Abstract
润滑油组合物,是在润滑油基油中配合下述式(1)表示的磷酸酯衍生物和锌化合物形成的润滑油组合物,其特征在于,该润滑油组合物中的锌(Zn)和磷(P)的元素比率(Zn/P)以摩尔比计为0.55以上。式中,Y表示S(硫)或O(氧)。R1表示碳原子数为4~24的有机基团,R2表示碳原子数为1~6的二价有机基团。n表示1~3的整数。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及主要用于汽油机、柴油机及燃气机等内燃机的润滑油组合物。
背景技术
机械、装置工作时,部件彼此滑动接触或转动接触,磨损金属表面。因此,抑制机械、装置的该部分磨损的润滑油的作用是重要的。
另一方面,作为润滑油,单独使用由石油的常压蒸馏残渣得到的减压蒸馏油或合成油之类的基油时,无法发挥以内燃机用润滑油、驱动系润滑油为代表的其他润滑油组合物的用途所要求的众多特殊性质。
因此,为了提高润滑油的耐磨性、并且延长装置的寿命,添加剂的作用极其重要。
作为提高耐磨性的添加剂,已知ZnDTP(Zinc Dialkyldithiophosphate二烷基二硫代磷酸锌)。ZnDTP不仅极压性、耐磨性优异,还具有抗氧化能力、防腐蚀能力、耐荷重性能等,作为所谓的多功能型添加剂,被广泛用于发动机油。
然而,虽然ZnDTP显示优异的性能,但其本身分解生成为酸性物质的硫酸或磷酸,与发动机油中的碱成分反应导致碱值降低,缩短发动机油的寿命。因此,要求开发出能够替代ZnDTP的极压剂、耐磨剂。
例如,已知具有特定结构的二烷基磷酸锌赋予耐磨性的同时,在发动机内之类的高温氧化条件下维持碱值的性能优异(参见专利文献1~3)。另外,还已知将特定的磷酸酯化合物添加到发动机油中时,在高温、高负荷条件下极压性及耐磨性优异(参见专利文献4)。

发明内容
但是,专利文献1~3中记载的二烷基磷酸锌容易引发润滑油的粘度上升或产生油泥,所以并非能够充分满足要求的产品。另外,专利文献4中记载的磷酸酯化合物的极压性、耐磨性优异,但并不能够稳定地表现出碱值维持性能(长换油期性)。
因此,本发明的目的在于提供润滑油组合物,该润滑油组合物不具有ZnDTP的缺点,即使在内燃机、驱动系机械等的高温、高负荷的过酷运转条件下,充分的极压性、耐磨性及稳定的碱值维持性能(长换油期性)也优异。
为解决上述问题,本发明提供下述润滑油组合物。
[1]润滑油组合物,是在润滑油基油中配合下述式(1)表示的磷酸酯衍生物和锌化合物形成的润滑油组合物,其特征在于,该润滑油组合物中的锌(Zn)和磷(P)的元素比率(Zn/P)以摩尔比计为0.55以上。
(式中,Y表示S(硫)或O(氧)。R1表示碳原子数为4~24的有机基团,R2表示碳原子数为1~6的二价有机基团。n为1~3的整数。)
[2]润滑油组合物,是在润滑油基油中配合使上述式(1)表示的磷酸酯衍生物和锌化合物反应得到的磷酸酯化合物形成的润滑油组合物,其特征在于,该润滑油组合物中的锌(Zn)和磷(P)的元素比率(Zn/P)以摩尔比计为0.55以上。
[3]上述[1]或[2]所述的润滑油组合物,其特征在于,上述式(1)的磷酸酯衍生物中的Y为O(氧)。
