本发明的汽油发动机润滑油组合物,包括抗氧抗磨剂、高分子丁二酰亚胺、水杨酸盐、烷基化二苯胺、硫代氨基甲酸酯、有机钼摩擦改进剂、磺酸钡和润滑油基础油,所述抗氧抗磨剂的制备方法包括:将硫磷酸与过氧化物反应,然后与含锌化合物进行皂化反应,收集油相产品。
所述硫磷酸的结构为:
其中的R、R’分别独立地选自C4~C30的烷基,优选C4~C12的烷基。
所述过氧化物选自无机过氧化物和/或有机过氧化物,例如可以选用过氧化氢、过氧化钠、过氧化钾、过氧化钙、过氧化镁、过氧化锌、过一硫酸氢钾、2,2-过氧化二氢丙烷、2,5-二甲基-2,5-过氧化二氢己烷、2,2-双-(过氧化叔丁基)丙烷、2,2-双-(过氧化叔丁基)丁烷、2,5-二甲基-2,5-双-(过氧化叔丁基)己烷、2,2-双-(4,4-二叔丁基过氧化环己基)丙烷、2,5-二甲基-2,5-双-(过氧化-2-乙基己酰)己烷、2,5-二甲基-2,5-双-(过氧化-3,5,5-三甲基己酰)己烷、2,5-二甲基-2,5-双-(过氧化异壬酰)己烷和2,5-二甲基-2,5-双-(过氧化苯甲酰)己烷中的一种或多种,优选过氧化氢、过氧化钠、过氧化钾、2,2-过氧化二氢丙烷、2,5-二甲基-2,5-过氧化二氢己烷、2,2-双-(过氧化叔丁基)丙烷、2,2-双-(过氧化叔丁基)丁烷和2,5-二甲基-2,5-双-(过氧化叔丁基)己烷中的一种或多种。
所述硫磷酸与过氧化物反应的温度为10~50℃,优选20~40℃。
所述的含锌化合物优选氧化锌、氢氧化锌和醋酸锌中的一种或多种,最优选氧化锌。
所述皂化反应的温度为70~100℃,优选75~90℃。所述过氧化物和含锌化合物的总摩尔数是硫磷酸摩尔数的50~70%,优选55~65%,其中过氧化物和含锌化合物的摩尔比为1:20~20:1,优选1:10~10:1。
本发明的抗氧抗磨剂中Zn与P的质量比在0.01~0.95之间,优选0.1~0.95。
所述抗氧抗磨剂占润滑油组合物总质量的0.1%~10%,优选0.2%~5%;所述高分子丁二酰亚胺占润滑油组合物总质量的1%~15%,优选2%~10%;所述水杨酸盐占润滑油组合物总质量的0.2%~10%,优选1%~5%;所述烷基化二苯胺占润滑油组合物总质量的0.2%~10%,优选1%~5%;所述硫代氨基甲酸酯占润滑油组合物总质量的0.2%~10%,优选1%~5%;所述有机钼摩擦改进剂占润滑油组合物总质量的0.01%~5%,优选0.05%~3%;所述磺酸钡占润滑油组合物总质量的0.01%~2%,优选0.05%~1%;所述润滑油基础油构成润滑油组合物的主要成分。
所述高分子丁二酰亚胺中聚异丁烯部分的数均分子量为1500~4000,优选1800~3000,可以选用锦州石化分公司添加剂厂生产的T161A、T161B,路博润兰炼添加剂有限公司生产的LZL157,Lubrizol Corporation公司生产的LZ6418、LZ6418B等。
所述水杨酸盐优选水杨酸钙和/或水杨酸镁,可以选用低碱值水杨酸盐、中碱值水杨酸盐或高碱值水杨酸盐,优选高碱值水杨酸盐。所述水杨酸盐可以选用路博润兰炼添加剂有限公司生产的LZL109A、LZL109B、LZL112,Infineum公司生产的C9371、C9372、C9375、C9006、C9012等。
所述烷基化二苯胺中的烷基为C1~12烷基,优选C4~8烷基,烷基所处位置优选位于氨基的邻位或对位。所述烷基化二苯胺可以选用北京兴普公司生产的T534,Ciba-Geigy Ltd公司生产的Irganox L57等。
所述硫代氨基甲酸酯中的烷基为C1~12烷基,优选C4~8烷基,可以选用新乡瑞丰化工有限公司生产的T323,R.T.Vanderbilt公司生产的Vanlube 7723等。
所述有机钼摩擦改进剂可以选用二烷基二硫代氨基甲酸钼、二烷基二硫代磷酸钼、二烷基二硫代磷酸氧钼、黄原酸钼、钼酸酯等摩擦改进剂中的一种或多种,可以选用Vanderbilt公司生产的Molyvan 807、Molyvan 822、Molyvan 855、Molyvan 856B等。
所述磺酸钡可以选用石油磺酸钡和/或合成磺酸钡,可以选用苏州特种油品厂生产的T701、T705,R.T.Vanderbilt公司生产的Vanlube RI-BA等。
所述的润滑基础油选自API I、II、III、IV和V类润滑基础油中的一种或多种,优选矿物基础油、植物基础油和合成基础油中的一种或多种。
本发明的润滑油组合物可以采用以下方法制备:将各添加剂分别加入到基础油中或将添加剂混合制成复合剂再加入到基础油中混合,优选加热混合,加热温度优选40~80℃,混合时间优选0.5~4h。
本发明的润滑油组合物具有优异的抗氧抗磨性能、减摩性能和分散性能,能够满足高档汽油发动机润滑油的要求,延长油品的使用寿命。
具体实施方式
以下通过具体实施列进一步阐述本发明,但本发明并不限于此。
制备例1抗氧抗磨剂的制备
在带有搅拌装置的250ml三口瓶中,加入二异辛基二硫代磷酸141.6g(0.4mol),保持温度在60℃,在30分钟内滴加30%双氧水溶液5.7g(折合双氧水为0.05mol),滴加完毕后继续反应2小时,然后升温至70℃,加入氧化锌13.4g(0.165mol),升温至75~90℃反应3~5小时,继续升温至95~105℃,减压蒸馏出残留的水分,过滤得到本发明的抗氧抗磨剂,记为样品1。
制备例2-4抗氧抗磨剂的制备
按照制备例1的方法,采用不同结构的硫磷酸、不同的硫磷酸与双氧水的摩尔比、不同的双氧水与氧化锌的摩尔比制备本发明的抗氧抗磨剂,分别记为样品2-4,其反应条件见表1。
对比抗氧抗磨剂1-4
在表1中也列出了对比样品1-4,其中对比样品1为商品化的二异辛基二硫代磷酸锌(C8伯醇ZDDP),国内代号为T203;对比样品2为商品化的丁基/异辛基二硫代磷酸锌(C4/C8伯醇ZDDP),国内代号为T202;对比样品3为C3/C6仲醇ZDDP,按照常规ZDDP方法制备;对比样品4为C6仲醇ZDDP,按照常规ZDDP方法制备。
对抗氧抗磨剂的样品1和对比样品1(T203)进行了核磁磷谱测试,测试仪器和测定条件为:FT-80A NMR仪,溶剂CCL4,浓度50-80%,D2O锁场,共振频率为32.2MHZ,5mm样品管,85%H3PO4为外标。
采用ICP法电感耦合等离子光谱仪测定本发明的抗氧抗磨剂样品1-4及对比样品1-4的锌含量、磷含量,经计算后得到各个样品的Zn/P的质量比,其结果同见表1。

