Abstract
本发明公开了一种留香性持久的洗发香精,由如下质量百分含量的组分制成:PPG‑15硬脂醇醚0.5‑5%、二丙二醇10‑50%、香精1‑10%、糖脂0.01‑0.1%、卵磷脂1‑5%、水余量。所制得的微囊化香精具有稳定性良好,且能有效控制香气物质的释放,留香持久的特点。

技术领域
本发明涉及化妆品领域,具体的涉及一种留香性持久的洗发香精。
背景技术
香精是赋予化妆品以一定香气的原料,它是制造过程中的关键原料之一。香精选用得当,使化妆品具有其独特的宜人芬芳,不仅受消费者的喜爱,而且还能掩盖产品中某些原料带来的不良气味。有些香精中还含有天然香料成分、植物精油、天然提取物等功效成分,具有保湿、抗衰老、镇静功效,可以在一定程度上提升化妆品的功能。
香精是由多种香料调配成的混合物。由于其各种香料沸点不同,各香原料挥发性能便出现差异,由几分钟到数小时不等。香精的成分比较复杂,主要成分包括萜、萜烯、芳香醇、酐、酯、酮、酚、醚等,并且具有较强的挥发性,对环境(光、热、氧等)敏感。香精沸点低,挥发性高,留香时间短,并且各组分之间挥发时间差异较大,某些组分的挥发不仅造成了香精的香气损失,更是改变了香精香气的组成,从而使得香精香型失真,影响香精及终端产品的品质。因此在如何延长香精香料留香时间,提高香精产品稳定性,因而扩大其应用范围等方向,因此香精香料的释放、控释技术一直是国内外研究的一个热点。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种留香性持久的微胶囊化洗发香精,稳定性良好,且能有效控制香气物质的释放,留香持久。
解决上述问题的具体技术方案如下:
一种微胶囊化香精,由如下质量百分含量的组分制成:PPG-15 硬脂醇醚0.5-5%、二丙二醇10-50%、香精1-10%、糖脂0.01-0.1%、卵磷脂1-5%、水 余量。
在其中一个实施例中,所述的微胶囊化香精,由如下质量百分含量的组分制成:PPG-15 硬脂醇醚1%、二丙二醇30%、香精2%、糖脂0.05%、卵磷脂2%、水 余量。
在其中一些实施例中,所述的香精由香基、溶剂和表面活性剂组成,所述的香基、溶剂和表面活性剂的质量之比为(1-10):(40-80):(5-20)。
本发明所述的香基可以是甜橙果皮油、柠檬精油、香叶天竺葵油、川芎油、玫瑰精油、小苍兰精油、桂酸苯乙酯、水杨酸苯乙酯、广藿香油、琥珀精油、异丁香酚苄醚、甲基紫罗兰酮、桂醇、苯乙醇、乙酸异丁酯、丁酸乙酯的一种或一种以上的混合。
在其中一些实施例中,所述的香基由以下质量份的组分组成:甜橙果皮油5-10份、玫瑰精油1-5份、柠檬精油1-3份、小苍兰精油1-3份、广藿香油1-3份、琥珀精油1-5份、桂酸苯乙酯5份、水杨酸苯乙酯0.5份、异丁香酚苄醚5.5份、甲基紫罗兰酮10份、桂醇5份、苯乙醇4份、乙酸异丁酯5份。
在其中一些实施例中,所述的香基由以下质量份的组分组成:甜橙果皮油9份、玫瑰精油1份、柠檬精油2份、小苍兰精油2份、广藿香油1.5份、琥珀精油2份、桂酸苯乙酯5份、水杨酸苯乙酯0.5份、异丁香酚苄醚5.5份、甲基紫罗兰酮10份、桂醇5份、苯乙醇4份、乙酸异丁酯5份。
本发明所述的溶剂可以为乙醇、丙二醇、动植物油、辛酸癸酸甘油酯、三醋酸甘油酯、水、柠檬酸三乙酯、甘油、柠烯中的一种或两种以上的混合。
本发明所述的表面活性剂可以为卵磷脂、大豆卵磷脂、单硬脂酸甘油脂、蔗糖酯中的一种或两种以上的混合。
本发明实施例还公开了上述的微囊化香精的制备方法,具体步骤如下:
(1)将PPG-15 硬脂醇醚、二丙二醇、香精混合均匀;
(2)加入卵磷脂、糖脂,在20-40度水浴温度和50-150rpm搅拌速度下搅拌3-8分钟;
(3)将水用滴加的方式加入,完毕后再持续搅拌3-8分钟;