[4]上述[1]~[3]中的任一项所述的润滑油组合物,其特征在于,磷元素的含量以组合物总量为基准在0.12质量%以下。
[5]上述[1]~[4]中的任一项所述的润滑油组合物,其特征在于,上述锌化合物是选自金属锌、锌氧化物、有机锌化合物、锌含氧酸盐、卤化锌及锌配位化合物的至少一种化合物。
[6]上述[1]~[5]中的任一项所述的润滑油组合物,其特征在于,还含有选自金属系洗涤剂、无灰分散剂、酚系及/或胺系抗氧化剂、金属钝化剂及抗乳化剂的至少1种添加剂。
[7]上述[1]~[6]中的任一项所述的润滑油组合物,其特征在于,金属系洗涤剂为碱金属水杨酸盐及/或碱土类金属水杨酸盐。
[8]上述[1]~[7]中的任一项所述的润滑油组合物,其特征在于,硫酸灰分以组合物总量为基准在1质量%以下。
[9]上述[1]~[8]中的任一项所述的润滑油组合物,其特征在于,所述润滑油组合物用于内燃机。
[10]上述[9]所述的润滑油组合物,其特征在于,上述内燃机中使用的燃料的硫分在20质量ppm以下。
本发明的润滑油组合物具有与添加了ZnDTP的现有润滑油组合物同等或更高的耐磨性、极压性。进而,即使用于对排出气体后处理装置实施了低灰分化(初期碱值低)的发动机油,碱值维持性能也高,即,长换油期性优异。
具体实施方式
本申请的第1发明是在(A)润滑油基油中配合下述式(1)表示的(B)磷酸酯衍生物、和(C)锌化合物形成的润滑油组合物,本申请的第2发明是在(A)润滑油基油中配合使下述式(1)表示的(B)磷酸酯衍生物和(C)锌化合物反应得到的(D)磷酸酯化合物形成的润滑油组合物。
即,在本申请发明的润滑油组合物中,可以物理性地混合作为(B)成分的磷酸酯衍生物和作为(C)成分的锌化合物,另外,也可以使上述化合物反应形成含有锌的(D)磷酸酯化合物。
以下详细说明上述发明。
(A)润滑油基油:
作为构成本发明的润滑油组合物的基油,没有特别限定。作为润滑油基油,可以使用矿物油或合成油。矿物油或合成油有各种油,可以对应于用途等适当选定。作为矿物油,例如可以举出石蜡系矿物油、环烷系矿物油、中间基系矿物油等,作为具体例,可以举出经溶剂精制或氢化精制得到的轻质中性油、中质中性油、重质中性油、重质高粘度润滑油料等。作为合成油,例如可以举出聚α-烯烃、α-烯烃共聚物、聚丁烯、烷基苯、聚醇酯、二元酸酯、多元醇酯、聚亚氧烷基乙二醇、聚亚氧烷基乙二醇酯、聚亚氧烷基乙二醇醚及环烷系化合物等。
上述润滑油基油可以分别单独或组合二种以上进行使用,也可以组合使用矿物油和合成油。
(B)磷酸酯衍生物:
上述式(1)表示的磷酸酯衍生物中,Y为S(硫)或O(氧)。R1表示碳原子数为4~24的有机基团,R2表示碳原子数为1~6的二价有机基团。n为1~3的整数。
此处,上述磷酸酯衍生物的R1优选碳原子数为4~24的烃基,更优选碳原子数为6~18的烃基,特别优选碳原子数为8~12的烃基。如果R1是碳原子数为4以上的烃基,则最终得到的润滑油组合物具有优异的油溶性、极压特性、耐磨特性、磨擦特性及润滑特性,同时对金属的腐蚀性也降低。另外,作为R2,优选碳原子数为1~6的二价烃基,更优选碳原子数为2~4的亚烷基,从能够低价获得方面考虑,特别优选为亚乙基。
