Background
Along with the development of society, water pollution is more and more serious, at present, some floating garbage is frequently arranged on the water surface, and plastic garbage, household garbage, industrial garbage and the like are classified according to types; the shape of the material is divided into round, square, irregular, long strip and the like. To ensure the water environment, it is necessary to clean the garbage floating on the water surface by the corresponding cleaning boat.
The prior art with the Chinese patent publication number of CN207902703U discloses an unmanned riverway float removing ship in the day of 9 and 25 in 2018, and the float removing ship can better collect floats on the water surface, but the prior art represented by the patent is limited by the structure of equipment, and long-shaped floats such as long bamboo poles, long trunks and the like can only be salvaged in the same travelling direction as the float removing ship. The long-strip-shaped floating objects on the water surface, which are perpendicular or nearly perpendicular to the running direction of the float-cleaning ship, cannot be directly salvaged, and the ship can be salvaged only by turning the ship to the direction consistent with the length direction of the long floating objects. On the other hand, when long floater transversely gets into fishing device, will block up fishing device, still need the manual work to clear stifled, waste time and energy. The direction distribution of the floaters in the water is disordered, so that the salvaging efficiency of the float-cleaning ship is low, and the labor intensity is too high.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the problems in the prior art and provide an automatic float-cleaning ship for water surface floats, and the technical problem solved by the invention is that floats in different directions on the water surface can be directly salvaged.
In order to achieve the above purpose, the technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows:
an automatic float-cleaning ship for water surface floats, which is characterized in that: including hull, fishing device, horizontal conveying device, saw cut device, broken material conveyor, breaker and storage discharge apparatus, fishing device sets up the bow at the hull and is used for salvaging the floater, storage discharge apparatus sets up the stern at the hull and is used for storing up the material and discharge, saw cut the device and fix in the top of storing discharge apparatus, horizontal conveying device level is fixed between fishing device and saw cut the device, breaker is fixed in fishing device's discharge end below, broken material conveyor slope is fixed in horizontal conveying device below, and broken material conveyor's low end is located breaker's below, and the high end is located the top of storing discharge apparatus.
The salvaging device comprises a salvaging net chain and a salvaging hydraulic cylinder, wherein the salvaging net chain comprises a feeding end and a discharging end, the discharging end is movably connected to the ship body, two ends of the salvaging hydraulic cylinder are respectively movably connected with the ship body and the salvaging net chain, and the salvaging hydraulic cylinder is used for adjusting the height of the feeding end.
The sawing device comprises a sawing hydraulic cylinder, sawing pieces and supporting rollers, wherein the supporting rollers are symmetrically arranged at the discharge end of the horizontal conveying device, and the sawing pieces are arranged above gaps between the supporting rollers through the sawing hydraulic cylinder.
The sawing device is fixed above the storing and unloading device through a bracket.
The crushing device comprises a crusher, a material bearing table and a pushing component, wherein the material bearing table is obliquely fixed below the discharge end of the salvaging device, the crusher is fixed above the high end of the material bearing table, the pushing component is arranged at the low end of the material bearing table, and the pushing component and the crusher are matched to crush floaters.
The pushing assembly comprises a pushing head and a pushing head hydraulic cylinder, the pushing head is arranged on the material bearing table in a sliding manner, the pushing head hydraulic cylinder is fixed on the material bearing table, and a piston rod of the pushing head hydraulic cylinder is connected with the pushing head dumpling.
The lower part of the crusher is fixedly provided with a guide plate for guiding materials to the crushed material conveying device.
The storage unloading device comprises a storage bin, a conveying net chain and an unloading hydraulic cylinder, wherein the conveying net chain is arranged at the bottom of the storage bin, one end of the storage bin is movably connected to the ship body, two ends of the unloading hydraulic cylinder are respectively movably connected with the ship body and the storage bin, and the unloading hydraulic cylinder is used for controlling lifting of the other end of the storage bin.
The float-cleaning ship further comprises a material collecting device, the material collecting device comprises a supporting frame, a suspension frame hydraulic cylinder and a material collecting roller, the supporting frame is fixed on the ship body, one end of the suspension frame is movably connected to the supporting frame, the other end of the suspension frame is connected with a material collecting roller bearing, two ends of the suspension frame hydraulic cylinder are respectively movably connected with the supporting frame and the suspension frame, and the suspension frame hydraulic cylinder drives the material collecting roller through the suspension frame.