(4)将搅拌完毕的溶液取出,在冰浴条件下超声1-3分钟,其中超声频率为5秒/次,每次持续超声4秒,间隔停顿1秒;
(5)将超声完毕的溶液过0.22μm的有机微孔滤膜,即得。
在其中一个实施例中,所述的微囊化香精的制备方法,具体步骤如下:
(1)将PPG-15 硬脂醇醚、二丙二醇、香精混合均匀;
(2)加入卵磷脂、糖脂,在30度水浴温度和100rpm搅拌速度下搅拌5分钟;
(3)滴加加入水,完毕后再持续搅拌5分钟;
(4)将搅拌完毕的溶液取出,在冰浴条件下超声2分钟,其中超声频率为5秒/次,每次持续超声4秒,间隔停顿1秒;
(5)将超声完毕的溶液过0.22μm的有机微孔滤膜,即得。
本发明实施例提供的技术方案带来的有益效果是:本发明提供的微胶囊化洗发香精稳定性良好,且能有效控制香气物质的释放,留香持久。
具体实施方式
为使本发明的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚,下面将对本发明实施方式作进一步地详细描述,但本发明的实施方式不限于此,对于未特别注明的工艺参数或条件,可参照常规技术进行。
本发明所涉及的甜橙果皮油, 由芸香科植物甜橙新鲜果实冷磨或由鲜果皮冷榨而得,也可采用冷榨后的残渣或收集的碎果皮进行水蒸气蒸馏得到。甜橙果皮油可以驱离紧张情绪和压力、改善焦虑所引起的失眠,能促进发汗,帮助皮肤排出毒素,还可以平衡皮肤的酸碱值,帮助胶原形成。
本发明所涉及的玫瑰精油,由蔷薇科植物玫瑰鲜花采用水蒸气蒸馏得到。玫瑰精油能抚慰和协调情绪,对抑郁、生气、悲痛、恐惧、神经紧张和压抑有帮助,还可以促进黑色素分解,改善皮肤干燥,恢复皮肤弹性。
本发明所涉及的柠檬精油,由芸香科植物柠檬果实冷磨或由鲜果皮冷榨而得,也可采用冷榨后的残渣或收集的碎果皮进行水蒸气蒸馏得到。柠檬精油可以提神醒脑、振奋精神、缓解烦躁、净化空气、美白、收敛、平衡油脂分泌、治疗油性皮肤症状。
本发明所涉及的小苍兰精油,由鸢尾科植物小苍兰的花经水蒸气蒸馏或者溶剂萃取得到。小苍兰精油可放松身心,净化空气,有助睡眠,舒缓精神。
本发明所涉及的广藿香油,由唇形科植物广藿香的地上部分经水蒸气蒸馏或者溶剂萃取得到。广藿香油可强化中枢神经系统,平衡沮丧,提神,缓解紧张、焦虑情绪、消除疲劳、嗜睡、营造平衡感、预防发炎,促进细胞新陈代谢。
本发明所涉及的琥珀精油,由琥珀树脂中采用干馏法提取而得。琥珀精油具有与松节油相似的强烈芳香,具有凝神静气、强化意志力、促进血液循环、促进受损肌肤修复的作用。
实施例1
一种微胶囊化香精,由如下质量百分含量的组分制成:PPG-15 硬脂醇醚0.5%、二丙二醇10%、香精1%、糖脂0.1%、卵磷脂1%、水 余量;
其中所述的香精由香基、柠烯、蔗糖酯组成,所述的香基、柠烯、蔗糖酯的质量之比为1:8:2;
其中所述的香基由以下质量份的组分组成:甜橙果皮油5份、玫瑰精油5份、柠檬精油1份、小苍兰精油3份、广藿香油1份、琥珀精油5份、桂酸苯乙酯5份、水杨酸苯乙酯0.5份、广藿香油1份、异丁香酚苄醚5.5份、甲基紫罗兰酮10份、桂醇5份、苯乙醇4份、乙酸异丁酯5份。
所述的微囊化香精的制备方法,具体步骤如下:
(1)将PPG-15 硬脂醇醚、二丙二醇、香精混合均匀;
(2)加入卵磷脂、糖脂,在20-40度水浴温度和50rpm搅拌速度下搅拌3-8分钟;
(3)将水用滴加的方式加入,完毕后再持续搅拌8分钟;
(4)将搅拌完毕的溶液取出,在冰浴条件下超声1分钟,其中超声频率为5秒/次,每次持续超声4秒,间隔停顿1秒;
(5)将超声完毕的溶液过0.22μm的有机微孔滤膜,即得。
实施例2
一种微胶囊化香精,由如下质量百分含量的组分制成:PPG-15 硬脂醇醚5%、二丙二醇50%、香精10%、糖脂0.01%、卵磷脂5%、水 余量;
其中所述的香精由香基、乙醇、大豆卵磷脂组成,所述的香基、乙醇、大豆卵磷脂的质量之比为1:40:5;