作为R1,具体地例如可以举出丁基、戊基、各种己基、各种庚基、各种辛基、各种壬基、各种癸基、各种十一烷基、各种十二烷基、各种十三烷基、各种十四烷基、各种十五烷基、各种十六烷基、各种十七烷基、各种十八烷基、各种十九烷基、各种二十烷基等烷基;环己基、各种甲基环己基、各种乙基环己基、各种丙基环烷基、各种二甲基环烷基等环烷基;苯基、各种甲基苯基、各种乙基苯基、各种丙基苯基、各种三甲基苯基、各种丁基苯基、各种萘基等芳基;苄基、各种苯基乙基、各种甲基苄基、各种苯基丙基、及苯基丁基等芳基烷基。
另外,在上述式(1)中,R2优选碳原子数为1~6的烃基,特别优选碳原子数为1~4的亚烷基。具体可以举出亚甲基、亚乙基、1,2-亚丙基;1,3-亚丙基、各种亚丁基、各种亚戊基、各种亚己基等二价脂肪族基团、各种亚苯基、环己烷、甲基环戊烷等在脂环式烃上具有2个键合部位的脂环式基团等。
另外,Y表示S(硫)或O(氧),作为上述式(1),有含有至少1个以上S的化合物。n表示1~3的整数,优选为1或2,更优选为2。其中,从化合物的稳定性、进而本组合物的长换油期性方面考虑,优选Y为O(氧)。
作为上述磷酸酯衍生物的具体例,可以举出三(己基硫基乙基)磷酸酯、三(辛基硫基乙基)磷酸酯、三(十二烷基硫基乙基)磷酸酯、三(十六烷基硫基乙基)磷酸酯、二(己基硫基乙基)磷酸酯、二(辛基硫基乙基)磷酸酯、二(十二烷基硫基乙基)磷酸酯、二(十六烷基硫基乙基)磷酸酯、单(己基硫基乙基)磷酸酯、单(辛基硫基乙基)磷酸酯、单(十二烷基硫基乙基)磷酸酯、单(十六烷基硫基乙基)磷酸酯、三(己基硫基丙基)磷酸酯、三(辛基硫基丙基)磷酸酯、三(十二烷基硫基丙基)磷酸酯、三(十六烷基硫基丙基)磷酸酯、二(己基硫基丙基)磷酸酯、二(辛基硫基丙基)磷酸酯、二(十二烷基硫基丙基)磷酸酯、二(十六烷基硫基丙基)磷酸酯、单(己基硫基丙基)磷酸酯、单(辛基硫基丙基)磷酸酯、单(十二烷基硫基丙基)磷酸酯、单(十六烷基硫基丙基)磷酸酯、三(己基硫基丁基)磷酸酯、三(辛基硫基丁基)磷酸酯、三(十二烷基硫基丁基)磷酸酯、三(十六烷基硫基丁基)磷酸酯、二(己基硫基丁基)磷酸酯、二(辛基硫基丁基)磷酸酯、二(十二烷基硫基丁基)磷酸酯、二(十六烷基硫基丁基)磷酸酯、单(己基硫基丁基)磷酸酯、单(辛基硫基丁基)磷酸酯、单(十二烷基硫基丁基)磷酸酯、及单(十六烷基硫基丁基)磷酸酯等。
对于上述式(1)表示的磷酸酯衍生物的制造方法,没有特别限定,例如可以优选使用使下述式(2)表示的烃硫基醇和下述式(3)表示的五氧化二磷反应的方法。

此处,式(2)中,R1、R2与式(1)相同,但R1是碳原子数为18以下的烃基时,产物的收率不降低,生产效率良好。
上述式(2)表示的醇和上述式(3)表示的五氧化二磷的使用比例以摩尔比计通常为2∶1~6∶1左右,最优选为3∶1。反应温度通常为15~140℃左右,优选为30~110℃,更优选为70~100℃。反应优选边搅拌边进行。反应也可以使用溶剂。作为溶剂,可以举出甲苯、戊烷、己烷、庚烷及辛烷等。
(C)锌化合物:
此处,作为(C)成分的锌化合物,优选金属锌、锌氧化物、有机锌化合物、锌含氧酸盐、卤化锌、锌配位化合物、有机酸锌盐等,具体可以举出氧化锌、氢氧化锌、碳酸锌、二甲基锌、二苯基锌、锌配位化合物等。
