Abstract
本发明公开了一种医护纤维布及其制作工艺,其包括内层及外层,所述内层为天然棉、氨纶和涤纶的混纺织物,所述外层为涂覆有无卤素阻燃胶料的聚酯纤维布料,所述外层与内层之间设置有胶粘层。本发明将内层的混纺织物与外层涂覆有无卤素阻燃胶料的聚酯纤维布料通过胶粘层进行结合,使得结合后的医护纤维布具有较佳的阻燃效果。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种纤维布面料制作方法,尤其是涉及一种医护纤维布及其制作工艺。
背景技术
医护工作者的工作环境中存在各种病菌,特别是在进行输液、外伤处理和手术操作的医生,他们时常会接触病人的体液或是血液,感染的机率非常高,其自身的健康常常受到威胁,所以他们不得不穿上厚实的防护服,而现有的医护及消防等第一防线救护人员对防护服面料的阻燃要求较为严格,如何提供防护服面料保证救护人员的安全成为重中之重的考量。
发明内容
基于此,有必要针对现有技术的不足,提供一种具有良好的阻燃效果、持久的阻燃效率的医护纤维布及其制作工艺。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明所采用的技术方案是:一种医护纤维布,包括内层及外层,所述内层为天然棉、氨纶和涤纶的混纺织物,所述外层为涂覆有无卤素阻燃胶料的聚酯纤维布料,所述外层与内层之间设置有胶粘层。
在其中一个实施例中,所述天然棉、氨纶和涤纶的混纺重量比为5~10%:5~8%:80~90%。
在其中一个实施例中,所述内层厚度为1.5~2mm。
在其中一个实施例中,所述无卤素阻燃胶料由增黏剂和无卤素阻燃剂按重量比(8~10):100的比例调配而成。
在其中一个实施例中,所述无卤素阻燃胶料的黏度为15000~17000cps。
在其中一个实施例中,所述胶粘层为PVC粘胶。
在其中一个实施例中,所述PVC粘胶由以下重量份数的原料搅拌而成:聚氯乙烯树脂100、耐寒剂5、钙锌安定剂9、耐低温可塑剂30、阻燃剂5、增效剂10。
一种医护纤维布的制作工艺,其包括如下步骤,
(1)、制备天然棉、氨纶和涤纶的混纺织物的内层:选取混纺重量比为5~10%:5~8%:80~90%的天然棉、氨纶和涤纶制备混纺纱线,再将混纺纱线制备成厚度为1.5~2mm的经编面料的混纺织物;
(2)、制备涂覆有无卤素阻燃胶料的聚酯纤维布料外层:对聚酯纤维布进行染色、脱水、定型后上胶,其中上胶是将含有增黏剂的无卤素阻燃剂涂覆在聚酯纤维布料;
(3)、面料贴合:将制得的外层通过PVC粘胶贴附到内层上,并进行加热加压处理,其中,加热温度为50~60℃,加热时间为8~10min,加压压力为3~6kg/cm2。
在其中一个实施例中,步骤(2)中上胶的方法包括以下步骤:
(2.1)、调配无卤素阻燃胶料,将增黏剂及无卤素阻燃剂按重量比(8~10):100进行调配而成无卤素阻燃胶料;
(2.2)、将无卤素阻燃胶料加入至上胶机内,将聚酯纤维布置于上胶机上;
(2.3)、调整上胶机的烘箱温度为120~180℃,并以12~20m/min速度对聚酯纤维布进行涂布;
(2.4)、在聚酯纤维布涂布完成后,在室温下自然静置,形成涂覆有无卤素阻燃胶料的聚酯纤维布。
在其中一个实施例中,所述步骤(1)中天然棉、氨纶和涤纶的混纺重量比为5~10%:5~8%:80~90%。
综上所述,本发明一种医护纤维布及其制作工艺将内层的混纺织物与外层涂覆有无卤素阻燃胶料的聚酯纤维布料通过胶粘层进行结合,使得结合后的医护纤维布具有较佳的阻燃效果。

为能进一步了解本发明的特征、技术手段以及所达到的具体目的、功能,下面结合具体实施方式对本发明作进一步详细描述。
本发明一种医护纤维布包括内层及外层,所述内层为天然棉、氨纶和涤纶的混纺织物,其中,天然棉、氨纶和涤纶的成分比例根据用户需求调制,具体地,所述天然棉、氨纶和涤纶的混纺重量比为5~10%:5~8%:80~90%,所述内层面料为经编面料,先将天然棉、氨纶和涤纶制备混纺纱线,再将混纺纱线制备成经编面料的混纺织物,所述内层面料厚度为1.5~2mm,具有良好的透气性及防水能力,保证面料穿着的舒适度。
所述外层为涂覆有无卤素阻燃胶料的聚酯纤维布料,所述无卤素阻燃胶料由增黏剂和无卤素阻燃剂按重量比(8~10):100的比例调配而成,其中无卤素阻燃胶料的黏度为15000~17000cps,具有良好的阻燃效果及不熔滴的特性,不熔滴表现为,当聚酯纤维布料达到熔点时,聚酯纤维布料只会产生雾化,不会熔解下滴,从而达到阻燃效果。
所述外层与内层之间设置有胶粘层,所述胶粘层为PVC粘胶,所述PVC粘胶包括以下重量份数的原料搅拌混合而成:聚氯乙烯树脂100、耐寒剂5、钙锌安定剂9、耐低温可塑剂30、阻燃剂5、增效剂10。
