背景技术

但是现有黄芪制品通常为切片,冲泡式饮用黄芪制品通常不能很好地释放黄芪制品中的有益含量,而且黄芪冲泡后有特殊气味,部分人群不能接受,所以需要一种可以冲泡的黄芪复合冲剂,满足不同需求的人群。

本发明提供了一种黄芪复合冲剂及其制备方法,解决了现有黄芪市场,大多是切片或冲泡类饮品,不能满足不喜黄芪气味等受众的需求,且黄芪有益成分释放不完全等的问题。

一种黄芪复合冲剂及其制备方法,所述黄芪复合冲剂由包括以下重量份数的原料制成:黄芪15-20份,甘草10-14份,红枣15-20份,薏仁15-20份,木瓜5-10份,山药10-14份,百尾笋5-10份。
优选的,所述黄芪复合冲剂由包括以下重量份数的原料制成:黄芪17-19份,甘草11-13份,红枣16-19份,薏仁16-19份,木瓜6-9份,山药11-13份,百尾笋6-9份。
优选的,所述黄芪复合冲剂由包括以下重量份数的原料制成:黄芪17.5份,甘草12份,红枣17.5份,薏仁17.5份,木瓜7.5份,山药12份,百尾笋7.5份。
优选的,所述的一种黄芪复合冲剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)选料:选取干净、品质优良的黄芪,甘草,红枣,薏仁,木瓜,山药,百尾笋,按配比分别称量;
(2)粉碎:将步骤(1)称量后原料分别粉碎,黄芪粉碎至10-15目,剩余原料均粉碎至30-50目,最后得到的混合料;
(3)萃取:将步骤(2)得到的混合料加入40倍体积的水,水煮2-3小时,过滤,得滤液备用;
(4)制粒:在步骤(3)中的滤液中加入重量比10%的配料,均匀混合后,放入快速搅拌制粒机搅拌10min,得到颗粒状的混合物;
(5)烘干:将步骤(4)中的颗粒状混合物,烘干,灭菌,10g/袋定量无菌包装。
优选的,所述烘干步骤中,烘干温度50℃-60℃,烘干时间2-2.5小时。
优选的,所述配料由以下重量份数的原料制成:麦芽糊精10-15份,玉米淀粉10-15份。
黄芪性微温,味甘。归脾经、肺经。功效与作用:补气固表、利尿、托毒排脓、生肌。属补虚药下属分类的补气药。治疗气短心悸、乏力、虚脱、自汗、盗汗、体虚浮肿、慢性肾炎、久泻、脱肛、子宫脱垂、痈疽难溃、疮口久不愈合、小儿支气管哮喘、慢性乙型肝炎、慢性肾炎和病毒性心肌炎。补气宜炙用,止汗、利尿、托毒排脓生肌宜生用。对核酸代谢有促进作用;增强造血功能;改善心肌功能,对抗心肌梗死;具有抗氧化、抗病毒、抗癌、改善肾功能和肾组织病理改变等。水煎剂具调节免疫、抗衰老和抗应激作用。化学成分主要含黄芪甲苷、黄芪苷、毛蕊异黄酮葡萄糖苷、毛蕊异黄酮、异黄芪苷Ⅰ、异黄芪苷Ⅱ、三萜皂苷、黄酮及多糖等成分。
甘草性平,味甘。归心经、胃经、脾经、肺经。功效与作用:补脾益气、止咳祛痰、缓急定痛、调和药性。属补虚药下分类的补气药。治疗脾胃虚弱、中气不足、咳嗽气喘、痈疽疮毒、腹中挛急作痛、缓和药物烈性、解药毒。清热应生用,补中宜炙用。实证中满腹胀者忌服。药理研究:甘草有肾上腺皮质激素作用,抗炎、抗溃疡、抗过敏反应,抗癌,抗菌,抗病毒,促进胰液分泌,对离体肠有抑制,调节免疫功能,镇咳祛痰,抗突变,解毒,抗氧化,保护耳前庭功能、利尿,保肝、防止动脉硬化,抗脑缺血,预防糖尿病并发症等作用。本品主要含甘草苷、甘草酸、甘草甜素、子丁香烯氧化物、甘草萜醇、18а-羟基甘草次酸、异甘草次酸、甘草香豆精、刺芒柄花素、新甘草查耳酮D、光果甘草苷元、异甘草黄酮醇、三萜皂苷、香豆素等成分。
红枣性温,味甘。归脾经、胃经、心经。功效与作用:补中益气、养血安神。属补虚药下属分类的补气药。有中枢抑制作用、护肝、增强肌力、抗变态反应、抗疲劳、抗肿瘤、镇静安、增强免疫等功能。
薏仁性凉,味甘、淡。归脾经、胃经、肺经。健脾利湿、除痹止泻、清热排脓。属利水渗湿药下属分类的利尿通淋药。抑制骨骼肌收缩;小剂量兴奋呼吸中枢,大剂量抑制呼吸中枢;降血糖;促排卵;抑制胰蛋白酶等。目前普遍认为薏苡中一定配比的饱和脂肪酸在抗癌方面起主要作用。药理实验还证明,本品有抑制骨骼肌收缩、解热、镇痛、抗炎、抗肿瘤和增强免疫功能等作用;还能轻度降低血糖。
木瓜性温,味酸。归肝经、脾经。平肝舒筋、和胃化湿。属祛风湿药下属分类的祛风湿强筋骨药。保肝;抗菌;抑制肿瘤。木瓜冲剂对由四氯化碳引起的大鼠急性肝损害有保护作用。体外试验,对多种肠道菌、葡萄球菌等有不同程度的抑制作用。水浸液对小鼠艾氏腹水癌有明显抑制作用,其抗癌有效成分是有机酸。
百尾笋性味甘淡,微温,平,无毒。功效主治:润肺止咳,健脾消积。治虚损咳喘,痰中带血,肠风下血,食积胀满。①《草木便方》:治劳伤气血虚损,耳鸣,清火化痰,消气肿痞满积聚。②《分类草药性》:治虚咳,清气火。③《天宝本草》:补脾,润肺,壮筋。治肠风下血,痔。④《四川中药志》:治胸腹胀及小儿食积。
黄芪冲饮通常适宜阳虚体质,代谢活动减退,机体反应性低下,阳热不足等人群,但是通常上述人群中的脾阳虚者,通常伴有脾胃虚弱、消化不良的症状,所以黄芪补气固表、滋养生津的功能常常不能很好地显现,所以对于此类患者,木瓜及百尾笋和胃化湿、健脾消积的功效可以调理患者脾胃,进而,促进黄芪有益成分的吸收,益于脾阳虚者调理脾胃、健脾利湿、促进气血津液运化、排湿解毒、补气养血。
综上所述,本发明相较于现有技术的有益效果是:
(1)本发明中木瓜及百尾笋用于调理脾胃,促进消化,黄芪、甘草等温补药材与其配伍协作,原料配比合适,各组分协同作用,效果提升明显;对于阳虚体质中有消化不良,喜温喜按,常四肢不温的脾阳虚人群尤其适用,可以调理脾胃、健脾利湿、促进气血津液运化、减少疲劳、排湿解毒、补气养血;
(2)本发明的制备方法使得黄芪中有益成分提取完整与其他成分配伍均衡,冲剂形式可以更好地吸收各组分中有益成分,调理效果更佳,便于消费者选择。