另外,作为有机酸锌盐,优选烷基或链烯基羧酸锌、烷基或链烯基苯基羧酸锌等,具体可以举出油酸锌、异硬脂酸锌、硬脂酸锌、烷基苯基羧酸锌、烷基水杨酸锌等。
调制本申请第1发明的润滑油组合物时,可以事先混合上述(B)磷酸酯衍生物和(C)锌化合物制成添加剂组合物后配合在(A)润滑油基油中,此时也可以使(B)成分和(C)成分发生化学反应形成含有锌和磷的化合物。或者也可以在(A)润滑油基油中分别配合(B)成分及(C)成分。
此处,本申请的第1发明中,(B)成分的优选配合量在组合物总量基准中磷元素换算量为0.005~1质量%,更优选为0.01~0.5质量%。
(B)成分的配合量低于0.005质量%时极压性、耐磨性降低,并不优选。另一方面,(B)成分的配合量超过1质量%时,碱值维持性降低,并不优选。
另外,(C)成分的优选配合量在组合物总量基准中锌元素换算量为0.006~1.2质量%,更优选为0.012~0.6质量%。(C)成分的配合量低于0.006质量%时碱值维持性降低并不优选。另一方面,(B)成分的配合量超过1.2质量%时对基油的溶解性降低并不优选。
(D)磷酸酯化合物
本申请第2发明的润滑油组合物中配合的作为(D)成分的磷酸酯化合物可以通过在无催化剂或催化剂存在下使上述(B)磷酸酯衍生物和(C)锌化合物反应而得到。在上述反应中,磷酸酯衍生物和锌化合物的使用比例通常以摩尔比计相对于1摩尔锌化合物,磷酸酯衍生物在0.1~5.0摩尔、优选1~3摩尔、更优选1~2.5摩尔的范围。特别优选相对于2分子磷酸酯衍生物,锌化合物的配合量大于1分子。另外,反应范围通常在室温~200℃、优选40~150℃的范围内选择。另外,进行上述反应时,可以使用溶剂例如二甲苯、甲苯、己烷等。
需要说明的是,制造(D)磷酸酯化合物例如可以采用在调和发动机油用润滑油组合物时添加有机酸锌盐等油溶性锌化合物的方法。
本申请的第2发明中,作为(D)磷酸酯化合物的配合量,以组合物总量为基准优选0.005~1质量%(磷元素换算量)的范围,更优选为0.01~0.5质量%。磷酸酯化合物的配合量低于0.005质量%时,耐磨性降低并不优选。另外,超过1质量%时,促使碱值降低,有损长换油期性。
本申请的第1发明和第2发明均必须使最终得到的润滑油组合物中的锌(Zn)和磷(P)的元素比率(Zn/P)以摩尔比计为0.55以上。Zn/P低于0.55时,碱值维持性能不充分。Zn/P优选为0.56以上,更优选为0.58以上。另一方面,超过1时,对基油的溶解性降低,并不优选。
另外,组合物总量基准中,磷元素的量优选在0.12质量%以下,更优选为0.08质量%以下,进一步优选为0.06质量%以下。磷元素的含量超过0.12质量%时,使用排气后处理装置时导致催化剂中毒,并不优选。另一方面,磷元素的含量低于0.005质量%时,耐磨性降低,并不优选。
本发明的润滑油组合物中,硫酸灰分优选在1质量%以下,更优选在0.6质量%以下。硫酸灰分超过1质量%时,例如作为发动机油使用时,可能对排出气体后处理装置产生不良影响。此处,硫酸灰分是基于JIS(Japanese Industrial Standards)K2272测定的值。