其中所述的香基由以下质量份的组分组成:甜橙果皮油10份、玫瑰精油1份、柠檬精油3份、小苍兰精油1份、广藿香油3份、琥珀精油1份、桂酸苯乙酯5份、水杨酸苯乙酯0.5份、广藿香油1份、异丁香酚苄醚5.5份、甲基紫罗兰酮10份、桂醇5份、苯乙醇4份、乙酸异丁酯5份。
所述的微囊化香精的制备方法,具体步骤如下:
(1)将PPG-15 硬脂醇醚、二丙二醇、香精混合均匀;
(2)加入卵磷脂、糖脂,在20-40度水浴温度和150rpm搅拌速度下搅拌3-8分钟;
(3)将水用滴加的方式加入,完毕后再持续搅拌3分钟;
(4)将搅拌完毕的溶液取出,在冰浴条件下超声3分钟,其中超声频率为5秒/次,每次持续超声4秒,间隔停顿1秒;
(5)将超声完毕的溶液过0.22μm的有机微孔滤膜,即得。
实施例3
一种微胶囊化香精,由如下质量百分含量的组分制成:PPG-15 硬脂醇醚1%、二丙二醇30%、香精2%、糖脂0.05%、卵磷脂2%、水 余量;
其中所述的香精由香基、乙醇、卵磷脂组成,所述的香基、乙醇、卵磷脂的质量之比为1:12:3;
其中所述的香基由以下质量份的组分组成:甜橙果皮油9份、玫瑰精油1份、柠檬精油2份、小苍兰精油2份、广藿香油1.5份、琥珀精油2份、桂酸苯乙酯5份、水杨酸苯乙酯0.5份、广藿香油1份、异丁香酚苄醚5.5份、甲基紫罗兰酮10份、桂醇5份、苯乙醇4份、乙酸异丁酯5份。
所述的微囊化香精的制备方法,具体步骤如下:
(1)将PPG-15 硬脂醇醚、二丙二醇、香精混合均匀;
(2)加入卵磷脂、糖脂,在30度水浴温度和100rpm搅拌速度下搅拌5分钟;
(3)滴加加入水,完毕后再持续搅拌5分钟;
(4)将搅拌完毕的溶液取出,在冰浴条件下超声2分钟,其中超声频率为5秒/次,每次持续超声4秒,间隔停顿1秒;
(5)将超声完毕的溶液过0.22μm的有机微孔滤膜,即得。
对比例1
一种普通香精,由如下质量百分含量的组分制成:二丙二醇30%、香精2%、水 余量;
其中所述的香精由香基、乙醇、卵磷脂组成,所述的香基、乙醇、卵磷脂的质量之比为1:12:3;
其中所述的香基由以下质量份的组分组成:甜橙果皮油9份、玫瑰精油1份、柠檬精油2份、小苍兰精油2份、广藿香油1.5份、琥珀精油2份、桂酸苯乙酯5份、水杨酸苯乙酯0.5份、广藿香油1份、异丁香酚苄醚5.5份、甲基紫罗兰酮10份、桂醇5份、苯乙醇4份、乙酸异丁酯5份。
所述的香精的制备方法,具体步骤如下:将各组分搅拌均匀即可。
试验一、留香测试
嗅辨法:评香人员在温度、湿度条件相同的房间内,每隔一段时间对闻香纸上香精溶液进行嗅辨,可以清晰区辨香气浓度的差异,直至香味消失,即为香精香气释放过程中的香气浓度值。
1.评香人员筛选与培训
根据国标《GB/T 14454.2-2008香料香气评定法》,召集相测评人员,先以三角评析法对所有评价人员18人进行一般嗅觉灵敏情况筛选,选择能快速、精确区别不同香气浓度的评价人员10人进行香气感官训练。通过学习熟悉香气香韵、香气浓度之间的差别以及感官评价指标与标准,经培训后的评香人员在温度、湿度条件相同的房间内,每隔一段时间对闻香纸上香精乙醇溶液进行嗅辨,可以清晰区辨香气浓度的差异,直至香味消失。
2.感官评价方法的建立
液体香料的香气评析办法一般通过选用干净无污染的专业闻香纸,宽1.0cm、长15.0cm进行嗅辨实验。由10名闻香人员,每隔一小时对闻香纸上香精组、释放对照组、非香精组进行嗅辨,香气连续释放5h,每组实验重复三次。取10位评香人员评价分数的平均值即为香精香气释放过程中的香气浓度值。
3.感官评价标准
由评选出的十名评香人员对不同香气浓度进行预实验,检测方法为使用宽1.0cm、长15.0cm的专业闻香纸,距离鼻孔2cm处嗅闻,每次2-3s,评价指标为在香韵纯正的香气、无刺鼻等令人不愉快的气味的基础上对香气浓度进行比较评分,根据结果制定以下香气释放评价标准:

4.对实施例1-3和对比例1所制得的微囊化香精/普通香精按照上述方法在常温下进行感官分析,重复三次取平均值计算得到香气浓度值,结果显示如表2所示。

由表2可知,实施例1-3所制得的微囊化香精能有效控制香气物质的释放,留香持久。
试验二稳定性测试
对实施例3所制得的微囊化香精储存在室温下,每隔1个月采用马尔文激光粒度仪进行测定。检测时取适量的微囊化香精,进行100倍稀释,通过马尓文激光粒度仪进行测定,检测温度为25度。每个样品重复三次,取平均值计算为最终检测结果,具体结果见表3。

由表3可见,本发明实施例所制得的微囊化香精在室温存放下粒径变化小,稳定性良好。

Claims (8)
1.一种微胶囊化香精,其特征在于,由如下质量百分含量的组分制成:PPG-15 硬脂醇醚0.5-5%、二丙二醇10-50%、香精1-10%、糖脂0.01-0.1%、卵磷脂1-5%、水 余量;
所述的香精由香基、溶剂和表面活性剂组成,所述的香基、溶剂和表面活性剂的质量之比为(1-10):(40-80):(5-20);
所述的微胶囊化香精的制备方法包括如下步骤:
(1)将PPG-15 硬脂醇醚、二丙二醇、香精混合均匀;
(2)加入卵磷脂、糖脂,在20-40度水浴温度和50-150rpm搅拌速度下搅拌3-8分钟;
(3)将水用滴加的方式加入,完毕后再持续搅拌3-8分钟;
(4)将搅拌完毕的溶液取出,在冰浴条件下超声1-3分钟,其中超声频率为5秒/次,每次持续超声4秒,间隔停顿1秒;
(5)将超声完毕的溶液过0.22μm的有机微孔滤膜,即得。
2.根据权利要求1所述的所述的微胶囊化香精,其特征在于,由如下质量百分含量的组分制成:PPG-15 硬脂醇醚1%、二丙二醇30%、香精2%、糖脂0.05%、卵磷脂2%、水 余量。
3.根据权利要求1所述的所述的微胶囊化香精,其特征在于,所述的香基是甜橙果皮油、柠檬精油、香叶天竺葵油、川芎油、玫瑰精油、小苍兰精油、桂酸苯乙酯、水杨酸苯乙酯、广藿香油、琥珀精油、异丁香酚苄醚、甲基紫罗兰酮、桂醇、苯乙醇、乙酸异丁酯、丁酸乙酯的一种或一种以上的混合。
4.根据权利要求3所述的所述的微胶囊化香精,其特征在于,所述的香基由以下质量份的组分组成:甜橙果皮油5-10份、玫瑰精油1-5份、柠檬精油1-3份、小苍兰精油1-3份、广藿香油1-3份、琥珀精油1-5份、桂酸苯乙酯5份、水杨酸苯乙酯0.5份、异丁香酚苄醚5.5份、甲基紫罗兰酮10份、桂醇5份、苯乙醇4份、乙酸异丁酯5份。
5.根据权利要求4所述的所述的微胶囊化香精,其特征在于,所述的香基由以下质量份的组分组成:甜橙果皮油9份、玫瑰精油1份、柠檬精油2份、小苍兰精油2份、广藿香油1.5份、琥珀精油2份、桂酸苯乙酯5份、水杨酸苯乙酯0.5份、异丁香酚苄醚5.5份、甲基紫罗兰酮10份、桂醇5份、苯乙醇4份、乙酸异丁酯5份。
6.根据权利要求1所述的所述的微胶囊化香精,其特征在于,所述的溶剂为乙醇、丙二醇、动植物油、辛酸癸酸甘油酯、三醋酸甘油酯、水、柠檬酸三乙酯、甘油、柠烯中的一种或两种以上的混合。
7.根据权利要求1所述的所述的微胶囊化香精,其特征在于,所述的表面活性剂为卵磷脂、大豆卵磷脂、单硬脂酸甘油脂、蔗糖酯中的一种或两种以上的混合。
8.根据权利要求1所述的所述的微胶囊化香精,其特征在于,其制备方法包括如下步骤:
(1)将PPG-15 硬脂醇醚、二丙二醇、香精混合均匀;
(2)加入卵磷脂、糖脂,在30度水浴温度和100rpm搅拌速度下搅拌5分钟;
(3)滴加加入水,完毕后再持续搅拌5分钟;
(4)将搅拌完毕的溶液取出,在冰浴条件下超声2分钟,其中超声频率为5秒/次,每次持续超声4秒,间隔停顿1秒;
(5)将超声完毕的溶液过0.22μm的有机微孔滤膜,即得。