And stirring teeth are uniformly arranged on the material collecting roller.
The invention has the advantages that:
1. according to the invention, various floats on the water surface can be salvaged through the salvaging device, and long floats which are salvaged and parallel or approximately parallel to the ship body can be automatically cut off and sent into the storing and unloading device through the horizontal conveying device and the sawing device. The long floats which are salvaged and vertical or approximately vertical to the ship body can be automatically crushed through the crushing material conveying device and the crushing device, wherein the part of the floats within the length range of the crushing roller of the crusher is automatically crushed and is sent into the storage and discharge device, the floats automatically fall into water after being cut off at the part outside the length range of the crushing roller of the crusher, and then are salvaged again to continue shortening until all the floats are collected. The long floaters on the water surface can be effectively salvaged and collected into the storage and discharge device no matter in the direction parallel or approximately parallel to the ship body or in the direction vertical or approximately vertical to the ship body, the floater is not required to be adapted by the float cleaning ship through steering, and the floater which comes transversely is not required to be blocked and cleaned by manpower. Solves the technical problem that floats in different directions on the water surface cannot be directly salvaged in the prior art, greatly improves the float cleaning efficiency, reduces the labor intensity of workers and the like.
2. The salvaging device comprises a salvaging net chain and a salvaging hydraulic cylinder, wherein the salvaging hydraulic cylinder can be used for adjusting the draft of the feeding end on one hand, when salvaging, the feeding end is submerged in water, and when the ship is driven, the feeding end is higher than the water surface in order to reduce the driving resistance; on the other hand, when the large-sized floater is salvaged on the salvaging net chain, the salvaging hydraulic cylinder can also lift the salvaging net chain to be close to the horizontal position so as to prevent the large-sized floater from slipping on the salvaging net chain, so that the large-sized floater can be smoothly conveyed to the horizontal conveying device, and the large-sized floater is conveniently and rapidly salvaged.
3. The sawing device comprises the sawing hydraulic cylinder, the sawing piece and the supporting roller, and long floats which are salvaged and parallel or approximately parallel to the ship body can be effectively cut into short sections through the cooperation of the sawing hydraulic cylinder, the sawing piece and the supporting roller, so that the long floats are more beneficial to collection.
4. The sawing device is fixed above the storing and discharging device, so that the cut floating objects can fall into the storing and discharging device automatically.
5. The crushing device comprises a crusher, a material bearing table and a material pushing assembly, and the salvaged floating objects which are vertical or approximately vertical to the ship body can be automatically crushed through the cooperation of the material pushing assembly and the crusher. The part of the floating object within the length range of the crushing roller of the crusher is automatically crushed and is sent into the storing and unloading device, the part of the floating object outside the length range of the crushing roller of the crusher is cut off and then automatically falls into water, and the part of the floating object is salvaged to continue to shorten until the floating object is completely collected.
6. The invention adopts the push head and the push head hydraulic cylinder as the pushing component and has the advantages of simple structure, good pushing effect, low cost and the like.
7. According to the invention, the material guide plate for guiding the crushed material to the crushed material conveying device is fixedly arranged below the crusher, and crushed floating materials can automatically fall onto the crushed material conveying device to be conveyed through the material guide plate, so that the crushed floating materials are prevented from falling onto the ship body.
8. The storage and unloading device comprises a storage bin, a conveying net chain and an unloading hydraulic cylinder, wherein the unloading hydraulic cylinder is used for controlling the lifting of the other end of the storage bin; through the cooperation of storage silo, conveying net chain and pneumatic cylinder of unloading, can be with the floater automatic discharge of collecting, it is simpler convenient to unload.
9. The invention also comprises a material collecting device, wherein the material collecting device comprises a support frame, a suspension frame hydraulic cylinder and a material collecting roller, the support frame is fixed on the ship body, one end of the suspension frame is movably connected to the support frame, the other end of the suspension frame is connected with a material collecting roller bearing, two ends of the suspension frame hydraulic cylinder are respectively and movably connected with the support frame and the suspension frame, and the suspension frame hydraulic cylinder drives the material collecting roller through the suspension frame. The structure can actively gather the floaters in front of the ship body to the salvaging device, and is beneficial to quickly salvaging the floaters.