另一方面,润滑油组合物如上所述为低灰分时,通常初期碱值降低,作为发动机油使用时长换油期性变差。对此,在本发明的润滑油组合物中如上所述地作为(D)成分配合特定的磷酸酯化合物,进而润滑油组合物中的Zn/P的元素比在0.55以上,所以在低灰分区域中,碱值维持性能也高,发挥优异的长换油期性。
另外,在本发明的润滑油组合物中,更优选含有选自金属系洗涤剂、无灰分散剂、酚类及/或胺类抗氧化剂、金属钝化剂及抗乳化剂的至少1种添加剂。
作为金属系洗涤剂,可以举出碱金属水杨酸盐、碱土类金属水杨酸盐、碱土类金属磺酸盐或碱土类金属酚盐等。具体可以举出水杨酸钙、水杨酸镁、磺酸钙、磺酸镁、磺酸钡、苯酚钙、苯酚钡、水杨酸锂、水杨酸钠、水杨酸钾、磺酸锂、磺酸钠、磺酸钾、苯酚锂、苯酚钠、及苯酚钾等。其中,从能够提高碱值维持性方面考虑,特别优选碱金属水杨酸盐、碱土类金属水杨酸盐。
碱金属水杨酸盐及/或碱土类金属水杨酸盐优选按在组合物总量基准中碱金属及/或碱土类金属换算量为0.02~0.6质量%的比例进行配合。
作为无灰分散剂,例如可以举出琥珀酰亚胺系、琥珀酰胺系、苄基胺系或其硼衍生物、酯系无灰分散剂等。特别优选被数均分子量为200~5000的烷基或链烯基取代的琥珀酰亚胺化合物或其硼衍生物。
作为琥珀酰亚胺化合物的硼衍生物,例如可以使被数均分子量为200~5,000的烷基或链烯基取代的琥珀酸或其酸酐和多亚烷基多胺、及硼化合物反应而得到。如果上述烷基或链烯基的分子量低于200,则最终得到的琥珀酰亚胺化合物的硼衍生物有时不充分溶解在润滑油基油等中,另外,分子量超过5,000时,琥珀酰亚胺化合物变为高粘度,难以操作。
上述无灰分散剂优选按以组合物总量为基准时为0.2~8质量%的比例使用。
作为酚系抗氧化剂,例如可以举出十八烷基-3-(3,5-二-叔丁基-4-羟基苯基)丙酸酯、4,4’-亚甲基双(2,6-二-叔丁基酚);4,4’-双(2,6-二-叔丁基酚);4,4’-双(2-甲基-6-叔丁基酚);2,2’-亚甲基双(4-乙基-6-叔丁基酚);2,2’-亚甲基双(4-甲基-6-叔丁基酚);4,4’-亚丁基双(3-甲基-6-叔丁基酚);4,4’-异亚丙基双(2,6-二-叔丁基酚);2,2’-亚甲基双(4-甲基-6-壬基酚);2,2’-异亚丁基双(4,6-二甲基酚);2,2’-亚甲基双(4-甲基-6-环己基酚);2,6-二-叔丁基-4-甲基酚;2,6-二-叔丁基-4-乙基酚;2,4-二甲基-6-叔丁基酚;2,6-二-叔戊基-对甲酚;2,6-二-叔丁基-4-(N,N’-二甲基氨基甲基酚);4,4’-硫基双(2-甲基-6-叔丁基酚);4,4’-硫基双(3-甲基-6-叔丁基酚);2,2’-硫基双(4-甲基-6-叔丁基酚);双(3-甲基-4-羟基-5-叔丁基苄基)硫醚;双(3,5-二-叔丁基-4-羟基苄基)硫醚;正辛基-3-(3,5-二-叔丁基-4-羟基苯基)丙酸酯、正十八烷基-3-(3,5-二-叔丁基-4-羟基苯基)丙酸酯;2,2’-硫基[二乙基-双-3-(3,5-二-叔丁基-4-羟基苯基)丙酸酯]等。其中,特别优选双酚系及含有酯基的酚系物质。