(1)选料:选取干净、品质优良的黄芪,甘草,红枣,薏仁,木瓜,山药,百尾笋,按配比分别称量;
(2)粉碎:将步骤(1)称量后原料分别粉碎,黄芪粉碎至15目,剩余原料均粉碎至50目,最后得到的混合料;

(1)选料:选取干净、品质优良的黄芪,甘草,红枣,薏仁,木瓜,山药,百尾笋,按配比分别称量;

1.一种黄芪复合冲剂及其制备方法,其特征在于:具体包括如下步骤:所述黄芪复合冲剂由包括以下重量份数的原料制成:黄芪15-20份,甘草10-14份,红枣15-20份,薏仁15-20份,木瓜5-10份,山药10-14份,百尾笋5-10份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种黄芪复合冲剂及其制备方法,其特征在于:所述黄芪复合冲剂由包括以下重量份数的原料制成:黄芪17-19份,甘草11-13份,红枣16-19份,薏仁16-19份,木瓜6-9份,山药11-13份,百尾笋6-9份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种黄芪复合冲剂及其制备方法,其特征在于:所述黄芪复合冲剂由包括以下重量份数的原料制成:黄芪17.5份,甘草12份,红枣17.5份,薏仁17.5份,木瓜7.5份,山药12份,百尾笋7.5份。
4.一种权利要求1~3任一项所述的一种黄芪复合冲剂的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
(1)选料:选取干净、品质优良的黄芪,甘草,红枣,薏仁,木瓜,山药,百尾笋,按配比分别称量;
(2)粉碎:将步骤(1)称量后原料分别粉碎,黄芪粉碎至10-15目,剩余原料均粉碎至30-50目,最后得到的混合料;
(3)萃取:将步骤(2)得到的混合料加入40倍体积的水,水煮2-3小时,过滤,得滤液备用;
(4)制粒:在步骤(3)中的滤液中加入重量比10%的配料,均匀混合后,放入快速搅拌制粒机搅拌10min,得到颗粒状的混合物;
(5)烘干:将步骤(4)中的颗粒状混合物,烘干,灭菌,10g/袋定量无菌包装。
5.根据权利要求1~3任一项所述的一种黄芪复合冲剂的制备方法,其特征在于:所述烘干步骤中,烘干温度50℃-60℃,烘干时间2-2.5小时。
6.根据权利要求1~3任一项所述的一种黄芪复合冲剂的制备方法,其特征在于:所述配料由以下重量份数的原料制成:麦芽糊精10-15份,玉米淀粉10-15份。