10. According to the invention, the material stirring teeth are uniformly arranged on the material collecting roller, and the material stirring teeth are beneficial to driving the materials to gather towards the salvaging device.

The invention discloses an automatic float-cleaning ship for water surface floats, which comprises a ship body 1, a salvaging device 2, a horizontal conveying device 3, a sawing device 4, a broken material conveying device 5, a breaking device 6 and a storage and discharge device 7, wherein the salvaging device 2 is arranged at the bow of the ship body 1 and is used for salvaging the floats, the storage and discharge device 7 is arranged at the stern of the ship body 1 and is used for storing and discharging, the sawing device 4 is fixed above the storage and discharge device 7, the horizontal conveying device 3 is horizontally fixed between the salvaging device 2 and the sawing device 4, the discharge end of the horizontal conveying device 3 is positioned above the storage and discharge device 7, the horizontal conveying device 3 is used for conveying long floats which are salvaged by the salvaging device 2 and are parallel or approximately parallel to the ship body 1 to the sawing device 4, the sawing device 4 is used for cutting off the long floats and enabling the cut floats to fall into the storage and discharge device 7, the breaking device 6 is fixed below the discharge end of the salvaging device 2, the breaking device 6 is used for breaking the long floats which are vertical or approximately vertical to the ship body 1, the discharging device 5 is horizontally fixed above the salvaging device 5 is positioned below the breaking device 5, the broken material conveying device 5 is positioned below the broken material conveying device 5, and the broken material conveying device is positioned below the broken material conveying device 5.
In the invention, the horizontal conveying device 3 and the crushed material conveying device 5 are both of the conventional net chain conveying structure, a gap is reserved between the horizontal conveying device 3 and the discharging end of the salvaging device 2, long floaters which are salvaged by the salvaging device 2 and are parallel or approximately parallel to the ship body 1 automatically enter the horizontal conveying device 3, long floaters which are salvaged by the salvaging device 2 and are vertical or approximately vertical to the ship body 1 automatically fall into the crushing device 6 for crushing, and the crushed floaters are conveyed into the storing and unloading device 7 by the crushed material conveying device 5.
According to the invention, the salvaging device 2 comprises a salvaging net chain 8 and a salvaging hydraulic cylinder 9, wherein the salvaging net chain 8 comprises a feeding end and a discharging end which are used for extending into water to salvage floating objects, the discharging end is movably connected to the ship body 1, two ends of the salvaging hydraulic cylinder 9 are respectively and movably connected with the ship body 1 and the salvaging net chain 8, and the salvaging hydraulic cylinder 9 is used for adjusting the height of the feeding end, so that the salvaging device 2 can flexibly convert under different conditions of running, salvaging and the like. The fishing net chain 8 is a conventional technology in the prior art and is used for automatically fishing the floating objects to the ship body 1.
In the invention, the sawing device 4 is fixed above the storage and unloading device 7 through the bracket 12, the sawing device 4 comprises sawing hydraulic cylinders, sawing pieces 10 and supporting rollers 11, the supporting rollers 11 are symmetrically arranged at the discharging end of the horizontal conveying device 3, the height of the supporting rollers 11 is preferably the same as that of the horizontal conveying device 3, the sawing pieces 10 are arranged above gaps among the supporting rollers 11 through the sawing hydraulic cylinders, and the sawing pieces 10 can be disk saws or chain saws. When the horizontal conveying device 3 is in operation, long floats enter two supporting rollers 11 under the action of the horizontal conveying device 3, at the moment, the sawing hydraulic cylinder controls the sawing piece 10 to move downwards to cut off the long floats, the sawing hydraulic cylinder controls the sawing piece 10 to retract after cutting off, a shorter section of floats automatically fall into the storage and discharge device 7, and the rest of the long floats continuously move towards the supporting rollers 11 under the driving of the horizontal conveying device 3. Repeatedly cutting off the rest part of the long floating object.