另外,作为胺系抗氧化剂,例如可以举出单辛基二苯基胺;单壬基二苯基胺等单烷基二苯基胺系、4,4’-二丁基二苯基胺;4,4’-二戊基二苯基胺;4,4’-二己基二苯基胺;4,4’-二庚基二苯基胺;4,4’-二辛基二苯基胺;4,4’-二壬基二苯基胺等二烷基二苯基胺系、四丁基二苯基胺;四己基二苯基胺;四辛基二苯基胺;四壬基二苯基胺等聚烷基二苯基胺系、及萘基胺系的抗氧化剂,具体可以举出α-萘基胺;苯基-α-萘基胺;进而可以举出丁基苯基-α-萘基胺;戊基苯基-α-萘基胺;己基苯基-α-萘基胺;庚基苯基-α-萘基胺;辛基苯基-α-萘基胺;壬基苯基-α-萘基胺等烷基取代苯基-α-萘基胺等。其中优选二烷基二苯基胺系及萘基胺系的抗氧化剂。
上述抗氧化剂的含量以组合物总量为基准优选在0.3质量%以上,更优选在0.5质量%以上。另一方面,超过5质量%时,可能不溶于润滑油基油。因此,抗氧化剂的配合量优选以组合物总量为基准在0.3~5质量%的范围。
作为金属钝化剂(防铜腐蚀剂),例如可以举出苯并三唑系、甲苯基三唑系、噻二唑系、咪唑系及嘧啶系化合物等。其中优选苯并三唑系化合物。配合金属钝化剂时可以抑制发动机部件的金属腐蚀及氧化劣化。上述金属钝化剂的配合量从配合效果方面考虑以组合物总量为基准,优选为0.01~0.1质量%、更优选为0.03~0.05质量%。
作为抗乳化剂,使用表面活性剂,可以举出聚氧乙烯烷基醚、聚氧乙烯烷基苯基醚及聚氧乙烯烷基萘基醚等聚亚烷基二醇系非离子性表面活性剂等。
除此之外,可以在本发明的润滑油组合物中作为添加剂添加防锈剂、消泡剂。
作为防锈剂,例如可以举出石油磺酸酯、烷基苯磺酸酯、二壬基萘磺酸酯、链烯基琥珀酸酯、多元醇酯等。上述防锈剂的配合量从配合效果方面考虑以组合物总量为基准通常为0.01~1质量%左右,优选为0.05~0.5质量%。
作为消泡剂,例如可以举出硅油、氟硅油及氟烷基醚等,从消泡效果及经济性的平衡等方面考虑,优选基于润滑油组合物总量含有0.0005~0.1质量%左右。
需要说明的是,作为本发明中使用的(D)成分以外的耐磨剂,例如可以并用硫代磷酸金属盐(Zn、Pb、Sb等)、硫代氨基甲酸金属盐(Zn等)、硫化合物、磷酸酯、亚磷酸酯等,上述耐磨剂优选以润滑油组合物为基准按0.05~5质量%的比例使用。
本发明的润滑油组合物显示优异的耐磨性、极压性,而且长换油期性也优异,所以可以优选用作二轮车、四轮车、发电用、船用等汽油机、柴油机、燃气机等内燃机用润滑油。
本发明的润滑油组合物特别优选作为使用硫分在20质量ppm以下的燃料的内燃机用润滑油。一般而言,燃料的硫分低至20质量ppm以下时,特别要求润滑油的润滑性能,润滑性能不充分时,发动机内可能出现咬合等不良现象。而本发明的润滑油组合物即使用于使用上述低硫分燃料的内燃机,也能够长期维持优异的润滑性能,显示充分的长换油期性。
实施例
然后通过实施例说明本发明,但本发明并不限定于下述例子。
具体而言,制造在本发明的润滑油组合物中配合的作为(D)成分的磷酸酯化合物(制造例1~3)及用于比较的升压用有机酸锌盐(制造例4)后,使用由下述各制造例制造的化合物调和润滑油组合物,进行各种评价。
〔制造例1〕