根据上述本发明一种医护纤维布,本发明提供一种医护纤维布的制作工艺,该方法中涉及的医护纤维布可以与上述一种医护纤维布实施例阐述的技术特征相同,并能产生相同的技术效果。本发明一种医护纤维布的制作工艺通过将内层的混纺织物与外层的聚酯纤维布料通过胶粘层进行结合,使得结合后的医护纤维布具有较佳的阻燃效果。
本发明一种医护纤维布的制作工艺,包括如下步骤:
(1)、制备天然棉、氨纶和涤纶的混纺织物的内层:选取混纺重量比为5~10%:5~8%:80~90%的天然棉、氨纶和涤纶制备混纺纱线条,将天然棉、氨纶和涤纶通过清花、开棉、并条、粗纱、细纱、络筒、加捻等工序制成混纺纱线条,再制备成厚度约为1.5~2mm的经编面料,具有良好的透气性及防水能力,保证面料穿着的舒适度;
(2)、制备涂覆有无卤素阻燃胶料的聚酯纤维布料外层:对聚酯纤维布进行染色、脱水、定型后上胶,其中染色、脱水、定型为本领域技术人员的常用技术,在此不必赘述,上胶是将含有增黏剂的无卤素阻燃剂涂覆在聚酯纤维布料上;
(3)、面料贴合:将制得的外层通过PVC粘胶贴附到内层上,并进行加热加压处理,其中,加热温度为50~60℃,加热时间为8~10min,加压压力为3~6kg/cm2。
在其中一个实施例中,所述上胶的方法包括以下步骤:
(2.1)、调配无卤素阻燃胶料,将增黏剂及无卤素阻燃剂按重量比(8~10):100进行调配而成无卤素阻燃胶料;
(2.2)、将无卤素阻燃胶料加入至上胶机内,将聚酯纤维布置于上胶机上;
(2.3)、调整上胶机的烘箱温度为120~180℃,并以12~20m/min速度对聚酯纤维布进行涂布;
(2.4)、在聚酯纤维布涂布完成后,在室温下自然静置,形成涂覆有无卤素阻燃胶料的聚酯纤维布,具有良好的阻燃效果。
综上所述,本发明一种医护纤维布及其制作工艺将内层的混纺织物与外层涂覆有无卤素阻燃胶料的聚酯纤维布料通过胶粘层进行结合,使得结合后的医护纤维布具有较佳的阻燃效果。

1.一种医护纤维布,其特征在于:包括内层及外层,所述内层为天然棉、氨纶和涤纶的混纺织物,所述外层为涂覆有无卤素阻燃胶料的聚酯纤维布料,所述外层与内层之间设置有胶粘层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种医护纤维布,其特征在于:所述天然棉、氨纶和涤纶的混纺重量比为5~10%:5~8%:80~90%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种医护纤维布,其特征在于:所述内层厚度为1.5~2mm。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种医护纤维布,其特征在于:所述无卤素阻燃胶料由增黏剂和无卤素阻燃剂按重量比(8~10):100的比例调配而成。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种医护纤维布,其特征在于:所述无卤素阻燃胶料的黏度为15000~17000cps。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种医护纤维布,其特征在于:所述胶粘层为PVC粘胶。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种医护纤维布,其特征在于:所述PVC粘胶由以下重量份数的原料搅拌而成:聚氯乙烯树脂100、耐寒剂5、钙锌安定剂9、耐低温可塑剂30、阻燃剂5、增效剂10。
8.一种医护纤维布的制作工艺,其特征在于,包括如下步骤,
(1)、制备天然棉、氨纶和涤纶的混纺织物的内层:选取天然棉、氨纶和涤纶制备混纺纱线,再将混纺纱线制备成厚度为1.5~2mm的经编面料的混纺织物;
(2)、制备涂覆有无卤素阻燃胶料的聚酯纤维布料外层:对聚酯纤维布进行染色、脱水、定型后上胶,其中上胶是将含有增黏剂的无卤素阻燃剂涂覆在聚酯纤维布料;
(3)、面料贴合:将制得的外层通过PVC粘胶贴附到内层上,并进行加热加压处理,其中,加热温度为50~60℃,加热时间为8~10min,加压压力为3~6kg/cm2。
9.根据权利要求8所述的一种医用纤维布的制造方法,其特征在于,步骤(2)中上胶的方法包括以下步骤:
(2.1)、调配无卤素阻燃胶料,将增黏剂及无卤素阻燃剂按重量比(8~10):100进行调配而成无卤素阻燃胶料;
(2.2)、将无卤素阻燃胶料加入至上胶机内,将聚酯纤维布置于上胶机上;
(2.3)、调整上胶机的烘箱温度为120~180℃,并以12~20m/min速度对聚酯纤维布进行涂布;
(2.4)、在聚酯纤维布涂布完成后,在室温下自然静置,形成涂覆有无卤素阻燃胶料的聚酯纤维布。
10.根据权利要求8所述的一种医用纤维布的制造方法,其特征在于:所述步骤(1)中天然棉、氨纶和涤纶的混纺重量比为5~10%:5~8%:80~90%。