按照如下方法评定润滑油组合物的各项性能。
(1)抗磨损性能
对润滑油组合物进行高频往复摩擦试验。该方法的试验条件为负载500g,频率20Hz,温度80℃,试验时间为60min,记录磨斑直径。磨斑直径越小,表明试验样品的抗磨性能越好。
(2)减摩性能
对润滑油组合物进行高频往复摩擦试验。该方法的试验条件为负载300g,频率20Hz,温度100℃,试验时间为60min,记录摩擦系数。摩擦系数越小,表明试验样品的减摩性能越好。
(3)热氧化安定性
采用加压差示扫描量热试验(PDSC)评价润滑油组合物的热氧化安定性,以试验样品的氧化诱导期(单位为min)表示。PDSC试验的温度为220℃,压力为0.5MPa,氧气流速为100mL/min。
(4)油泥分散性能
将试验油与油泥均匀混合后滴在滤纸上,24h后测量油泥扩散圈直径和润滑油扩散圈直径,计算油泥扩散圈直径和润滑油扩散圈的直径的比值得出分散指数,用以标识油品的分散性能,比值越大分散性能越好。

分别将本发明制备例1~4的抗氧抗磨剂以及其它4个对比抗氧抗磨剂,按照表2的组成及配比,在70℃温度下混合1h,得到实施例1~4的润滑油组合物以及对比例1~4的润滑油组合物。其中,基于润滑油组合物的总质量,抗氧抗磨剂的添加量均为2.0%。不加抗磨剂的油样作为空白样即对比例5。实施例1~4与对比例1~5除抗磨剂外,其他配方组成是一样的。对比例6、7为市面上销售的API SN成品油。
以实施例1~4的润滑油组合物、对比例1~7的润滑油组合物作为试验样品,进行了抗磨损性能、抗氧化性能、减摩性能、油泥分散性能评定,评定结果如表3所示。