在1000ml烧瓶中投入己烷200ml、辛硫基乙醇114.2g(0.60mol)及五氧化二磷28.4g(0.20mol),在70℃下反应16小时。冷却至室温后,加入稀释用矿物油172g和氧化锌29.3g(0.36mol),在100℃下反应2小时,过滤反应物。蒸馏除去己烷,得到产物(磷酸酯化合物A)327g。
〔制造例2〕
在1000ml烧瓶中投入甲苯200ml、十二烷基硫基乙醇147.7g(0.60mol)及五氧化二磷28.4g(0.20mol),在60℃下反应7小时。冷却至室温后,加入稀释用矿物油172g和氧化锌29.3g(0.36mol),在100℃下反应2小时,过滤反应物。蒸馏除去甲苯,得到产物(磷酸酯化合物B)187g。
〔制造例3〕
在制造例1中,使氧化锌添加量为16.3g(0.20mol),除此之外,用与制造例1相同的方法得到产物(磷酸酯化合物C)316g。
〔制造例4〕
在500mL烧瓶中加入硬脂酸113.6g(0.4mol)、氧化锌16.2g(0.2mol)、甲苯0.05L、水2g,在70℃下反应3小时。减压蒸馏除去甲苯和水后,用相当于150N的矿物油30g,稀释、过滤反应物。得到的反应产物(升压用有机酸锌盐)的产量为148g。
〔实施例1~5、比较例1~5〕
调制具有表1、2所示配合组成的润滑油组合物,进行耐NOx性试验、FALEX耐荷重性能试验及外壳磨损试验。此处,除上述制造例中得到的化合物以外,润滑油组合物的调制中使用的各成分的种类如下所述。
(1)润滑油基油A:氢化精制矿物油(100N)、100℃运动粘度4.5mm2/s、硫含量0.0质量%
(2)润滑油基油B:氢化精制矿物油(500N)、100℃运动粘度10.9mm2/s、硫含量0.01质量%以下
(3)耐磨剂A:仲二烷基二硫代磷酸锌、含磷量8.2质量%,含锌量9.0质量%
(4)耐磨剂B:磷酸二丁基酯
(5)金属系洗涤剂A:水杨酸钙、钙含量6.0质量%、碱值170mg/KOH(高氯酸法)
(6)金属系洗涤剂B:磺酸钙、钙含量2.35质量%、碱值17mg/KOH(高氯酸法)
(7)金属系洗涤剂C:水杨酸钙、钙含量7.8质量%、碱值225mg/KOH(高氯酸法)
(8)无灰分散剂A:聚丁烯基琥珀酰亚胺、含氮量0.97质量%
(9)无灰分散剂B:聚丁烯基琥珀酰亚胺、含氮量1.57质量%
(10)无灰分散剂C:硼改性聚丁烯基琥珀酰亚胺、含氮量1.76质量%、含硼量2.0质量%
(11)抗氧化剂:二烷基二苯基胺和受阻酚系抗氧化剂的混合物
(12)粘度指数提高剂A:PMA(聚甲基丙烯酸酯)
(13)粘度指数提高剂B:OCP(烯烃共聚物)
(14)倾点降低剂:PMA(聚甲基丙烯酸酯)

实施例1、2、比较例1、2:金属钝化剂、消泡剂
实施例3~5、比较例3~5:金属钝化剂、消泡剂、抗乳化剂
如下所述地进行各润滑油组合物的性状测定、耐NOx性试验、FALEX耐荷重性能试验及外壳磨损试验。
(硫酸灰分)
基于JIS K2272进行测定。
(含磷量)
基于JPI-5S-38-92进行测定。
(含锌量)
基于JIS-5S-38-92进行测定。
(耐NOx性试验)
在铁、铜催化剂(氧化试验JIS K-2514的试验片)的存在下,向试样油(润滑油组合物)250mL中,以6L/hr的比例吹入浓度8000质量ppm的一氧化氮(NO)气体、以6L/hr的比例吹入空气。测定将试样油的温度保持在140℃、使其强制劣化时的碱值(盐酸法)。