In the invention, the crushing device 6 comprises a crusher 13, a material bearing table 14 and a pushing component, wherein the material bearing table 14 is obliquely fixed below the discharge end of the salvaging device 2, the crusher 13 is fixed above the high end of the material bearing table 14, the pushing component is arranged at the low end of the material bearing table 14, and the pushing component is matched with the crusher 13 to crush floating objects. The pushing assembly comprises a pushing head 15 and a pushing head hydraulic cylinder 16, the pushing head 15 is arranged on the material bearing table 14 in a sliding mode, the pushing head hydraulic cylinder 16 is fixed on the material bearing table 14, and a piston rod of the pushing head hydraulic cylinder 16 is connected with the pushing head 15 in a dumpling mode. Further, a guide plate 17 for guiding the crushed material to the crushed material conveying device 5 is fixedly arranged below the crusher 13. When the long floating object is in operation, the long floating object falls onto the material bearing table 14, the pushing head hydraulic cylinder 16 drives the long floating object to move to the high end through the pushing head 15, the long floating object is broken by the breaker 13 when moving to the high end of the material bearing table 14, and the broken floating object enters the vertical conveying mechanism under the guidance of the material guide plate 17. If the length of the floating object is larger than that of the crushing roller, the floating object automatically falls into water after being cut off at a part outside the length range of the crushing roller, and then the floating object is salvaged again to continue to shorten until the floating object is completely collected.
In the invention, the storage and unloading device 7 comprises a storage bin 18, a conveying net chain 19 and an unloading hydraulic cylinder 20, wherein the conveying net chain 19 is arranged at the bottom of the storage bin 18, one end of the storage bin 18 is movably connected to the ship body 1, two ends of the unloading hydraulic cylinder 20 are respectively and movably connected with the ship body 1 and the storage bin 18, and the unloading hydraulic cylinder 20 is used for controlling the lifting of the other end of the storage bin 18. When more floaters in the storage bin 18, a piston rod of the unloading hydraulic cylinder 20 stretches in to drive the other end of the storage bin 18 to ascend, and when the storage bin 18 ascends to a proper height, the floaters in the storage bin 18 can be unloaded by starting the conveying net chain 19.
In the invention, the float-cleaning ship further comprises a gathering device 21 for gathering the floating objects to the salvaging device 2, the gathering device 21 comprises a supporting frame 22, a suspension 23, a suspension hydraulic cylinder 24 and a gathering roller 25, the supporting frame 22 is fixed on the ship body 1, one end of the suspension 23 is movably connected to the supporting frame 22, the other end of the suspension 23 is connected with the gathering roller 25 through a bearing, two ends of the suspension hydraulic cylinder 24 are respectively and movably connected with the supporting frame 22 and the suspension 23, and the suspension hydraulic cylinder 24 drives the gathering roller 25 to gather the floating objects to the salvaging device 2 through the suspension 23. Wherein, gather the both ends of material roller 25 and suspension 23 swing joint through the bearing, gather material roller 25 and drive rotatable by hydraulic cylinder, evenly be provided with on the material roller 25 and dial material tooth 26, and dial the material tooth 26 and preferentially be triangle-shaped structure.
In the invention, a driving control chamber 27 is fixedly arranged on the supporting frame 22, and the ship body 1, the salvaging device 2, the horizontal conveying device 3, the sawing device 4, the crushed material conveying device 5, the crushing device 6 and the storing and unloading device 7 are controlled in a centralized manner through the driving control chamber 27.
The working principle of the invention is as follows:
the draft of the salvaging net chain 8 is adjusted, then the ship body 1 is controlled to salvage the floating objects on the water surface, and the floating objects are automatically output through the discharging end of the salvaging net chain 8 under the action of the salvaging net chain 8. Wherein the smaller sized floats can be fed into the storage bin 18 by means of the horizontal conveyor 3 or the crushed material conveyor 5. Long floats parallel or approximately parallel to the hull 1 will automatically enter the horizontal conveying device 3 and then fall into the storage bin 18 after being cut off by the sawing device 4. Long floats perpendicular or approximately perpendicular to the hull 1 will fall onto the material bearing table 14, after being crushed by the crushing device 6, and then transported to the storage bin 18 by the crushed material transporting device 5.