从表3可知,本发明的润滑油组合物具有优异的抗磨损性能、抗氧化性能、减摩性能和分散性能。

Claims (13)

1.一种汽油发动机润滑油组合物,包括抗氧抗磨剂、高分子丁二酰亚胺、水杨酸盐、烷基化二苯胺、硫代氨基甲酸酯、有机钼摩擦改进剂、磺酸钡和润滑油基础油,所述抗氧抗磨剂的制备方法包括:将硫磷酸与过氧化物反应,然后与含锌化合物进行皂化反应,收集油相产品。
2.按照权利要求1所述的组合物,其特征在于,所述硫磷酸的结构为:其中的R、R’分别独立地选自C4~C30的烷基。
3.按照权利要求1所述的组合物,其特征在于,所述过氧化物选自无机过氧化物和/或有机过氧化物。
4.按照权利要求1所述的组合物,其特征在于,所述过氧化物选自过氧化氢、过氧化钠、过氧化钾、过氧化钙、过氧化镁、过氧化锌、过一硫酸氢钾、2,2-过氧化二氢丙烷、2,5-二甲基-2,5-过氧化二氢己烷、2,2-双-(过氧化叔丁基)丙烷、2,2-双-(过氧化叔丁基)丁烷、2,5-二甲基-2,5-双-(过氧化叔丁基)己烷、2,2-双-(4,4-二叔丁基过氧化环己基)丙烷、2,5-二甲基-2,5-双-(过氧化-2-乙基己酰)己烷、2,5-二甲基-2,5-双-(过氧化-3,5,5-三甲基己酰)己烷、2,5-二甲基-2,5-双-(过氧化异壬酰)己烷和2,5-二甲基-2,5-双-(过氧化苯甲酰)己烷中的一种或多种。
5.按照权利要求1所述的组合物,其特征在于,所述硫磷酸与过氧化物反应的温度为10~50℃。
6.按照权利要求1所述的组合物,其特征在于,所述的含锌化合物为氧化锌、氢氧化锌和醋酸锌中的一种或多种。
7.按照权利要求1所述的组合物,其特征在于,所述皂化反应的温度为70~100℃。
8.按照权利要求1所述的组合物,其特征在于,所述过氧化物和含锌化合物的总摩尔数是硫磷酸摩尔数的50~70%,其中过氧化物和含锌化合物的摩尔比为1:20~20:1。
9.按照权利要求1所述的组合物,其特征在于,所述过氧化物和含锌化合物的总摩尔数是硫磷酸摩尔数的55~65%,其中过氧化物和含锌化合物的摩尔比为1:10~10:1。
10.按照权利要求1所述的组合物,其特征在于,所述抗氧抗磨剂中Zn与P的质量比在0.01~0.95之间。
11.按照权利要求1所述的组合物,其特征在于,所述抗氧抗磨剂占润滑油组合物总质量的0.1%~10%;所述高分子丁二酰亚胺占润滑油组合物总质量的1%~15%;所述水杨酸盐占润滑油组合物总质量的0.2%~10%;所述烷基化二苯胺占润滑油组合物总质量的0.2%~10%;所述硫代氨基甲酸酯占润滑油组合物总质量的0.2%~10%;所述有机钼摩擦改进剂占润滑油组合物总质量的0.01%~5%;所述磺酸钡占润滑油组合物总质量的0.01%~2%;所述润滑油基础油构成润滑油组合物的主要成分。
12.按照权利要求1所述的组合物,其特征在于,所述高分子丁二酰亚胺中聚异丁烯部分的数均分子量为1500~4000;所述水杨酸盐为水杨酸钙和/或水杨酸镁;所述烷基化二苯胺中的烷基为C1~12烷基;所述硫代氨基甲酸酯中的烷基为C1~12烷基;所述有机钼摩擦改进剂选自二烷基二硫代氨基甲酸钼、二烷基二硫代磷酸钼、二烷基二硫代磷酸氧钼、黄原酸钼、钼酸酯等摩擦改进剂中的一种或多种;所述磺酸钡选自石油磺酸钡和/或合成磺酸钡;所述的润滑基础油选自APII、II、III、IV和V类润滑基础油中的一种或多种。
13.一种汽油发动机润滑油组合物的制备方法,其特征在于,将权利要求1-12之一中所述的各添加剂分别加入到润滑油基础油中或将各添加剂混合制成复合剂再加入到润滑油基础油中混合。