碱值的减少量越少,表示其是在内燃机中使用的氮氧化物气体氛围中碱值维持性也高、能够更长期使用的润滑油。
需要说明的是,硫酸灰分0.8~0.9质量%的试样油测定96小时后及144小时后的碱值(盐酸法),0.5~0.6质量%的试样油测定48时间后及96小时后的碱值(盐酸法)。
(FALEX耐荷重性能试验)
基于ASTM D3233,测定使用各试样油时的咬合荷重。具体而言,在针的材质:AISI-3153、座的材质:AISI-1137、油量:300mL、转数:290rpm、油温:100℃、荷重:1112N的条件下,试运转5分钟后,在油温100℃下连续增加荷重测定咬合荷重。咬合荷重越高,表示其是耐荷重能力越优异的润滑油。
(外壳磨损试验)
基于ASTM D2783评价各试样油的耐磨性。具体而言,在转数:1200rpm、油温:80℃、荷重:392N、磨损时间:30分钟下进行测定。
各试样油(润滑油组合物)的性状及各种评价试验的结果示于表1、2。

〔评价结果〕
由表1的评价结果可知,使用本发明润滑油组合物的实施例1~5,不仅含有规定的磷酸酯化合物作为耐磨剂,而且组合物整体中的Zn/P元素比率在0.55以上,所以不仅具有与使用ZnDTP作为耐磨剂的比较例1、4同等的耐磨性,而且碱值维持性非常优异。特别是即使用于如实施例3~5所述地低灰分化(初期碱值低)的润滑油组合物,也显示高碱值维持性,显示充分的长换油期性。
另一方面,可知在比较例1~5中,无论硫酸灰分为多少,耐NOx性均差。另外,即使配合本发明中的作为(D)成分的磷酸酯化合物,组合物整体中的Zn/P元素比率低于0.55的比较例3的耐NOx性也不充分。
产业实用性
本发明的润滑油组合物特别适合用作内燃机用润滑油。
Claims (10)
2.润滑油组合物,是在润滑油基油中配合使上述式(1)表示的磷酸酯衍生物和锌化合物反应得到的磷酸酯化合物形成的润滑油组合物,其特征在于,该润滑油组合物中的锌(Zn)和磷(P)的元素比率(Zn/P)以摩尔比计为0.55以上。
3.权利要求1或2所述的润滑油组合物,其特征在于,上述式(1)的磷酸酯衍生物中的Y为O(氧)。
4.权利要求1~3中的任一项所述的润滑油组合物,其特征在于,磷元素的含量以组合物总量为基准在0.12质量%以下。
5.权利要求1~4中的任一项所述的润滑油组合物,其特征在于,上述锌化合物是选自金属锌、锌氧化物、有机锌化合物、锌含氧酸盐、卤化锌及锌配位化合物的至少一种化合物。
6.权利要求1~5中的任一项所述的润滑油组合物,其特征在于,还含有选自金属系洗涤剂、无灰分散剂、酚系及/或胺系抗氧化剂、金属钝化剂及抗乳化剂的至少1种添加剂。
7.权利要求1~6中的任一项所述的润滑油组合物,其特征在于,金属系洗涤剂为碱金属水杨酸盐及/或碱土类金属水杨酸盐。
8.权利要求1~7中的任一项所述的润滑油组合物,其特征在于,硫酸灰分以组合物总量为基准在1质量%以下。
9.权利要求1~8中的任一项所述的润滑油组合物,其特征在于,所述润滑油组合物用于内燃机。
10.权利要求9所述的润滑油组合物,其特征在于,上述内燃机中使用的燃料的硫分在20质量ppm以下。
